DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! My husband’s truck needs to be worked on, so he called BTA on Friday and talked to them. We made an appointment for today (Tuesday). Towed the truck from Martinsville to Brownsburg only to find out that the 103 E Main Street building was empty and for sale. No note saying where it moved. We found a 1500 E Main address and needless to say it was vacant too!!The phone number he called on Friday is not accepting calls!!DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!We now have to follow the tow truck with our truck to Carmel!!

Not good, you think bringing a vehicle to a mechanic things would get fixed correctly and if your paying them a lump sump. Ever since I got my vehicle back, it has been nothing but terrible, sparks plugs, radiator hoses were not connected, battery terminals were extremely loose, AC wasn’t connected, broke my air intake, and much more. i will say they were nice and extremely friendly and the shepherd there was cute but other then that I wouldn’t recommend getting work done here besides an oil change.

A little hard to get in contact with the owner, but overall a really great shop. Fixed what I needed way faster and for less than the big stores would do.

I am extremely pleased with the service here. They are located conveniently near the intersection of US 136 and 267 by the fire station. I was stranded on 74 and my husband wanted to try this place and Im so glad we did! They fixed my car and even worked on a few other things i hadnt even mentioned and I wasnt even charged! Great service and they went the extra mile. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend BTA.

I will never go anywhere else...They are great on letting you know whats wrong in a timely manner. The fees are great!!!!! Not outrageous. And has the cutest sherpard in the office.:)

If you’re looking to get ripped off this is the place. Went in to get a specified list of items fixed and left with a bill over double what was quoted. Unresponsive to efforts to get updated. Overall a terrible experience. Stay away!!!

Big Thieving A-hole. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Unless you like to get ripped off. Took my car in and told him, pretty sure its got somethin to do with fuse box. Over 9 weeks, $2000 in unnecessary parts and labor, repeated tows because it was not fixed correctly. Broke down again 3 weeks later. Took it to Mears Automotive, $125 Later (and a salvage yard fuse box), NEVER had another problem with my 99 Saturn. DONT TAKE YOUR ENEMIES TRI-CYCLE HERE! Yes, That Bad.

I never had any work done here but I did call and try to set up an appointment. I left a voicemail on Monday at 330. I received a text at 930 on Tuesday night asking what work I needed done. I answered back within the hour and never heard back from them.
