Laundromat was clean and the staff was friendly! The change machines worked and the washers/dryers were clean! A washer did leak and the staff was right on it! The place wasnt crowded, but had a comfortable flow of people doing their laundry!

It is a quiet place to do your laundry,The attendant a man probably in his mid 40s was working his rear end off cleaning the floors and tables.He was extremely polite and I enjoyed the conversation with him,Theres only 4 stars because of so many washers being out of service I had to spread my laundry out to separate areas of the laundromat.

I normally don’t review, but this place is so awful it’s necessary.Half the machines don’t work, the change machines don’t work, even when loaded with coins, and when you point it out to staff they get an attitude.The attendant sits behind the counter, ignores customers, and stares at her phone. Ownership should be ashamed of themselves and sell to someone with some pride. And fire the snotty teenage attendant.Needless to say, I will never be back.

This is a little laundry mat overall it was clean and it had me in space for you to go through clothes do your laundry I really like going here quick and easy I’ll give it a two thumbs up

Snotty attendant. Hid behind the counter the whole time I was there. Would rather make personal phone calls than be of any help (Or clean the filthy machines) Low water pressure in the washing machines? On city water? Low water levels also in the $2.50 and the $5.00 machines. Unless you like set stains in your laundry this place is perfect.

Half the customers also werent wearing masks. I complained to the lady at the counter. She put in on, but twice when I went back inside, it was off again. Dont know if she said anything to customers but they never put them on. I saw an older white man come in, go behind counter, mess w/change machine. He wasnt wearing a mask either. I doubt their NORMAL sanitizing, much less COVID-19 level, given all the built up dust on the chair fixtures. Needless to say, next time Im going to a laundromat in another town!

Horrible!!!!. This is what I seen next to the washer I was using. If I would’ve seen it before I had already loaded other washers I would’ve left. And it was already to late to go to another one. I’m just praying nothing came home with me!!!

Im throwing out a five here, we go there regularly, there may be a machine or so needing a bit of maintenance, but once again, local business, maybe sometimes the community has to help for things to get better instead of demanding it. Clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh, and isnt that the point? Staff helps the best they can, and more or less a simple get your clothes washed and head home, or get a washer and dryer at home, but not everyone has that luxury. Otherwise good local place, happy to have one in town!

Place is nasty, almost all the machines are broke, attendants do nothing, pop machine has been broke forever and the place has cockroaches. Health department needs to make a visit. Just shut it down.

Was clean and friendly staff. I like to support local businesses. I wish they would post how long their washer cycle were.

Many of the machine were out of order. Not very clean. They have an attendant there but all they do is sit behind the desk. Never once did the girl get up or wipe anything down.

Went to go tanning here and asked for the stand up bed. I went to go get ready to tan in the room and I walked in the bed looked like a cage, white bars around the bulbs and it was very small, I thought it looked a little creepy. I decided to tan anyway because I thought its laundry and tan how unsafe can it be!? Well come to find out the freaking door locks behind you after getting in AND YOU CANT GET OUT!!!! I WAS AS SCARED AS IVE EVER BEEN IN MY WHILE LIFE. I had to scream help me like 5 times before someone came in and opened the bed for me!!!! The lady said she has seen people scared before like this and thats it he lady never offered to compensate me for the money I spent and dint get to use on the tanning bed or anything all she said was Ive seen people scare like this before!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT TANNING SALON EBER!!!!

So I here washing today which is Jan . 2, 2020 and all the large machine was full with the employees mother cloths. I asked her several times about who cloths was left and she seem not to know until I stated I was gone to set them aside. Now it crazy the whole time she is sitting her on her phone and is very rude and seems not to like her job. Sad part is my 100$. I spent today is what helps keep this place open. I will go to the more pack places for better service from here on out.

This place is in serious need of management and maintenance! So many out of order signs! We had to go to another town to do laundry because this place has went downhill so badly.

I have done laundry here 3 times and I know no-one has cleaned the machines inside or out! Pretty disgusting! I won’t be back. Oh, and the whole time, the employee just sits behind the desk doing Nothing! It’s sad to see this place become ‘one of those’. Where’s the pride in ownership? Where’s the job satisfaction of knowing you have done the best you could do???Sure wish I could add photos!

Ive used the laundromat a couple of times to use the large washers for bed comforters. The large washers need a lot of TLC. The soap and softener dispensers are disgusting and made me wonder if any of the yuck would get on my comforter. It wouldnt take a lot of effort to was the sticky and dried up debris.

I didnt tan but the laundromat was nice lots of machines 3 extra large capacity washers and two dryers with a ton of regular size ones

They were extremely friendly but when it came to the tanning side of things they werent up to speed on it but still very sweet people

My wife and bought tanning sessions. A small charge appeared on my wife’s account afterwards in addition to the charge for the session. We asked one clerk about it, she said to call the manager. When we asked for the number she said “look it up”. We asked another clerk. Who didn’t offer any assistance either. I asked if there is anyone we could talk to that might act like they care. She said “no” it’s only $5.00.Not worth the attitude. We will do business elsewhere.

Today was the first&LAST time I will visit Brownsburg Laundry&Tan!I was not impressed at all...actually I was very DISAPPOINTED!Yes,there was an attentend on duty but NO,she did NOT have any concerns for the customers!There were numerous washers which were not working properly,1 actually took my money&when we informed her,she couldve cared less!I told her there should be Out of Order signs on them,when she informed us:Well,there was But my Boss took the signs down.Really?!If they are broken,why take the signs down?!When I asked about getting a refund for the $$ the washer took she told me she would give me the $$ back(a whole $1.50,not that big of a deal),but she NEVER did&I was in the store for an hour.The 2nd. Machine wouldnt take any quarters&her response:Well it depends on the machine,sometimes it will take certain customers quarters&Not others&it depends on the person using the machine!What?!How are my quarters different from anyone elses?By this time I was frustrated but all I could do was bite my tongue.She NEVER made eye contact,was constantly on her phone or on the computer&didnt speak to any other customers unless they were there to tan.Definitely not good customer service.I work in retail/customer service&I would NEVER treat any of my customers as rudely as she treated everyone in the store.I will be calling management tomorrow to report this incident.I DO NOT recommend this establishment to anyone,unless you want to use broken machines,have your money taken,given the cold shoulder&treated like you arent good enough of a person just because you are there solely to do laundry¬ there to tan.Very dissatisfied with the service.

The employees at the brownsburg laundry in tan are not customer service orinted. I got the (deer in headlights look) whenever I asked question. They over use worn out bulbs. The place overall looks dumppy, and also the beds themselves are older beds. Nothing newer inside this place at all. Not worth the trip.

No one wants to clean clothes in a pigsty. Every machine smelled of rot or mold and contained garbage from previous users.

My Towels were soaking wet .Wouldnt let me put them through another spin cycle . Didnt give me money for the dryer . Bad place to goto !!. The girl on duty lied to my face said they were dry. They were SOAKING WET!! WONT EVER GO BACK!

Broken vending machines, no A/C, minimal seating, the high setting on the dryer will scorch your clothes (printed signs warn you)

I have to use it since its only one here but they need a new one. Machines are junk and a lot of machines have signs noting problems. Dont use this place if you dont need to.

I pulled a load of clothes from the washer and it was covered in cat hair. I do not own any pets. I was rudely told that they are not responsible for laundry. They dont keep the place clean and I do not recommend.
