I absolutely love this nail salon. I have already written a review before but I must write another. I went and got my a fill today and the color I picked was a shiny metal looking one and it didnt seem to cooperate with us and turned out dull looking. I was bummed and I didnt like the color at all. I let him know and he was the best. He was very nice and patient. I picked a new color and Im obsessed now. Thanks so much for caring about your customer happiness. You forever have my business. I highly recommend this salon. When you walk in you feel welcome by everyone.

My appointment was for 2:00 today for a pedicure. I got there a couple of minutes early, was directed to a pedicure chair where I sat for 35 minutes - no water in the foot bin so I couldnt even be getting a nice foot massage. The technician came over at 2:35 and I was checking out at 2:45. Never again! Terrible service.

My daughter and I went in for a Gel Mani/Pedi. Service was great. Prices are very reasonable. Salon is clean and staff is friendly. I will be going back!

I have been going to INails for several months. Ben is the best. Go there and get services done.

Everyone is so friendly each time Im here. Today there was a mix up with the powered dip for my nails, she offered to either redo my toes or nails, but I was fine with the color difference. I live about 25 minutes from the shop and never mind making the trip to be sure my nails look amazing.

I went in to get my nails done. I showed the girl I picture of what I wanted. then when she was doing them I could see they weren’t right. so I told her. she took them off and redid the ones she already did. they weren’t right again I went back in and told them. then when she redid them she did them so poorly. she was mad. has a bad attitude did only one coat and left them see thru. was pulling my hands around real rough and didn’t talk. I will post what I asked for. how they looked the first time and how the looked the second time. it sucks I had to go on vacation like this. I posted the pictures to the photo tab couldn’t figure out how to add them on here. they are the black “tip” ones.

Really nice and awesome service. Everyone in there is super sweet and very detail oriented. Definitely going here for my nails from now on

I was a regular here for the past 1.5 years. Sad to say I will never go back. I went in today, Thursday, at 1:40pm for a pedicure and fill. They asked if I had an appt, I did not. They said that they could not help me at all today if I didnt have an appt. The walkins welcome sign was on and there was no effort to provide me with a time to come back or to schedule an appt. for a later date/time. Clearly my business is not needed so I will find another nail salon that wants my business.

The lady doing my pedicure was very detailed and made sure that there weren’t any mess ups or nail polish marks on my skin. The manicure was done at a good pace and the workers were really nice the whole time. Not too busy in the evening and I liked the music that was on as well as the abundance of nail polish options. It was awesome and would totally recommend!

BEST pedicure ever! I was incredibly impressed with the service I received earlier this week at iNails. It was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep! In particular I wanted to highlight what a great job the staff is doing with COVID precautions. Guests are required to wear a mask (unless under 2 years old or medically unable), and masks are available if you forgot your own. All staff had masks on as well, and they were wearing them properly (fully covering nose and mouth). I observed nail technicians spraying down massage chairs with cleaner after guests left, and there were disposable plastic coverings over the foot tubs. I will definitely be back!

I came in last night with some botched nails from another local store. Within an hour and a half I had beautiful nails that I’m so proud to show off!! Always in love with this place, but after last night I needed to share the good news! They do great work with dip, gel, and tips. My new favorite shop!

The best nail salon in Brownsburg! And great service for the price. They have so many option for the pedicure. Very neat and clean. I love the way they do Gel and dipping power on my nail. When they soak off my gel nail they doesn’t drilled my natural nail. Love it so much🥰. Now I come by this salon my natural nail is getting stron and healthy. Never go somewhere else anymore 😊.

This is the third time I have gone and it was great as always! My sister and I went in for pedicures, I brought my 2 year old son with me and they were so sweet to him! Katie and her husband did our pedicures and they were so friendly and did an amazing job! Great price for a deluxe pedi. Will always come here from now on.

My nail was cut so poorly, i now have an ingrown toenail. Other than that they were very good. I would recommend being specific about how you want your toenails cut, and to not get them too short or rounded.

I have been going to INails regularly since November of 2019. I get a gel manicure each time that’s lasts not a day shy of 3, sometimes 4, weeks. No chipping, no peeling, no breaking. The owner and his wife are very professional and ensure that you are satisfied at the end of each visit. All staff are family and work great as a team to accommodate short wait times. Prices are extremely reasonable and worth the quality of work.

They really did a fantastic job! This was my first time at iNails, and I walked in (no appointment). I was in a spa chair within 5 minutes of walking in the front door. They were very kind, and friendly. The woman who did my pedicure was very thorough, and took her time! I got gel put on, and it just looks absolutely stunning- not messy at all (no spilling over the nail). Very clean, shiny, and classy... On top of that, their tools were well maintained/clean, and I was never once left unattended. Awesome experience: will be returning...

I had a great experience here! I came in on a Saturday morning not realizing it was appointment only. The owner was here and she welcomed me with open arms and got me right in for a pedicure and gel manicure. You could tell she truly cared about what she was doing. We had great conversation and it was a very relaxing experience! I will be making an appointment to come back!

I booked an appointment with Lisa and I am so glad that I did. I was in dire need of a pedicure and manicure. I actually ended up getting the powder dip for my fingernails, and I highly recommend it. Lisa was extremely informative in the processes and was seemingly excited to do the dip polish. Im glad she was because I love them. She was super sweet and very thorough. I will definitely be booking my next appointment at INails with her, and you should too.

If youre splurging, do not be tempted to do the $75 pedicure with reflexology. It was obvious the technician did not know what reflexology is (even though its advertised) and spent five minutes massaging my legs. No pressure points on the feet. I scheduled for a gel manicure as well. Different technician and seemed to be the owner/manager. From start to finish the manicure lasted seven minutes - including polish time. No kidding. No lotion applied - ever. No hand massage. No cuticle scraping and she did not clip or reshape my nails. No hello when I sat down and did not ask what I wanted shape wise. Semi decent paint job. $38 She was so distracted by all the people waiting and was in a hurry. I was charged $113 for the whole experience. I left no tip.

Went there this evening to get a pedicure they do appointments only and I didn’t have but she took me since it was close to closing Jessica did my pedicure and it was great they have great customer service and I appreciate her taking me without an appointment definitely will be back

I went for a pedicure when I sat down the water was cold and no one said anything to me as to who would assist me. After I sat there for a while I mentioned the water was cold and they added hot water. When she painted my toes one of the nails was polished incorrectly so another tech had to take the polish off and put a new coat on. The tech only put 1 coat so now looking at it now the color does not match. I still provided a tip but I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money

I am outraged at the care and customer service I have gotten from this place. They USED to be a great nail salon but now they are thieving crappy techs. They charged me $90 for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. My manicure was comming off by day 4 and I called anf they promised to fix it. They literally repainted the tips and the one nail that came off completely now its day 8 and I have 4 more nails ready to go. Im livid. Ive had problem after problem with them and I kept going back thinking it was just a specific nail tech. They have gotten LAZY. And they rush throigh their work. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The first time I went the guys were nice. The second time I was treated poorly in front of other customers by a lady that i had just paid. The younger lady apologized for her but one bad apple can spoil it for the entire bunch. disappointed!!
