The owners and staff are very nice. I have shipped expensive items with never a worry.Theres never a long wait either, even during the busy season.I went in to get a passport photo today after the one at the UPS Store on 120th was sent back as the photo was rejected by the Passport State Department. The photo today was taken, the envelope was addressed and ready to be sent with a tracking number. They made sure I had signed everything and had my old passport ready to go. I was there, done and back home in less time that it took me to drive to the other store. I know some other people who went to the store on 120th and had their passport photos returned as well. I was there as I had a luncheon in the area so thought would be easy to stop in.Cost me 45 days because it was returned.Go to AIM Mail Center for all your needs. They are helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Plus, they have some great little gifts hanging around the store and I always seem to find something for someone :-)

I’ve used them mostly for shipping packages, they are always so diligent in making sure you get the best rate - whether it be UPS, FedEx or USPS! They also offer fax services, notary, mail box services and more. Need a last minute gift or card to include in your package? No problem! They have many different type of toys and fun little gifts for men and women of all ages! Bonus is that they are located right near many different shops making it so convenient to get everything done in one quick, easy stop!

Ive used this this business for years! Its a great one stop shop for all my shipping needs, and having a Notary available is a huge plus, especially on a Saturday! Every item Ive shipped always is packed perfectly and arrives in great shape. Choice of carriers too to compare rates. Plus it is in such a convenient locale. Highly recommend.

I came here once to see if they printed things on a whim. Sure enough I emailed them the flyer and invitations I wanted, while standing in the store. They worked together to make sure it printed with the highest quality. The end result looked clean and glossy and perfect. I was in and out in a flash!I will start coming here for printing needs rather than fedex because I never know what I’m going to get at fedex. Here, they found the right envelopes to go with my invites, and they sell the greatest stamps. There’s also tiny gifts that, so far, fit for every occasion whenever I need a quick, meaningful gift to bring a friend for any event. After getting to know the staff, I feel welcome here and well taken care of.

Super nice people who work here. More often than not, i drop off my packages here and just walk in, and put it on their table.For the first time, i needed a shipping label for a ~5 lb box with sweaters that were bought from me for $60. Looking through their system they were able to compare shipping prices and told me the cheapest way to ship would be about $35. Kindly enough, she told me it would be cheaper if i go to USPS and do it for about $21. If the package was worth more than $60 I would have shipped from Aims Mail Center. But it wasnt worth it. i appreciate her honesty and understanding!

I love supporting my local small business. I enjoy working with the owner J. However, I went there couple of times in the last month and there is this old lady who at the first visit; tried to ship a letter for me and the process took over 14 minutes because she couldn’t get the address right even though it was in front of her when I handed her the destination. She had to attempt it twice, then one more time because she charged the wrong amount. Another visit last weekend, I was attempting to return a package but same lady told me “ I am not comfortable shipping the box” tbh honest the box is not new as it was a return to sender. But this is a mailing center and not a carrier. If the carrier refuses to accept it then I’ll be more than happy to take it up with them. I was even going to pay for shipping when it was a return item. But the old lady said “no I can’t accept this package” when I asked for a piece of tape she wanted to charge me for a whole roll. So I walked out and never coming back.

Another great perk: when I need stuff printed out, I email it to them ahead of time and then can pick it up when I am ready. Recommended, for sure.

Nice lady working:However I brought my usps priority mail envelope which normally costs 6.70 for 2 day shipping at post office. AIM charged me 11$ and it’s apparently not going to get to the destination until Saturday, 5 days later!!!DONT GO HERE. SKIP THE MIDDLE MAN!!!!!Now my paycheck is going to be delayed because my visit records are late!! Thanks!!!!!!
