If my membership consisted soley of these stand up booths alone, I would immediately cancel.

This might be the nicest of all the of locations Ive been to.

My wife and I just joined and were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. We had a tour of the place with a lovely young lady named Lorelei. On our next visit we spoke with a trainer, Tanner, who explained which classes we might be interested in and we signed up for a few.

This is my first time joining a gym. I like the hours (open early mornings), and they have a lot of equipment. The personal trainer on staff helped me come up with a workout plan, and explained how to use the machines. I dont feel intimidated at all to workout here. Everyone seems nice, I dont hear any bad language or feel like anyone is judging me. Good environment.

If you’re going to have a mask mandate then it needs to stay consistent. The heavy set blonde girl that works at night loves to be on a high horse and DEMAND people to wear a face mask to her liking or she will threaten to cancel your membership. If you go any other time nothing is said or only certain members are told to wear one and other members can do what they want. This girl was completely unprofessional and I couldn’t believe how she was speaking to members.

Just canceled my gym membership today after being here for almost a year.02/12/2021 at 8:30 The gym smells like feet all the time. The blonde at the front is extremely rude and is the reason why I’m canceling my membership. They ask me to wear a mask while not on a machine today which I did then when I’m leaving I was wearing my mask over my mouth and was TOLD!! To fix my mask. Not asked. I am a grown man and the customer. There’s a nice way to ASK not TELL. I told the employee that I’m a grown man and my mask is fine and she was happy to cancel my membership because of this. My wife was also in 2 hours earlier and was told nothing about the masks when walking in or walking out. She also states every time the same person is asked to help with tanning beds or massage chairs shes acts very annoyed.

Excellent selection of workout equipment. Showers, massage, friendly staff. Cleaning supplies well stocked and available for patrons.

I may have visited this location at a bad time. The front counter lady was very rude and not friendly! The mens showers were dirty and full of mold. The sink counter had a broken faucet just laying out. It feels like there were too many problems to keep up with and everything is a second thought including service. Im a black card member and am very disappointed in this location! Will never return again!!!

My family and I have just joined. Weve been several times and have never had a bad experience. I like the way they have set up the equipment for social distancing.They have something for everyone. I do machines and tanning. My husband rides the bikes and does a lot of cardio. We can take our teenager using my black membership. Thats a total plus!Its the perfect place for us!

Im a person who has had a few health problems but since Ive joined the gym I it has made a difference in my life it has given me something to look forward to doing a few days a week and to help strengthen me physically and mentally. Im glad I joined.

Overall great value! During this time cleanliness is very important, the staff cleans on a regular basis and gym members always wipe down the equipment after use.

Its clean with ample equipment. I like that the free weight area is somewhat isolated. If they get some scales theyd be a 5 star

Not bad but I did try 10th street and their equipment and trainers are much better. This location doesnt even have a trainer right now.

Wish planet fitness gyms werent so anti loud haha.....one of the best feelings is screaming at the end of some heavy sets when youre pushing as hard as you can to get that last rep in....animal beast mode cant be fully engaged here

This location is very clean. I have never worked out on the equipment. I go there to tan and use the massage tables. I used to use the level 3 beds, but they seem to always have multiple bulbs out, so I now tan in the level 2 beds. For what a membership costs, I cant complain. I maintain my tan and relax on the massage tables. Maybe someday Ill get around to exercising and can edit my review to reflect that experience.

Despite the limitations due to a certain virus, my experiences going back to working out there is sweet! I was able as most to quickly get back into the swing of things.

This is a clean facility and I have never had to wait to equipment use. I wish they had a standard squat rack and not just smith machines. But even without a squat rack I am able to get a quality workout in. The price is a great price. Operating hours are great.

The gym is awsome. Their are all types of machines to workout with. I give it a 3 star only because the tanning beds are not good at all. Bed 1 has 11 bulbs out still and has been for a long time now. Bed 2 has several bulbs out and bed 5 gas 8 bulbs out. If this could be fixed it would be awsome.

Good place to work out but the membership agreement is ridiculous. My wife had a black card she never used and I wanted to workout so I got one for myself and canceled hers. The guy at the desk didn’t tell me I’d have to pay $21 for the next month after canceling so they took $40 from our bank account and ended up over-drafting our account and we were charged $100 for it. When they said they wouldn’t refund it they kind of ruined it for me so I got a membership at the YMCA. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

I cant work out due to disability I go to tan. They have signs that say caution hot new bulbs. However they really need to change them more often. Dont like that if you tan at 9pm you cant tan again til after 9pm the following day.

Fairly simple gym to workout only thing I didnt like was where the machine cleaning sprays and towels were... on the trashcan where germs hide defeating the purpose of them being cleaning bottles

Very poor customer service. The teen workers that work on weekend mornings were working with a customer to sign them up and were laughing and making fun of her. Very disrespectful! I hate that this planet fitness isn’t open 24 hours! As well, the teen workers don’t greet you as they should.

Ive been a member here for 2 years, easy to get in & out, nice equipment & clean.They do seem to have a lot of turnover in their staff & I wish they had longer hours on the weekends/evening hours. For the $$ its a pretty good deal.

Nice facility, nice atmosphere. Have had memberships at other gyms including LA fitness. The price is good and its nationwide if you move or travel, same low price. Lower than LA fitness for sure. If you want bigger than 75lb dumbbells, or you if you want barbells that arent on a Smith Machine then its not the place for you.

I love the clean facilities and low-pressure environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are lower than other gyms with more amenities. Because of their Judgement Free Zone pledge I find that they attract a much more polite and friendly crowd than many other gyms in my experience.

The gym is clean and well-maintained. I rarely have to wait to use certain equipment. I use the stand up tanning bed and have never had to wait in line which is nice. Planet fitness has helped me lose weight- I was 233lbs in Oct 2015 and am now 175lbs in May. Nobody ever bugs me or stares at me which is nice, people come to workout and leave- just as it should be :)

It appears that the local PF in Brownsburg has removed Fox News Channel, leaving CNN, ABC, NBC and CBS. Fox is now Fox 59. My understanding is that is a local decision by whomever runs the Brownsburg PF. In any case, it would be nice to go to the gym and see a fair representation of the news instead of only left leaning news outlets. Fox is the leading news outlet in the nation. The fact that MSNBC, one of a myriad of liberal stations, is not shown does not balance things out.

Great gym! Loads of equipment that can even handle the peak of busier times. Friendly and helpful staff. The 30 min workout room is my favorite.

Not very clean, no paper towels in locker room to wipe counters. Roof leaks when it rains.

Great workout ... Always love to finish out with hydro bed an workout rest of my kinks.These need immediate attention water pressure was non-existence in several areas pressure just dropped. bed 10 disappointed switched to bed 11 same thing...

Why are you not 24hrs 365 days a year?!? Its 2019 step your game up, a lot of Planet Fitness locations are 24/7. As a Black Card holder that travels a lot, thanks....for nothing

I love that its a no judgement zone. The people that workout are friendly and so is most of the staff. I would prefer they have apples and bananas instead of bagels and cream cheese. Im lactose intolerant. It also would be nice if instead of pizza they would have veggies or pretzels with hummus or a different kind of dip. The bathroom/ locker room is always clean. The massage chairs and beds always work.

With 60+ pieces of cardio equipment, there is never a wait..EVER..! Clean, private showers, and a friendly staff... Cant beat the value of the membership. Planet fitness is always a good place to work out. Not open 24 hours is the only issue.

Friendly staff, great value, plenty cardio and strength equipment. My only preference would be extending Saturday and Sunday hours to 9.

I love going here guys. It has already made me stronger and healthier. I would like to address something though. Outside in the parking lot there are immature people hollering at people exiting planet fitness. It was very rude and disrespectful so i replied very rude and disrespectful to them because i was already having a terrible day. I hope that you guys can see this and possibly get some authorities outside to monitor people loitering and making fun of your members. Thank you.

This planet fitness location is very clean the equipment is plentiful and well laid out. You can get in do you work out and get out with no hassles.

Wonderful place but I wish they were open late on weekends. Also, trying to cancel my membership has been a nightmare but Hannah has been very helpful in the process. I recommend this place to everyone even though the hours made it a bad fit for me :)

I am very frustrated with them. I get billed on the 17th. I cancelled my membership today (the 28th) and they said they are going to charge me $40 for annual fees. THEY ARE CHARGING ME FEES FOR A GYM IM NOT EVEN A MEMBER TO ANYMORE. This is ridiculous. It says no commitment yet I’m being charged $40. The lady I dealt with refused to cancel this outrageous charge.

Would love to give no stars but unable to. Have had nothing but problems with this facility to the point Ive decided to take legal action. The manager who is no longer there said he took care of everything at sign up over a year ago and never had any problems until a few months ago when I went in. As i checked in i was told i couldnt use the facility because i old money from a year ago. The manager is no longer there so i wasnt able to explain what happened as the young kid didnt care to listen however he did enjoy saying aloud with several patrons standing near by how I old money and could let use the facility. I tried to close the account but they said I had to pay 40 to do so which I refuse. He did say they will continue to take money out of my checking for as long as they like and laughed. We will see how funny it really is. They will learn all about 3rd party disclosure and threats.

Cancelled my membership on May 15 2019 due to being unemployed. Planet fitness still took out Mays payment, they claim billing gos out on the 10th of each month and refuse to refund my money.

The staff is really nice and ther quick if anything need attention. Ther are alot of members and the place is always pretty busy . But dont be afraid to ask how too use a machine or for a spotter from a member. Everyone ther cleans the equipment after each use so its really a good healthy place.
