My dads a mechanic so hes super picky about how my car gets fixed but since hes in Colorado Springs I had to just get it fixed locally. This is my 3rd time using this Firestone and I appreciate their service - always very helpful employees and my dads never had to fix anything after. So its getting my stamp of approval. With how fast they are, I dont mind if they charge more on certain things either.I really appreciate the protection they also put in my car while working on it. The plastic seat cover and the floor mat paper were a nice touch!

I generally receive very good customer service and work from just about any Firestone location this one is my home store but other ones in the area are just as good and I would recommend the company to anyone if they needed something to be done in a timely manner

The worst place I have visited. Can make a list of bad experience I have gotten here in a single visit.There is one mechanic who is very good apart from that everyone else is very arrogant. They gave a big bill and after consistently making me wait for more than a day they said the car is ready for pickup, on picking up and driving some distance came to know oil was nill(literally no oil), went back and it appears not only are any of the fixes made but may be started by removing oil and then forgot to complete, had to go back and get it fixed again.

My initial quote to replace my alternator was $418 Labor for my vehicle to replace a alternator is 45 minutes and they replaced windshield wipers and a license plate light . .Theres no break down of charges on the receipt . when I picked it up the total was $519 . How do you justify an extra $101 dollars for a $4.00 bulb and $20 wiper blades ? Im happy to be driving again but next time Ill get towed to a honest mechanic

Integrity! I was told a year ago that my right supercharger is bad and it would cost $3000.00 to replace on a 2012 F-150 truck. I went to a Ford dealer but they did not want to quote me a price to replace the supercharger.I then went to Firestone and they quoted $2,500.00. I accepted this and they ran it through their diagnostics and found that the supercharger is fine but one ignition coil is bad. Replaced that and all six plugs, added a tire rotation and wheel alignment for a total of a little more than $700.00.I also asked if I need tires, breaks, and transmission fluid flushed. They were honest and said I did not need this additional work.

4 hrs for an oil change? Dont think so. Going elsewhere with my money

Showed up a few minutes before closing to get a screw taken out of my tire. Eddie was nice enough to stay quite a few minutes past closing to help us out. Highly recommend this Firestone

I was on my way to the store when I noticed my tire was going flat. I saw the open sign and pulled in. Eddie helped me out tremendously, with All Star service and fixed my tire super quick. I would have been screwed with a flat tire. Give this man a raise!!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this experience put me over the edge.I got here around 3:45pm asking for air in my tire. An older man (quite possibly the manager) informed me I had a nail in my tire, had me feel for the nail, and there was in fact a nail in my tire.I agreed to replace one tire, as I had just gotten new tires less than 7 months ago.After an hour of waiting, I was told by the same man who helped me initially, they would begin working on my car in a few minutes - 4:50pm came around and they still had not touched my car, let alone pulled it into the garage.I began talking to someone who got there before me, and she mentioned that she came in for a oil change at 12pm and, at the time I began talking to her, she had been waiting in store for more than 4 hours. They mentioned to her, after these 4 hours, that she suddenly had a nail in one of her Firehawk tires.Around 4:40pm, someone who I assumed was the owner(?) (or just worked there as he pulled up his Porsche and started filling up his own air) walked in through the back, and all the staff started working....I was not about to wait as long as that woman had, so I stood up, asked for my car key and walked out.I would not recommend coming to this location, as the staff may appear friendly, personable and helpful, but their work ethic is absolutely awful. I watched them walk around, joke with each other, walk in and out of the shop, and balance 2 tires in the matter of an hour. I will not be returning to this Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Ive always taken my vehicles to Firestone and received great service. The last 2 visits have been very disappointing. I dont believe in 3 strikes, youre out - Im done after 2 strikes. They wouldnt fix a flat tire without an appointment and wouldnt allow the tire to be left and picked up at a scheduled appt time. Found a competitor who took the tire as soon as I walked in and asked if they could fix it. The competitor now has my loyalty and business.

Chance after chance I’ve given this place and years of my business. Today was the final straw when I called and said “hi can I bring my car in for an oil change today” and the person on the other line said “you’re asking me if you can bring your car in”? Perhaps a poor choice of wording on my part but ....Way to treat a customer of many years. The last three oil changes I’ve received no one bothered to reset the oil change notification on the dash so I’ve had to bring it in and They acted like I’m inconveniencing them. Then I brought my car in last week for someone to look at my tire and you would’ve thought I was asking for the guy to do some massive favor by walking to my car to look at my tire. He couldn’t be bothered to walk the 20 feet to my car. Never again.

Made an appointment Saturday for a new tire. Got there and the worker was super nice and helped us pick out a tire. Told us we could just get two and would be fine. He said they wouldn’t be able to get to us that day but we could come back in the next morning. He set us up an appointment for the next day. We came back and a different worker told it would only take 1.5 hours. We came back 1.5 hours later. They hadn’t even started on our car. Then they tell us we actually need four tires (didn’t explain why, we came in to replace a flat) and said the tires we picked out the day before weren’t in stock and wouldn’t be there today. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell us that to begin with or call us when they realized. We wasted a whole weekend, had two appointments, and still don’t have a fixed car. Complete waste of time

No help. And no service. If you ask any questions, you will be hit with defensive answers and rude comments on why you should know the answer already. If you come in for a small issue. You’ll come out with a Bill that looks like you bought a new car. Would never come back here.

We were traveling from out of state and needed some work done. The crew was very helpful and conscientious,they completed the required work and I left feeling confident in the work they performed. I would recommend them.

I thought this was a great location, but somehow even with a scheduled appointment and a detailed breakdown of the services needed, no one could communicate that they didnt have anyone there to do the work. I wasted an afternoon from work so I could show up to my appointment to find this out. The manager that they had there to cover couldnt even track down or provide any information about what to do next. Really disappointing, even if its an off day, that is quite the pendulum swing in terms of service.

We were camping in Nederland and had a flat tire. There was no way we could get to our campsite with the spare, considering the road conditions. This was the ONLY tire place in the area that would help us before they closed today. Not only that, the service was spectacular AND they were short staffed! Seriously couldn’t ask for a better service experience. These guys deserve the world.

Dropped the car off to be checked; had a check engine light. They ran diagnosis, and called before they sid any work. They explained what was needed and what could wait. Very helpful.

Im really happy with the customer service at this Firestone. They really take care of our cars. They dont do any unnecessary services, dont charge if they cant fix it, and if they make a mistake, they make it right. Im especially pleased that Bill has been there so long and remembers us as customers. I feel I can trust them and its a super convenient location for me.

Justin was a stand up guy and honored the promotion on my tires. He doesnt try to upsell and I feel that I can trust with him which is a great thing with how many horror stories you hear in regards to car repair/service. Justin is very polite, professional and keeps you updated on progress of car.

Scheduled oil change ahead of time, at first trying through their website which failed entirely and then called ahead. Went in a bit early and understood totally that they wouldnt be able to get to it until the scheduled time. I live close by, so I walked home with my partner, and waited for the call. Got it in a reasonable amount of time, and if the story was stopping there, this would be a five star review.HoweverThe following day, Im driving back to work after lunch and my car starts to sound like a jet engine , really really loud. A few minutes after that my car starts FLIPPING OUT because the engine is overheating. Now, we mentioned being concerned about the coolant level when we took it in, we specifically asked them to refill if needed, and in fact they acknowledged that they had added some. I park as soon as feasibly possible, and get out and see a sizable leak coming from beneath my car. I check my oil and its fine (thank god), but sure enough the coolant reservoir is nearly BONE DRY what was in it, boiled out and over the top. You can actually see on the reservoir where it boiled out. And were not talking like....some from being over filled, were talking ALL THE WAY EMPTY.So yeah, Im now stuck waiting for someone to be available to bring me coolant so I can take it to a shop that isnt complete garbage to fix it. I drive a 2015 Cruze, and its got under 75000 miles on it, so Im not pushing it too hard, and even if I were, thats what the preventative oil change and check that they said they did was for.Update : they towed it on their dime and took care of it. Im grateful there wasnt damage, but Im definitely not returning.

I was up in Superior doing an irrigation repair job for a customer. When I went to leave for parts from the customers house I realized my Serpentin belt had broke. The Firestone shop was right down the street from my customers house, and I was able to drive my car there for them to look at. They were quick and courteous when it came to getting my car back into the shop to look at. After they looked at it they quickly realized that my A.C. compressor seized up and broke my belt. Before they came to me with the bad news they tried to find alternative ways to get my car back up and running. When they told me the bad news they were very kind and courteous as they were well aware that this was a difficult situation to be in. I asked them to just install a new belt because I dont have any towing coverage to get my vehicle all the way back to Denver. Well after they installed the new belt I went to leave and the car wouldnt even turn over.... I called one of my mechanic buddies and he suggested a shorter belt that would bypass the ac. So I did a little research online and found the exact size belt I needed and a diagram for the install. The guys at the shop didnt even hesitate to try this out and were more than willing to do it for me. A big thanks to Aaron and his team for helping me get back on the road today and avoiding a $225 tow fee back to Denver. I highly recommend this shop to everyone in the area! A great honest group of guys who care about their customers!

Amazing service! Michael is hands-down the best customer service/master technician I’ve ever worked with. These types of places are hard to run smoothly. And I have experienced some bumps, but overall they have exceeded my expectations.

I miss the good ol days when they guaranteed an oil change in 30 minutes or less or its free. Not that Im complaining. Im sure they stopped doing that because it probably increased risk and Id rather have my oil change done right instead of fast. These guys did it right and Im thankful. They definitely earned my business 100%.

Last Friday I had a fantastic experience at this location. Not only did Justin not try to upsell me on a set of tires I really didnt need for my age of car, but he provided exceptional customer service. However, the BEST part of my visit, was the time in which they completed the work. They got my car back immediately and finished under 40 minutes, allowing me to be on time to pick up my child from daycare. That alone, makes my visit a 5 star visit. The store was clean and even the guy in training was super friendly to all incoming guests that arrived while I was waiting there. Will definitely be recommending my friends and fam to this location. Thank you again for making my ridiculously packed schedule a priority. :)

6 Stars. These guys are experts! They were gentle with my car, did what they said they would do, and were friendly. Also the shop was clean, coffee was nice and hot and waiting area inviting. I waited to post this review to make sure all was well... Yes! 1 week later still driving excellent!

The guys at this store are not very nice and honestly acted like jerks. I questioned the tires they recommended for me because I have a Jeep and they wanted to put these smaller tires more for a car or minivan on. I wanted a little bit nicer of a tire and they argued about it with me for a while. I was expressing what I was looking for and they were not really responsive to what I wanted. I was spending more money and I was just surprised how I was treated. Made them seem incompetent. I won’t be back.

It is close to my home. To save time I had oil change services on both of my cars at this place this time. Both cars had a pool of oil underneath them at my garage after the services. I had to make appointments to get it fixed. On one appointment I had to wait there for about 40 min and at the other they want me to leave the car for a whole day. When I asked the guy to have a quick fix instead of leaving the car there for a whole day. The guy said it is not their problem. It is just sucks. Bye.

On a simple oil change, they left the oil fill cap, oil dipstick, and transmission dipstick off and laying on the front engine rail. Fortunately they didnt roll off and get lost. My wife drove the vehicle 100+ miles that afternoon after the oil change which also coated the entire engine compartment with fresh oil leaving the car stinking like burning oil. I recommend going somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced, as I will.

I went in for an alignment, my car started fine to go there. Im waiting, and they call me up to the front desk to say my car needs this, this, and that. One of those was a new battery. I declined, my friend and I do all the small maintenence on the car, and its well maintained. They finish my alignment and inform me my battery is completely dead. I cant say they sabotaged it, because I have no proof. Its just a little too convenient for me. I will never take a car there again.

Terrible location. Skip this and go anywhere NOT on Coalton Rd! I am so sick of hitting every single red light every single time Im on this road. I assume we have the conflicting business priorities here to blame—so, fix it, please, so we have a reason to come to your store! Firestone is fine, just NOT at this location!

I took my 2008 GMC Yukon XL Denali in for what I thought was emergency brake work. I had returned from Omaha the previous evening and the vehicle had developed a grinding noise and had the dash lighting up like a Christmas Tree. It was during the October 29th snow storm so I thought availability would be sketchy with people buying and installing new tires with the arrival of winter weather.Bill and Justin at Firestone took real good care of our vehicle and diagnosed a broken front wheel bearing hub. It was not brakes, they were all find with plenty of life left. In addition to fixing the bad bearing, they fixed the reasons for the warnings for stabilitrak, tire air level sensor failure, and check engine light.What I thought would take a couple days was completed in less than one day and I have my perfectly functional vehicle back home, all warning lights diagnosed and repaired. All work was discussed with me and I feel like I got a great deal, excellent service and very quick attention to the issues. The best part was even after I told them I thought it was brakes, they found that it was not brakes at all and only fixed what needed fixing.I recommend Firestone on Coalton Rd for their expertise, rapid service and excellent customer service. I am super happy with my experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care.

I went in for an oil change on 5/29/15. I was informed that the left front strut was no longer any good. I could get it replaced for $1200, but they need to be done in pairs and then an alignment (just shy of $3000 for the work). As I hadnt noticed anything odd with my truck and was in the process of moving across the country, I told them not to do anything about it. Today, 7/13/15, I had to take my truck to the dealership for a recall. While there, I had them rotate & balance the tires. I asked them to pay careful attention to the struts and let me know if they needed to be replaced. The dealership brought me back to the bays and showed me that NOTHING was wrong with the struts and that they are in perfect working order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRESTONE. GET A SECOND OPINION ON ANYTHING THEY SAY YOU NEED.

Worked with Tom on multiple occasions and the service has been outstanding. Always honest and works to find us the right part for the right price. I would totally recommend this place to anyone needing quality work with low cost.

Nice people, I had an overheating engine. took it in to get fixed, had already had one autoshop fail to fix it. These guys had it for 2 days, get the car back and nothing they did worked. $400 bucks down the drain. All I found out is that they were wrong and at least my engine didnt fail their engine test.

It was great of them to accept my car that needed a tire to be fixed even though they were booked up for the day. I didnt get a call when it was ready, so I had to wait all day. Other then that, great service, kind employees.

I was very impressed with the help that Jim offered at the front desk. There were multiple clients calling in and asking questions, which he handled very well. I have had troubles getting my fleet vehicle serviced at other locations and he was able to sort it out with a few phone calls when other locations denied the service. He also kept me informed on what was happening at all times. Outstanding.

One of the better Firestones. Friendly and quick service. I had gotten an alignment at a another business but the car was still pulling to the right. Took it here and they were able to fix the alignment and inspect the rest of the suspension.

Did not actually have time to have the service done. As a unplanned walk in the wanted me to leave my car from 1pm-5pm for a simple oil change and tires. Seemed professional at the counter, but Id recommend scheduling an appointment if you plan on going here.

Called to see if I could schedule an Oil Change for today, maybe tomorrow. I was told that the next appointment slot was a week away. I said that I wasnt looking for a rush or anything, I could leave the car for a few hours. The man then said I would have to leave it for the whole day.A simple oil change. The whole day. Wish I could give them zero stars. My tire was flat and they told me I had a nail in it. It was fixed with a plug, and I asked about worrying about the tire or replacing the tire - Justin told me not to worry it would last the lifetime of the tire. I wake up and my tire is flat - he offers me zero solutions to fixing my tire. The worst shop ever

I had them change the pollen filter for my car. It was a quick and easy job. They did it very perfect.

I brought my car here regularly for oil changes.Last oil change, with a courtesy check, they told me I needed new brakes because they were basically metal to metal. Its been about 3 months since.This oil change, with a courtesy check, there was no mentioning of needing new brakes.So I was either lied to about needing new brakes or the inspection was not thorough the second time. Take it as you will.

Changed my review from pleased to dealing with an absolute nightmare. Went in for tire repair, two days later we are dealing with brake failure. The work was not completed correctly as they stripped a lug nut/bolt when adding new tires. These things happen, its just hard to swallow when we were put on the road with a unsafe car and how our brakes were disturbed enough to cause them to lose almost all feeling. This situation could have been very dangerous. Especially when we have kids and they could have been in a car with brake failure is upsetting to say the least. Justin took good care of the situation and was courteous. Yet Im still compelled to write this review as I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the experience. Customer service was great, but the technical work performed is questionable.

Nice store for tires and great service

Took my 2002 VW GTI in for an alignment. I have quite a bit of my own sweat, blood and tears into this car, as well as many aftermarket parts and modifications. The team took great care to align the car to factory specs and walked me through the process as they took to it. I have a lifetime alignment with Firestone (the value is awesome), and will be back to this location from now on.

I went there explained I need to see if they could reset my check engine light as I just had my spark plugs replaced. I was told they needed to be replaced AGAIN at a 149.00 + labor and it would take two hours to replace them!?! Seriously? The plug are 4 for $10And it take 10 -15 min to replace. Over charging and an outrageous mark up on parts! Will NEVER go back again, just because Im a woman doesnt mean I dumb

I love this place! I refuse to take my car anywhere else! The manager Mike is just plain awesome. I have never trusted a mechanic/car shop as much as these guys. When Mike tells us a part needs to be replaced he will take us back and literally show us the damaged part. My Fiancé Hideo loves that they do this. It gives us great security that all the work is necessary and they are not trying to pull one over on us. I highly recommend these guys.

Honest service. Great cost and excellent communication. Im the kinda guy who likes to work on my own cars. I think I found my shop of preference on the neighborhood.

In the past, this used to be a great place to bring your vehicle. I only used it for basic oil changes and tires. My last visit 3 weeks ago, left a terrible taste in my mouth, so distasteful I will not return.The services done to the car were good, the disservice to me was awful. Perhaps its mechanics who take advantage of females scenario.First, my AUX cable was stolen from my car, and then the guy at the counter didnt give me the complete discount advertised on the coupon. The man at checkout could see I was a loyal customer in the past, no more. Just be aware of this place.

They price matches Costco on tires which we were grateful for. It did take them several minutes to acknowledge me when I came in though.

Really helpful and kind staff across the board. I was alone with 3 small kids, and everyone at Firestone was wonderful...it was a very long day for me and they helped make the experience as good as it could be.

Very poor customer service by YO. He probably lying about his manager. We felt racial profiling, no surprising cause one of the worker truck has blue life matter flag. We waited on line for 25 min but no help by anyone. White ladie behind us got helped before us. And the way he talk to others customers vs us was huge different. The way he talk to us was very rude and bad attitude. He start to taking about fee before he even check our car and see whats wrong with it. Very unprofessional. Never gonna come back. Over all experience gave me feeling that this place is only for white people.

I went in for routine service including a new seal in the transmission. They used a generic seal which resulted in all of the fluid dumping out a few hours after service. They did remediate the problem and gave me cleaning supplies, but did not compensate for the problems caused by their mistake. That said, their mechanics were stellar and had advised management that the seal wouldnt work. Sadly, management ignored them.

This location is all over the map. Sometimes they are incredibly helpful, and other times are incredibly rude. During the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton came on the TV in the waiting area. Completely unprompted, the male employee behind stated, I dont like the idea of a woman as President. Theyre too emotional to handle everything, you know?. I had no idea what to say. Obviously it was the most ridiculous comment I heard in person all election season, but at the same time, they had the keys to my freaking car that was up on a platform lift! I wasnt about to get into it with someone who was on the clock and shouldnt have been stating their opinions like that. I just left dumbfounded until my car was ready.

On Wednesday I made an appointment for THIS Sunday. The service guy scheduled me for the Sunday two weeks from then. I live 45 min. from the shop so when I drove down on Sunday for my appointment I ended up wasting 1.5 hours and half a tank of gas, not to mention scheduling my entire day around the appointment. There was no reasonable offer made by the service technician upon my arrival to have the service done that day.

My first trip to Firestone was to fix my suspension, replace the shocks, tires, and brakes last year on my 2000 Explorer. I dropped it off before work and it was ready to be picked up before I left work. Now it rides just like it did when I drove it off the dealers lot sixteen years ago. Today I had them install a new starter to resolve an intermittent no crank problem that my Ford dealer could not solve. With short notice there were able to get me in and out on the same day again! This shop does good work and has a quick turn around time. I recommed them as a great place to take your worn or broken down vehicle if youre like me and cant afford a new one.

Went in at 8am to fix a flat tire. Simple 10 minute procedure. Was told Id have to sit and wait until 3 pm as I wasnt on the schedule. Female employee rudely told me that I should schedule it next time. The other employees in there laughed. Lazy and rude people. Dont even bother.

Travis Lockert was a rock star with customer service. He spent over 20 min with me going through all the tire options and what tire suited my needs the best. I have had one ok service from them in the past but yesterdays was very good.

They charged me 230$ for bearing and seals, which costs only 126$ from other part stores. I found out the price after they replaced the part. L. Miller said they dont offer price match. I could not argue with her because the work was done. I would not let them replace the part if I found out earlier. She did not even accept any coupon code I found online. The coupon codes were used so many time successfully for so many times. They always tried to ask you to replace something that is not necessary.The labor cost is 102$ per hour, which is higher than other stores.Please avoid the store if you can.

Wrongly diagnosed - recommended another $700+ of repairs. Luckily had to wait for my husband to return and it worked. Has been working for more than 3 weeks. They work on fear psychosis of non-experts and fleece.

Pretty simple. I ran over a nail and needed a patch. I brought my vehicle into the store without an appointment and was told there are 15 cars ahead of you. I asked if the tire was under warranty because I had purchased 4 new tires from this location a few years ago. I was told that the patch would be covered by warranty except if the tire is damaged beyond repair. I wasnt able to stay and wait for an opening so I left the tire there to be patched and made an appointment to come back the next day for installation.That night I was called and told that the tire was damaged beyond repair and that the warranty wouldnt cover it. He told me that for $43 we can replace that tire with a brand new one of the same type. I told him that was OK to do the work and I would stop by in the morning to get it installed.When I came into the store the next day I said I was there to pickup the new tire. At that point I had decided that I didnt want this location to do the actually installation and I just wanted to pay for the tire and install it myself. I also asked to have the old flat tire.This is where things went down hill.I was then told that I couldnt have the old tire because it had to be sent back to the warehouse for warranty work. My scam alarms started going off so I mentioned the person on the phone had said that the tire was damaged beyond repair and wasnt covered under warranty. The female at the location seemed confused why he would tell me over the phone that the tire was damaged beyond repair yet the tire was being sent back for warranty work. This tells me that the tire was never damaged beyond repair and this person took the opportunity to convert a free tire patch job into a $40 sale of a tire I didnt need.At this point I knew I was being taken advantage of but decided to go forward with the transaction because it was a brand new tire for significantly less than the retail price. I was charged $40.35 for the new tire and I left the building. After getting back into the car I read the invoice and noticed multiple charges that I didnt think should have been there.CO waste tire exchange fee: $1.50Road hazard protection: $9.13Scrap tire recycling fee: $2.00I came back in and explained that it didnt make sense for me to be charged tire exchange and recycling fees for a tire I wanted back and couldnt have and that wasnt even being trashed or recycled, it was going back for factory work. I also didnt want the road hazard protection and I was never asked if I wanted it.I demanded a refund for all the erroneous fees and walked out with a brand new $100 tire for $27.72. I guess thats the only good side to this.I wont be going to firestone ever again and I will do my best to make sure my story about this location is distributed widely.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a Firestone. They spelled my name wrong (How do you spell Amy wrong?!), did not ask me to check any of my information, and did not tell me the price before they started working on my car. A standard oil change cost me $65, instead of the usual $25. Afterwards, they refused to acknowledge my Firestone account and instead asked me if I was trying to use my past payments to pay with a previous card(????). They treated me dismissively and as though I did not know what I was talking about (Im an engineer, I know engines). I can only give them credit for actually having changed the oil at all.

They always have great service! Everyone is knowelgeble and willing to explain in detail what is wromg. The negative comments here are hilarious and from impatient yuppies that dont understand this place busy and you need to make appointments ahead of time.

Been there a few times before. This time though I made an appointment for 4 as they didnt go by half hour times. Traffic was bad due to the snow so I arrived a few minutes late. They assured me I would have my tires rotated and wiper blades replaced as well as an oil change by 7 when they close.I get there at 6:30 they dont even have the new tires on yet, I wait another hour for them to finish. On my way home I noticed they didnt replace my rear wiper blade like I requested.Very poor service doubt I will return or suggest to friends to use that location.

While I agree that they can be overpriced since they are corporate, I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Ive been taking my 1999 Nissan Altima (150k miles) there for three years now, and they are always very honest. Im sure they could feed me a million things I need to fix on my car every time I get an oil change, but they never do. And if they do find something, theyll even tell me its not a big deal that I fix it, they just want to point it out.Gary is the best. A few times hes even told me how to do some small things myself that Im sure other places would charge the minimum labor for. I can always trust him to tell me the truth, which is the biggest thing I look for in a mechanic. So I would definitely recommend them!

I find it ridiculous that every Firestone location ive called is booked every time ive called them this week and cant do even a simple patch of a tire and tell me to try calling back late next week. I have roadside coverage with the tires i bought from you and now i need to have a tire either patched or changed out and you want me to wait over a week? You have officially lost a customer who has spent thousands on oil changes, repairs, and tires. I use to think i could rely on Firestone but this isnt going to work for me. what happens when im waiting for you guys to fix my tire and my tire blows out on 36 with my two children under 2 in the car? you just expect me to wait? no. people will take their business else where, as i will be doing from here on out. too bad.

Had a battery installed for $150.00 and they wanted to add another $15.00 fee, which I refused. Less than a year later my battery is covered in corrosion ruining my custom tie down. I called they said that the fee I turned was the ant-corrosion terminal protectant. Ive never had to pay extra for that spray, its always put on with the battery. They didnt want to help at all, I said Ill never use Firestone again and they said okay, have a nice day. Guess theyre okay with $150 battery sale and never seeing that customer again. smh

Got me taken care quickly. They put on my spare and ordered my new tire at a shop close to my house since they didnt have it in stock.

I spent over a thousand dollars on new tires here for my wifes car..When a nail got stuck in the tire i took it to them to have the nail removed and a plug patch installed..The woman told me it would be a 3 hour waitAnd i should leave the car with them..They didnt even have time to look at it real quick to tell me if it would be a fast fix or not or if i shouldnt be driving on it..Not acceptable..I took it to Big O tiresThe Patch took literally 10 min, cost me 18 bucks and i was on my way..Im sorry i spent so much money at FirestoneI have multiple vehicles all of which need new tires...I will not be taking my vehicles here anymore..Needless to say, I cannot in good conscience recommend this firestone if you value your time..

Very displeased with my experience. I bought their insurance for my new tires last year and when I had popped a tire they said I no longer had it. 2nd they have no parking and when I found a parking spot a worker stopped me from entering that parking spot by screaming and hitting my car. Would never go here again. It was a waste of my time.

The manager, Mike, got my family in and out of the shop for a tire repair. Very dependable and pleasant staff.

I have already had a few bad experiences with various Firestones, but I decided to give them one more shot today. I asked to have some TPMS taken out of tires so that I can sell them to someone that doesnt need them. The guy on the phone blurts out THATS AGAINST FEDERAL REGULATIONS before I can even finish my statement. After I finish explaining why I want them out, he tells me it will be a full mount and balance for $65 -ridiculous. I will never do any business with any Firestone ever again. They are annoying, over-priced, and greedy liars.

Im always looking for a good deal and excellent service. Lena is the Mgr there and I always ask for her. Shes polite, to the point and is as flexible as possible on costs. Ive taken both my Audi and my wifes Hyundai there numerous times and have had overall good experiences. If there are any issues, they corrent them promptly. As with any auto servicing company Id always be careful because the industry has a BAD reputation for upselling things that you really dont need, but Ive always been treated fairly at the Coalton Firestone in Broomfield.
