Been here for less than a few weeks and its just ok. Nice apartment complex (hallways arent as clean as I would like) but it will due for the time being. The walls are thick so you barely hear your neighbors, which is a good thing. I stay near the busy road way and it can be noisy during the day and mornings.. I recommend noise canceling curtains. Also the parking isnt great! My parking garage space is too close to the wall. My passengers have to get out the car before I park. I asked for a different parking space but they are unable to accommodate me. Decent place to live for one year only.

On the surface, it looks great. After you move in, they couldnt care less about you as long as you pay your rent. Zero enforcement of the lease agreement. Definitely recommend looking somewhere else if youre thinking about this place.

I moved into the Bevy apartments when they first opened in August 2020. I loved being one of the first to live in the apartment! I chose it because it was brand new and they offered a special deal. My apartment was so spacious, had brand new energy efficient appliances (hello full size laundry), and tons of storage. I loved having an assigned garage parking spot, the gym, secure mailroom, and community rooms/outdoor areas. I never had any issues with management - they were very communicative and resolved maintenance issues promptly. They handled snow removal very well. There’s a bar called Zi’s that’s walking distance, a few stores, and a beautiful walking path which I enjoyed.A couple complaints I have are that sometimes neighbors are noisy - management tries to help by sending out reminders about noise levels. Also, sometimes stairwells/trash areas/hallways were not kept very clean or smelled bad (weed) but within a few days that would resolve (air fresheners helped too). I can’t blame management for how inconsiderate other neighbors can be. Lastly, it became concerning that there were car thefts/break-ins. This was because of the area which I don’t consider to be the safest.Rent is easy to pay online - they got rid of a convenience fee which I appreciated. Water/sewer/trash was around an extra $25-40/month. My security deposit was refunded to me 100%.The location is close enough to downtown Milwaukee, but much more affordable than other luxury apartments downtown (where they also charge parking rent or have a waitlist). I’d recommend living here - the only drawback being the location not having great quality shops (most stores had poor quality items or insufficient selection) near by and not feeling completely safe. I navigated this by parking in the garage and driving to stores in Menomonee Falls.

New beautifully designed apartments. Everyone at the leasing office are very helpful. Security systems awesome and love the basement parking. Well maintained property. The apartment is well planned construction.

We love this property, especially our Bevy pond! Spacious and clean apartments.
