It is very important to me to have a kind mutual interaction with the team that comes into our home. There is some vulnerability in that I cannot produce the expert level of cleaning that they can (and just did!). Their smiles and friendliness added to my awarding a rating of 5 stars. I guess that I would rather have a dirty house (which I did for the past 16 months) than a cleaning experience that is lacking in positive human contact.

TCA is consistent and always does a great job. Weve used their services for several years and will continue to do so!

Although I forgot to pick up the house the night before, the ladies did an amazing job and they didnt miss cleaning any part of the house. They worked quickly and did a very thorough job! It feels like a new house again.

I would like to thank Cleaning Authority for keeping my home clean for the past few years. Actually, more than a few years....Ive been a loyal customer and have been with them since 2008, for a total of 290 cleans! Every one of them was done with perfection. The teams were professional and very thorough. Its with a heavy heart that I am cancelling my service but not due to any sub-service. My husband and I will be traveling full time in our RV and wont be using this service. HOWEVER, that is the only reason we have to discontinue our service and if we werent changing our lifestyle, we would continue the service.For anyone that needs a fantastic cleaning service, please recommend Cleaning Authority. We have been so happy with the work The Cleaning Authority has done for us over the past 2 years. The team is so friendly, professional, and thorough. They even do special personal touches such as posing my sons stuffed animal collection in his bedroom which he now looks forward to every week. Very happy, would highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with the service my home received from The Cleaning Authority of Broomfield. They have a rotation system and checklists for cleaning that makes sense and sets them apart from other cleaning companies. The manager checks in to ensure the service is up to par and to address any issues. The people who did the actual cleaning are punctual, pleasant and they did a good, thorough job. They are far superior from the previous cleaning company I hired. I absolutely recomend The Cleaning Authority of Broomfield.

I have used Cleaning Authority for many years now. I like that I almost always have the same 2 cleaners and they know me and my house. They are very reliable. They might miss a few minor things, but generally do a really good clean.

They did a great job except for the upstairs bathroom floor. There was something which appeared to be comet or some other powder scattered across part of the floor which I had to wipe up. This happened during the previous cleaning also.

We have two kiddos and work full time but opposite schedules. We just finished our first clean and are so happy we’ve decided to get this service. It’s a huge help!

The Cleaning Authority does a great job. They rotate deep cleans of certain areas of the house which I like a lot. The ladies who come to clean are very sweet and respectful.

We have been with Cleaning Authority for 6 years now. The plan was to just use them for a few months after our daughter was born, but Rosa and Jessica do such a great job that we just couldnt bring ourselves to cancel the service.

It is so nice to trust someone to clean your house and you know that it will always be done right. Its also so nice to not wake up on a Saturday morning and know that you have to spend half the day cleaning your house. Ive never had a problem with TCA and my house is always sparkling clean after they leave. They worked with me through my move to a new house doing a consultation on my new house and a deep clean on my old house. I would definitely recommend them.

We appreciate the rotation schedule to do deeper cleaning of specific areas. We also need to occasionally adjust our cleaning times when situations arise and they are very accommodating. Its always so nice to come home after they have been here and have shopped a lot of cleaning services in the past 10 years. This is the best service we have used by far.

I would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority, the cleaning is top-quality, they are very responsive to schedule changes and very flexible. They answer their phones promptly and are very good about communicating by email also. The management frequently drop by to check on the cleaning process and they are always looking for room to improve. We have been using them for over 3 years now after a number of disappointing, self-employed cleaners. I think a professional company with multiple staff is the way to go.

I can’t tell you how happy I am when that car pulls up. I was actually a customer for many years & when I retired I figured I’d clean my own house. After a couple of years I gave up! When I called , Tony said he had a note in my file saying “she’ll be back”!! I am & I’m very happy.

I love The Cleaning Authority. They are punctual, trustworthy, affordable, and thorough. Emma and Rita have been cleaning my house for over a year now and I am so appreciative of the great job they do. I also love that they do additional tasks on different areas on a rotational basis, so we get extra attention throughout the house as we move through the rotations.

I hired the cleaning authority for my apartment a while back and service at that time was good. That being said I had told management that some of the teams for cleaning were better than others. So I asked for a certain team because they did the best job. Then I received different teams and none cleaned to my satisfaction. I had some damage to my apartment so I informed the management about the situation he told me that he had a maintenance guy who would take care of it. I waited a few weeks and no one was in to fix the outlet that the cleaning person ripped out of the wall from there vacuums. So I put off service and waited to hear back from management they never fixed it or replied to my email so I terminated service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning due to the spotty cleaning quality and false promises on repairing their damage to my home.

The team has done a fantastic job of cleaning our house now for three years. They even offer extra touches and flourishes like folding bathroom towels in neat patterns or cleaning underneath my fridge. Ive found the crew to be friendly and nothing but honest. If Ive dropped an object behind a wall or on the floor, I will find it placed on the nearest desk, table, or counter - this includes things like money or even jewelry that Ive misplaced or lost. In the rare case that I have had an issue - if I feel like the crew missed a spot or I was accidentally billed twice, all I have to do is send Tony an email or call and he immediately fixes the issue or proposes a solution. Ive also found their pricing to be competitive and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a good friend or neighbor.

The actual cleaning is okay, and they were flexible with scheduling (even though you are charged a fee each time you need to reschedule/cancel). What I did not care for was the customer approach. The management is not super friendly, or organized. I tried to change my cleaning (of rooms) and never got confirmation. Many items were broke by their staff during cleaning of my kitchen; I alerted the Mgr and they didnt offer to pay or fix. Also, they need to better regulate their staff working when ill. If the cleaning staff is sick, they should not let that staff enter customer homes. When I wrote to cancel my membership with them, the Mgr simply said that I was take off the schedule and didnt bother even ask why or offer a simple thank you for working with them and tipping their workers well. I find that super disappointing.

I switched to TCA after a friend recommended them and they have been cleaning my house for two years. The cleaning teams are professional and do a great job. They use great products that dont leave my house smelling like bleach.

I think the rates are very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for regular or a one time special service.

Last week we had our home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority -Broomfield; owner Tony Stack.We believe that both my engagement ring and wedding band were stolen by his employees as well as my mascara and a pair of sunglasses randomly appeared on the top of our refrigerator that had previously been in my purse, in my closet.I confronted the employees, called Tony, and then called the police.A Broomfield police officer came out, interviewed the ladies and myself and we submitted a police report. The officer did not search the ladies and left saying he had no proof but would alert the pawn shops around our neighborhood.Tony, the owner, has totally blown us off, has not contacted his insurance company, offered to pay for anything, or uttered an apology of any kind.I find all of this to be despicable and in no way to run a business. I hope you will take this into consideration if you are currently employing The Cleaning Authority or know someone who is. I strongly encourage you to tell your friend and neighbors about this incident. Word of mouth is powerful.

Been with them for years and not only did their cleaning service itself decline, but their personal customer service is also really bad. There’s no apologies or accountability for the bad job done, just excuses and rudeness.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They do not get your house clean. I understand that sometimes things get missed... no big deal... but waaaay too many areas were always neglected. I filed a report with BBB and because of this the owner called and threatened me. I filed a police report in case anything happens they will know they had threatened me previously. After my horrible experience, I have heard so many other horror stories form them, I wish I would have researched. Very scary and horrible company. Stay far away!

The Cleaning Authority has done an exceptional job in cleaning of my house. From top to bottom, they have been awesome! I want these two ladies cleaning my house always, as they have been better than good.
