They did a really nice job shaping the trees and removing the canopy of one large columnar Oak tree. I was very pleased with the outcome and the clean up was fine. I will definitely use them again.

Called in for a bleak looking young tree in the front yard, but services were rendered for another tree as well. Sad part is, more services were done for the tree that looked great. Big time miscommunication, watch out and pay close attention. Took for ever to square away the invoice too and seems like their internal coordination is terrible as well. The two guys who performed the work cutting down two trees, stump removal and tree trimming were great. They were on time as promised, professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. In 2020 I had Arbortec come out for an estimate to trim our gigantic elm trees. Their estimate came in higher than the other two I received, so I did not move forward with hiring them - which was a huge mistake.This year at the beginning of spring, I noticed that our elm trees looked strange and didnt seem to be growing correctly. I called the arborist (not Arbortec) who I did hire to trim my trees in 2020, and he said they were fine, and that they might just be a little stunted from the trim the previous year. As spring turned into summer the leaves on my trees turned brown, fell to the ground and the tree looked sick. I again called the arborist I worked with in 2020, who didnt answer my call, and when I called again said they had come out (????) and didnt know what was wrong with my trees.I called Arbortec in early July - having decided to no longer work with the arborist who trimmed the trees. They were able to schedule me later in July to come out and see what was going on. By that point - it was highly apparent - Elm Beetles had destroyed the canopy of my trees. Dennis, the owner, seemed disappointed we had let the trees get so bad, but offered a spraying service that could at least aid the tree to the end of the year. He recommended a soil injection early next year.Arbortec was able to rush the spraying maintenance and get it done the same week. Their technician who came out to spray the trees was so educated and thoughtful. He worked quickly and took care of our trees. Its been 3 weeks since they sprayed and my Elm trees already have new growth on them and look like they are going to recover. We will be using Arbortec for the soil injection in the spring to make sure this doesnt happen again.If you have huge trees in your yard, dont take the discount route. Go with a company that will respond and know what they are talking about, like Arbortec. Even if it costs you a little more. It will cost you less in the long run. If I had hired them in 2020, I wouldnt of had any of the problems I had this year, and would have saved myself a few hundred dollars.

From the very start of the process, from talking to the office staff, to the gentlemen who came out to speak to me about the tree planting service, to the two gentlemen who came to plant the tree, were all VERY PROFESSIONAL. Id called 3-4 other companies to get estimates on planting and Arbortec was the only company to respond and come out and talk with me. The pricing for my Sugar Maple was VERY reasonable. Once the tree was planted, the two gentlemen told me exactly what to do and said if I had questions to refer to the proposal which highlights what is expected of the customer to keep the tree healthy. We are very happy with the top-notch service we received from Arbortec. We had a tree removed and stump ground a couple of weeks ago, and they did an excellent job, so we hired them to come back and install cabling and bracing on our large ash tree as well as prune some Canadian chokecherry trees. Dylan came out to do the estimate and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He saw a major crack in our main shade tree that we had not even noticed, and he recommended cabling and bracing. His keen eye saved our tree! We are so grateful! Melesio installed the cabling and bracing in a very proficient manner, and both he and Jesse provided excellent service in pruning our other trees. It was extremely hot outside, yet they didn’t cut any corners, and made sure all the branches and twigs were cleaned up even though it meant working out in the hot sun after a long and challenging job. They were thorough and got every last bit of dead wood out of our dense and difficult to climb trees. They also took the time to answer all of my questions and were kind and professional. I highly recommend Arbortec!

We had 3 Aspens that had died and needed removal and 2 8 foot shrubs that had died as well. They showed up on time and within a short time frame had everything removed. They ground down the stumps below ground as well. Great job awesome to deal with. I would definitely use them again. Highly Recommended.

These guys were fast, professional and reasonably priced. I got onto their cancelation list and they called to move my appointment up when they had said cancelation. They also removed a small pile of trimmings we had sitting in the yard, that they were in no way responsible for. When the job was done, they did a walk through with us making sure everything was as requested (The last place I used did not do this). I will be using these guys for future projects as well.

These guys were amazing! We has a very large pine that was beetle kill that was near fences and and structures. They were very careful with the removal and the yard & street were completely cleaned up when they finished. It was a tough spot for them to get the stump grinder in to yet they left us neat and ready to re-landscape. Excellent job!

The trees at my (new to me) home had been neglected and were in need of a professional to not only trim but assess what else they may need. I obtained a couple estimates and what sold me on ArborTec was more than just the price. The former owner had never removed some stakes from around two trees and they were in the ground pretty solidly. ArborTec removed them at no cost. Also, I had the exterior scheduled for painting and they trimmed back a neighboring tree that was almost touching my house. Nice service with the peace of mind that my brand new paint wasnt going to be scratched up. They verified the work before they started and reviewed it with me when done. Ill definitely contact them in the future!

Dillon and his crew worked tirelessly the entire day removing many large, sprawling juniper bushes and trimming some juniper trees. They worked around the water main, sprinklers, and even the gas line (which we had called ahead and was marked). No problemo! They did a great job. They cleaned up the mess and left the yard looking great. I would definitely give them a call again!

Within a day of inquiring, a professional arborist came out to give us a free quote. They were scheduling jobs out about 4 weeks at that point. Not too long. They did have good communication during that timeframe for confirming appts and answering questions. Day of, the crew called and told us they were about 15 mins out. They did a fabulous job. Cant even really tell the trees were really even there. They cleaned the area where they were working and it looked great. They were professional, respectful and accommodating. He arrived on the day scheduled. Trimmed out all the dead branches which I asked him to do. After he was finished I asked him to cut a few stump branches even with the tree trunk and he did. He was very accommodating to me.

The two guys who came out really helped me understand exactly what was needed to be done. Got right to it and were kind enough to haul off some other limbs I had cut.

We had a massive cottonwood way in the backyard. Arbortec brought a crane along with a crew of five and did a fantastic job from start to finish. All of our neighbors (it was quite a spectacle) were quite impressed with the process and the excellent job they did. I would highly recommend them, especially for large tree removals.

We were in a pretty big need of help due to a very beetle infested tree and a dead tree in our yard. We also wanted some normal maintenance done on our healthy trees. Arbotec was very professional and had excellent communication. I’m kicking myself because I can’t remember the name of the original tech/arborist from Arbotec who came out to advise us about our trees, but he was super knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain and answer our questions. He knew everything that was impacting the trees immediately. He didn’t pressure at all but told us what would be good for the trees short term and long term. We were super relieved after meeting with him and scheduled the recommended services on the spot. Scheduling was easy as well-got a specific day (we had previously worked with an arborist who had told us that they would be out sometime next week…and just didn’t communicate well). When the trimming/removal crew came, they were timely, friendly and also willing to give us advice/answer questions. Melicio(sp?) was super awesome! I would highly recommend this company. Every part of our experience with them was super pleasant. Communication with the office, initial consultation and services. They were also reasonable with pricing too. They are the only tree company I will use moving forward.

They came with a beautiful Greenspire Linden tree from Longmont, we showed them where we wanted it put into the ground, and asked their opinion. They made suggestions based on their experience and let my husband and I figure it out. They dug the hole, opened the root ball, planted the tree. This is all we were hoping for but they went above and beyond that by fertilizing it for us, watering it correctly and adding wood chips. The put in two steel stakes on either side to keep the tree standing until the roots became established . They also answered all my tree and soil questions I could come up with.This company has also innoculated our mature Ash tree against Emerald Ash Borers and are returning in July to do the process again.I could not recommend them more. Theyre professional, kind, knowledgeable and the ideal folks to take care of all of your tree needs. They love trees.

We had 3 spruce trees professionally planted 3 years ago by another company & the trees had been suffering terribly ever since. After consultation & root treatments with no success we contacted Arbortec for a second opinion. They knew immediately the issue (planted too deep) & when they removed one of the trees it was 8 inches too deep! These trees could have been saved had I called Arbortec sooner. We had a hideous oversized bush in our backyard that we did most of the trimming on ourselves. After we got to a certain point, we required the intervention of a professional. Arbortec was responsive, communicative, and very professional. They were met with some obstacles, but they overcame it easily and the end product is excellent. They even left the wood for us to burn in our stove and trimmed it down to useable pieces. Great business.

I had 4 dead trees that I was really worried about having removed cost-wise. I went to Nextdoor to get recommendations and had a few recommend Arbortec, as well as a good friend. Some of the quotes I received from people were $1700 - $2500 and I was seriously freaking out about this project. They came out, gave me a quote that was a fraction of the others, and had the trees out in two days. I couldnt be happier.

Very professional operation - came out to have a look and sent me a free detailed proposal when I sent in an online request with photos, got me in the schedule, showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing dead branches from the tree in my front yard. My fiancé and I recently bought a house that had some massively overgrown bushes in the backyard as well as an unhealthy ash that we needed removed. I had previously gotten a quote from a different arborist that was much more expensive than Arbor Tec. A friend recommended them and I’m so glad they did! The removal was affordable, professional and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly! They ground the stumps and the yard looks so much better, I just regret not having them take out an evergreen bush while they were there. I will use their services in the future!

The first snow we had broke one of our branches and it fell in the roof , we have used Arbor tree service in the past for tree trimming and the have always been great with great customer service. We needed this branch removed from the roof and they made a special trip out to evaluate the situation and returned 2 days later and removed it and at a reasonable price, we appreciated this so much as they were booked out for jobs through October and fit us in to remove this very large branch. Arbortec provided a very fair quote and wonderful service taking down a couple large aspens situated no more than 4’ from our fence. They very professionally took down both trees and cleaned up in under 3 hours without any damage to anything. Arbortec Tree Service was at my house today to fully prune 6 big full cottonwoods, remove a double stem cotton and grind, prune an aspen and a silver maple. They were there on time and very courteous. Set up and went to work with a boom truck and swinging through the tall trees. I was Impressed with the cleanup throughout the day. In fact my yard looks untouched. They were knowledgeable and talked with me about my concerns and questions. Top notch crew. The cost still makes me sick if I think about it but it was fair and worth it. Trees look great and now the worry of my kids playing under them has eased. Thanks again Arbortec crew.
