I dont know how this business got 4 stars, BUYER BEWAREI had this unit for over a year, before COVID tooI could never get a hold of someone and office staff were rarely there during specified open hours.They increased my unit a price a few dollars with no warning...ok not a problem, but then they literally tripled the price with no warning.I immediately ran up there and cleared it out.Tried contacting someone several times, NEVER RECIEVED ONE REPLY

Came to help get a storage for my parents they are downgrading from their condo into a house. Angelica B was beyond helpful she showed us several size units to make sure we got the right size. Customer service is definitely A+ you can tell she’s been here for a while and loves her job! She explained everything to the T for our insurance and locks and everything. Will be recommending this location to anyone I know for their future storage needs Thank you Angelica!!

I drove to this facility twice today - at 10 am and 11:30 am to make a payment. Nobody was present. Tried calling manager - only voicemail. Tried calling 833 for help phone listed at the door - useless - the lady was talking about some app. I dont want to deal with any apps. I used to make automatic payments through my bank, but since they lost my check in November, I stopped it. I prefer to make payments in person. This is not the first time nobody is at the office. If you post office hours at the door, can you make sure that someone actually is present there? If the manager is busy with something, can they post a phone number to call them? Each month making the payment is pain the neck.

She has great customer service, a wonderful personality and did everything she could to make sure things were set up properly/correctly. The property manager , Angelica B was very helpful and professional. She did everything she could to make sure things were set up properly. What I did not like was the surprise mandatory insurance fee. That should be better communicated in the companies webpage. Very sneaky.

Angelica has the best location I Came to find a location to store my car and Greenbay Rd is beyond clean and I would recommend this location. The customer service is above a 5 but that’s all I was able to get but get your storage at greenbay rd it’s safe, clean and open.

They tell you once you arrive.. it wasnt Candice though, it was someone else. They also charge a full months rent even if you only need the storage for a short time which I didnt like at all.5 stars for Candice as a customer service rep, 3 stars for the public storage.

Dont bother trying to call for more information. You wont get anyone at the site, youll get a regional sales person with no actual knowledge of the site you are interested in, and he/she will try to get your info without actually answering your question. The one I talked to (Darrell?) even called me back with an attitude telling me that I had to follow their procedure to get information! Total waste of time!

Ive been looking to store my summer clothes for about a month now. & finally I came into the local public storage on Green Bay Rd. Melissa & Lisha were more than happy to assist me. Although Im still weighing out what works best for me I think the customer service here is beyond great! I would recommend this specific property to my family & friends. If customer service was like this everywhere the world would be so much better!

I needed a place to store my motorcycle for the winter and this place was perfect. The grounds are clean, seems new, secure, and my motorcycle fit perfectly in their 5 x 10 unit. I have a fairly large bagger cruiser and I could ride it right into the unit from a covered center corridor. The staff was even helpful in giving me a ride back to my car after I dropped off my ride. Everything was quick and easy.

Jaquettia was great to work with. She was patient and kind and understanding. I most definitely will be back to get another storage. Me and my husband came in and she was really great. Hope my review isnt too late.

The Good Folks over at Public Storage located at 9199 N. Green Bay Rd. Brown Deer, WI 53209 are the best at what they do. I was really impressed with Damones attention to detail when helping me to select the proper size storage unit and his expert knowledge of all the products that Public Storage makes available to there valued customers to make there move as smooth as possible.I was also surprised to get a follow up call within a few days of my renting my unit from a young lady named Alicia who is also an employee of the company.Alicia wanted to make sure that everything was going alright with my move and if she could provide any further assistance. I have never had this type of customer support with other companies that I have dealt with in the past. This made me feel very satisfied with my overall experience with Public Storage. I would definitely use this company again for all my storage needs as well as highly recommend them for their reasonable prices and superior customer service.

I have found the manager Melissa and staff Paul and Amy at this location to be very courteous, friendly, conscious and helpful. In addition, the service is good - the entire site is kept very clean, neat, secure, accessible, and orderly. After having departed the storage unit - a staff member called me immediately when my unit had not been locked secured correctly by me. My only concern is that the storage fees keep going up each year by more than 10% to the point where I considering seeking other storage providers. However, please know that it is the national headquarters that determines the local fees and not the manager or staff. The only reason at this time that is keeping from moving my storage unit to another vendor is because of the manager and staff the service provided. One thing wish that these storage unit had is electric outlets. I would mark that I love it 5 stars; however, I am very concerned about the continuous fee increases fast that economic inflations.

Melissa is an extremely dedicated person. Your company is very fortunate to have her leadership and effort. I have noticed that she trains many of the public storage employees. I sincerely hope that your company makes an effort to show her how much you value her & wage is reflective of this. I am actually surprised she has not been promoted, she seems that dedicated. I have seen other PS properties & this property is always clean in comparison.What I am not a fan of is your company policy or expectation that your frontline employees must work holidays. The least your company could do is reduce or limit the hours on holidays.In addition, I sincerely hope that you respond to the customer reviews in a meaningful manner. There are actually ridiculous hoops to jump through to get to the point in which a review can be left. So, as a customer, I expect to be heard and not feel like my time has been wasted! If we have to go through this ridiculousness, then your frontline employees and properties should be positively impacted. Take care of them and those of you at corporate who organized these reviews will have much to be proud of!
