Best place. Lots of fun while you work. The receptionist is very cute and helpful.

We asked for and thought we were signing a month-to-month agreement. however, we signed a longer term contract and are forced to pay for 2 additional months. We were using the space on a trial basis and, while it is nice, it ended up not being a fit for our needs. So two months rent will be wasted.Also the accounts and management section of their website is terrible. It took multiple attempts and/or calls to set up payments. Be sure that it is a fit for you because it took way more effort and time than it should to set this up. If it is a long term fit, great, do it. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere.Update: we canceled 2 months ago but are still paying. They cannot manage their services efficiently. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Honestly a great choice. Just be sure you are asking the right questions and know whats needed. Had a neighbor that left unhappy on their own regard. I had the same issue as they did, but calmly explained my concerns and they were addressed and explained clearly. This is a very busy office, you can tell as the location is always buzzing with new and current faces. I enjoyed my business here. Location is very central for my needs. No real complaints on my part.

These are different and will not reflect the same pricing. We are always happy to further explain the differences to any potential tenants. The comments posted, we can verify are real, as clients are asked to make a review with us online. Most of which prefer not to use their personal emails and, my guess is, they generate a new one. We have been a respectable company since 1989, it would be quite hard to fake an office space for so long. Easiest experience Ive had renting an office. The team here is quick, efficient and their location attracts more customers for my business. Its a brand new place in a very central area. Again, great for my business.Would 10-10 recommend.Didnt fail me.

Had the pleasure to be invited to this Spaces Grand Opening event. It was an excellent networking experience, with a free open bar to help with those ice-breakers. Free food was also given out. The center is huge with 3 floors of office space. Very much liked the feel of the team as they worked together through the event. Was very impressed over all.

Looks good. Pricing is great for what they offer and their location, compared to most competitors out there. Good atmosphere. Good presentation and presence.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE. They have no loyalty to the tenants renting from them, a completely cutthroat policy, and they cover it all up with trendy decor and youthful motivational slogans. Avoid!

What a joke! Advertises $200+/month, ACTUAL price is $1,200/month following a call service and some out of state salesman. Smells total spammy/scammy to me. If you cant trust their online price, how could you trust them for your space?!?! NOTE: All their 5-star reviews are fake, from non-real people. AVOID.

Not sure why it’s so hard to post pricing, $250/mo for open coworking (no reserved desk) and $350/mo for a reserved (not private) desk. Seems pricey to me, that’s a 1 month term and it goes down if you do it for longer.
