Came out one day after I called. Said they would refer me to rodent removal company. Explained I would get a call back that day. No call back. No call back the following day. I called again and explained nobody followed up. They said they would have a person call that day. Once again no call back. Worthless waist of time company. Thanks for wasting my time.

I used Orkin once to take care of bed bugs. Then 2 years later I end up with bed bugs again. When I call to schedule an inspection, I am given a 4 hour window. Okay, that I can handle. However, the inspector didnt show up, and my husband (who was home alone) had to leave for work. I was still at work, and couldnt leave for home. So, I called Orkin, to reschedule, and was told that the inspector would call me to re-schedule. That was 2 weeks ago, and I still have heard nothing. Apparently repeat business means nothing to them. On top of it, we had to buy a new couch the first time around because they refused to treat my existing couch, even with a waiver. They are not worth the trouble. Call Terminix, they call you right back, and have 2 hour windows, later in the day, and on weekends.

If you call in after hours, and expect their national call center to give you an accurate schedule for availability, think again. Their price quoted to me was almost twice as much as a competitor. Local contact was friendly enough when he told me he would not have someone up in the area until Thursday (we were scheduled for Saturday morning).Sadly this is more a comment on a national companys failure to fully integrate their local schedules as I will not have a chance to see how their actual service is. Went with a local company in Greeley in the end.

Couldnt get a call back for 3 weeks so we have discontinued our service and are going with Terminix. Night and Day comparison and are sending someone out tomorrow. We will be discontinuing our business accounts as well due to poor customer service, poor response, missed appointments, & poor treatment. I feel like they didnt want to come out because theyve fufilled their quarterly requirement so dont feel they need to do any more above and beyond that which is what they are supposed to do even though i have WASPS in my house with small children.

Sad story but you could see why they would want to stay.

They never showed up after waiting 4 hours... not recommended at all
