Recently moved in. I have a hard time referring to this as an apartment because it’s so much nicer and quieter than any apartment I’ve lived in. And I think the Brownsburg location is excellent. The staff has been very helpful and friendly, especially during move-in when I had questions about everything.

Excellent, one-level apartment space, with attached garage. Peaceful, quiet, friendly community. Property manager is top notch! Very responsive to our needs. Maintenance is superior! As former home owners (50 plus yr.), we LOVE Redwood Neighborhood, Brownsburg!

I love this apartment, very roomy and safe. The insulation is amazing as well, very warm in winter, and cool in summer. The staff is Amazing. Charlotte and Rob really go out of their way to accomodate, and make this your home. Staff is very friendly and make you feel like family. Very prompt on responses. I will miss it here.

We recently suffered a house fire and needed a semi-permanent place to stay for 6-8 months. Charlotte was awesome and worked with us and our insurance to get us into Redwood quick and help us arrange for furniture. The home is wonderful with an open floor plan, fiber internet, modern appliances, and wonderful spacious walk in closets. I highly recommend Redwood Homes for anyone who needs a temporary or long term place to call home.

These apartment homes are so beautiful. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet and i would like to raise my family here. The staff is amazing as well.

I got a gizmo to clean bathroom sink drain stuck and I wasnt strong enough to pull it out. Therefore, the sink was unusable. Rob came over soon after I called Charlotte. He removed it immediately.

Rob called and went through each item on our list and told us how things were fixed.
