We recently rented a minivan to travel to South Carolina. One of our tires had a slow leak, so we called Enterprise to find out what we should do. We were able to locate a shop to fix our tire, and they compensated us for the time we didnt have use of the van and our inconvenience. Everything was handled professionally and easily. I will definitely rent again from the Brownsburg Enterprise.

I have been a client of Enterprise since 1992, I have had my ups and downs with Enterprise. The experience I had at the Brownsburg location was exceptional. I needed a car to get to one of my sons military graduations in Georgia. I arrived, was taken of and on the road in 30 minutes. The gentlemen at this location knew their returning customers, and treated me as one of them. I appreciate that in this day and age, since its rare.

I’ve rented from this location before and never had a problem until now. FOA it’s took three phone called to actually get a confirmation in a email. I was able to pick up/drop off the car at the time I asked for after my name and email was entered incorrectly. When I picked up the car I paid extra for prepaid gas which to my understanding was me paying for the 3/4 of a tank that was in there and I return however I please along with the 200$ deposit until I return. Yet to no avail I did not receive my full 200$ back. I received part of it and I have no way to speak to anyone about it until MONDAY. I can’t wait to see how this turns out and what excuse they have for not returning my entire 200$. FYI there was dog hair still in the vehicle when I picked it up so I don’t wanna hear nothing about no cleaning fees. It was partially dirty when I picked it up. Not cool. Wasnt even gonna trip about it but now y’all playing with my money. And I’m also looking at two separate rental agreements one that I did not sign and got charged for anyway. Unacceptable

I have used Enterprise for years and have enjoyed customer service but not at the Brownsburg location. I showed up with my family to pick up the vehicle we had reserved for vacation only for Brandon to tell me they were sold out. I received no cancellation notice or phone call cancelling my reservation so my family drove 45 minutes pick it up. Brandon said he tried to call me even though I showed him that I received no phone call. When I asked if there was anything Enterprise could do to help me I was just told “no.”This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a car rental facility. I travel often and will never use Enterprise again.

Originally got my rental at the Avon location but it smelled like smoke so asked to switch out. I live closer to Brownsburg so went here. Totally different experience. I had to wait about 45 minutes or more to get my car. Inside was packed with people waiting. People were even waiting outside. Not everyone was wearing a mask even though it says to on the door. Saw the very car they gave me brought in my another customer. They did not do a walkaround with me and the car was not clean or sanitized on the inside. Dirty inside cup holders, etc. I called Avon location and going to switch out again. I will never use the Brownsburg location again and do not recommend it. I will say the staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed with customers and they did not follow sanitizing requirements. UPDATE: I went to the Avon location and got a different vehicle. The first two vehicles they showed me had been smoked in. One had a cigarette hole in the front seat and the second, which was JUST cleaned, smelled terrible! We used to rent from Enterprise for years on our travels out west. What has happened? We are using Enterprise now because we were rear-ended by another driver and his insurance is paying for it. I paid EXTRA to get a clean vehicle at the Avon location because I didnt want a stinking one. Sad that this is happening. Staff was friendly, inventory was low so I didnt have much choice. I have allergies and asthma and cant and shouldnt have to rent a car that smells like cigarette smoke or is dirty.

Never had issues before at Brownsburg! this time was through my insurance and Brandon had terrible customer service! first made 2 charges in my account with a return for overcharging me, no receipt sent i had to call and requested after seeing my account overcharged the regular customer service guy Kurt was very helpful took the time to explain and said once Brandon arrives will take care of it and probably removed the charge! when Brandon called was very rude and pretty much said read the contact! really? you think that as having an accident in a middle of a COVID pandemic you have the time to read contracts? i will make sure i share the negative experience with lots of people’s that i had sent to Enterprise! maybe he was rude because im a hispanic! he was not as nice as he was with white people! shame on him!

Disappointed in length of time it took for delivery and rushed process. Also, I could tell that the vehicle wasnt sanitized inside by the lack of the normal indicators. Fortunately. I keep wipes, spray and gloves in my vehicle and was able to wipe it down before use.

We are very pleased with our experience with this Enterprise location in Brownsburg. We were traveling to Buffalo NY in February and wanted a 4 wheel drive truck. Kenny was very helpful over the phone with the special request. At pickup, the staff was so funny and friendly, even though there was a line of people that walked in to rent that day. The truck was in great condition and just had an oil change. We dropped it back overnight and I called the next day to verify receipt and the staff was still so kind and informative. The pricing was perfect for what we hoped.

Had reservation for a specific vehicle. Booked over a week prior. Got to Agency at 8am to find the vehicle had not been returned. Did receive a call from the agency the day before confirming my reservation. Had to wait 30 minutes for a vehicle to be bought over from another agency. I had an 8 hour drive ahead of me that day so I was not pleased.

Was rear ended in an accent an need a minivan (to haul supplies) fast so I would not lose my biggest client. They picked me up at the body shop and quickly made a minivan available for me (even though they did not have one when I called). The young lady who picked me up was very nice and the guys in the office we great to get me set up and so nice when I returned the minivan. I liked the minivan so much it was the same one I went and bought!. Thanks all you made a bad situation as painless as possible.

I recently reserved an suv to use on a vacation. I booked over a month in advance and even called a week before to be sure they were on top of things. For the second year in a row they didnt have my ride at the appointed time. They did give me a great deal on a truck and it worked out ok but not great.

One of The comments,, review, was the truck was in great condition it just had an oil change!!I had to laugh!! I mean come on, rental cars are always new vehicles, and how would they know It just had an all change, and who cares?!They give you good service decent cars,BUT beware of the insurance rates, if you go through enterprise you’ll pay approximately $20-$25 per day!!My advice go through Expedia insurance is $10 a day!

Enterprise makes renting a car very easy. For me that meant a lot when I needed to get a car and get on my way. They were very accommodating.

I rented a van for a weekend trip to a family wedding anniversary. We were given a 2017 Sienna that was almost brand new. The van pick up went really fast and we were on our way. On Saturday, I received a call from the rental agent checking to see if everything is going well and to make sure we had no problems with the van. We dropped the van off with no hassles and no delays. The experience was definitely a good one.

This location is very convenient for anyone in Brownsburg, but does not have good parking and usually has a wait. I always reserve cars in advance through work, but then arrive on or slightly after my appointment and have to wait for my car to be cleaned. The parking area is adequate, but the narrow side driveway is usually mostly blocked with cars and a truck can hardly clear them. If there were another enterprise or national location nearby, I would move my business there.

I cant begin to say enough great things about this location!! Customer service is above and beyond!! My husband took a car to Chicago to visit my sister and ended up in the hospital! He didnt get back in time to return the car and they worked with us about the cost!!! Such a blessing!! Ryan and his team are outstanding!!! We will always use this location from now on!! I have rented a car with Enterprise in Brownsburg every other week for the last three months. The location Manager, Sterling, has always been very helpful and provides me with great customer service as a repeat customer. I am always given a choice of cars to drive. Im very happy to see that they are redecorating the interior of the office. Now I wish they just get more space out front for parking. Its gets very crowded on a Saturday. Thank goodness I am usually in and out of there very quickly. Great option if you need a rental.

I tried for 2 days to get a minivan. Early Day 1 they said they were having oil changed in one and it would be available in an hour. I waited for several hours, then called twice, an hour apart. Was put on perpetual hold. Finally went there at end of the day. They didnt have the van and claimed it was still out getting oil changed. Said they would call first thing next day. Day 2, they didnt call. I called them. They said they have a van, and asked when I could come and pick it up. I said, I thought you are the company that picks you up? He said he could pick me up around 5-5:30. I said which is it; 5 or 5:30. He said, well it would probably be closer to 5:30. I gave up. I have no faith that he would show up. Called a different branch. They said they couldnt help because the order was started at a different branch. WOW! Im calling someone else!!!

Rented a mid-size car for six days, but was upgraded to a larger vehicle because of available. The performance of the vehicle was outstanding. Traveled to Alabama and back with no problems and the check-in and out procedures went without a hitch. The price was worth the renting of the car. Good job.

Sterling and Audra have been the best people to work at this location. I hated Josh and his team they were terrible. Travis was amazing. As soon as I get to know a team as a regular oh guys swap them out. I understand why it’s bassed on your program for trainees. I’m grateful that when I make a reservation. I have the vehicle. I very much enjoy going there. They are very fast and courteous. The only issue is about parking. Not enough parking spaces. Other than that, very good.

They tried to say that the $200 deposit my 77 mother payed was not refundable, even though they said it was when she first rented the car. Shameful! Buyer beware.

Totaled my car. Insurance arranged a rental. Picked it up and the made me put a $200 deposit down, which would be returned when dropped off. I got my check and returned the car. Not only did I not get my $ back. They added another hundred some odd $ to that for 314$$. The contract states bill insurance claims. Just seems totally wrong. NEVER AGAIN

This was the second time I have used the Enterprise Brownsburg location. While the staff is very friendly and accommodating, I have yet to get the car I reserved. When I reserved the last vehicle, upon my arrival to pick it up, I was told ENTERPRISE has taken all the cars and my car was no longer available. I was given a substandard vehicle and treated very well. I think in the future, ENTERPRISE should NOT take cars that are already committed to a customer. I am questioning weather I will use this location again. Nothing personal.

Always polite, fast. Im short, so when they put me in a vehicle that didnt have seat adjustments so I could see out better; They quickly changed my vehicle to another one with seat lift controls!

Excellent Service from beginning to end. Loved the car..Mitsubishi Outlander...Felt safe in this vehicle in Chicago traffic..thats what was important to me. I liked it that they called on the 2nd day to see if I was happy with the car.

This office is always busy, but the staff are friendly and work as fast as they can. The last few vehicles I have rented were dirty outside, and all but the one I have now were clean inside.

My car broke down and on Wednesday night on my way to work .I called the next morning to see about renting a car they had one for me and at a great rate and I love that they come and pick you up.also like 9.95 weekend rate with the unforseen expense of getting my car repaired I was looking for a good deal.I will use them again

I always receive fabulous service from Amar and the team in Brownsburg. My car is ready, in good condition with paperwork ready to be signed when I arrive. I would recommend the Enterprise location in Brownsburg without hesitation.

Customer service was great. My only issue was the mirages radio stopped playing a few seconds or a few minutes into my commute, so I didnt get to hear my sports or music for much of the 2 weeks I rented it.

We had a reservation for a vehicle but when we go to pick it up there is NO rental available. How can you make a reservation for someone without having a car available? Complete waste of time. Staff did not care or try to fix it at all.

Discracefull. Terrible selection of cars. Slow dealing with customers. The two families walked out before us both pissed off. You would be better off calling a cab to get where you need to go.

Ive been renting vehicles for a long time from different cities and states and no one has ever required THREE phone numbers! I dont have three numbers! The robot punks behind the counter assured me that they had enough business that they can afford to run customers off for not having the required THREE numbers.
