Brownsburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been amazing. There are a lot of high level players but they are great at working with beginners as well. I came into the gym with no experience and not only the instructors helped me learn the basics but every person I rolled with was patient and knowledgeable which has helped me learn at a much faster pace than I ever thought I would. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Just started attending class here recently. No need to be intimidated there are all skill levels & I have yet to meet an aggressive person. Perfect for the beginner, and perfect for the skilled as well.

Josh has created a great learning environment, he is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help anyone with questions. Hands down the best BJJ gym in the area.

Humility! That’s the best way to describe BBJJ(Brownsburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). Josh has created a culture of team and learning at Brownsburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Culture is very important. I started training there in July of 2019 with no experience in any martial arts or wrestling background, and I was welcomed from minute one! At his classes and open roll, you’re allowed to train with higher belts whom have the same teaching mindset as Josh. They know they can overwhelm you at any time, but they walk you through what they’re doing, and why they’re doing it. I’m constantly asking questions while I’m rolling and everyone there is there to get better, so they want you to get better. BBJJ has a team of men and women of all ages, so don’t be intimidated by the thought of “it’s not for you.” BJJ is for everyone. If you’re looking for a workout, as well as principles that will improve your mental toughness and correlate to your daily life, this is it. It has helped me at home and work, but be ready to be constantly challenged and humbled!
