Amazing treatment!! I’m a huge Sanita’s skin care product fan, but this spa also carries a few other lines, and WOW! I got a treat from Breanna! She introduced this product junky to Eminence brand and put the ‘treat’ back in treatment!! It’s not every day I give a 5 star review for a pampering— since I’m a pamper diva! No shade here!! How unprofessional and they won’t refund me and keeps telling me their manager is out every week and it’s like they don’t want to give me my money. Facelogic Spa in Broomfield truly gave me a wonderfully relaxing face treatment. I felt so pampered and taken care of, I actually dozed off a few times during my session. Friendly and accommodating staff, a welcoming and cozy environment, and fantastic products left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a little bit of treat yourself therapy. They will take great care of you.

I went last weekend for my appointment with Meagan for my first chemical peel, she recommended a lactic acid peel for my first time to help with some scarring I’ve developed after a recent bad breakout. She explained every product she was use before applying it and also explained what it may feel like. She also gave me a thorough run down of what to expect after my treatment. Meagan even gave me some recommendations on how to continue caring for my skin at home in between appointments as well as a good lip treatment for my severely dry lips. I highly recommend seeing her for any of your skincare needs, I know I’ll be returning.

Warning: Unethical business practices; Never prepay for servicesI bought a package of 3 signature facials (using the first one) in March. Then COVID happened and the spa closed. I called back when my nail salon re-opened (with masks) and was told I could get a facial with a mask on. Since my face is underneath my mask, I said that I’d rather wait if my package wouldn’t expire. They said, “Oh no, of course not,” so I put the appointment on hold for the summer. I am still wearing my mask, but I checked in on their website recently, to see if there were other services I could use, and I found a large banner announcing that they started doing mask-free facials in June! (One might have expected them to have notified their clients with a postcard.)So I called for my next appointment, and discovered that they are not honoring prepaid packages. What?! They are also not returning phone calls. I agreed on a compromise over the phone, and made an appointment at one point, but the manager cancelled my appointment “until I talked to her.” She did not and will not call me -- in spite of multiple promises from the receptionist and my attempts to reach her. I even stopped by the salon one afternoon, when their posted hours were until 8pm, to find the place empty and locked, with a cute sea creature sign saying, “we otter be here but we left early.”I realize that small businesses are struggling, but so are families. I have a receipt for services never delivered, and I cannot understand why this spa would rather forego having a satisfied customer in favor of stealing a few dollars now. Don’t trust this FaceLogic!

Ive gotten several facials at Facelogic in the last many months, all from Meagan. They have all been so relaxing and wonderful. My skin feels totally renewed after having a facial from Meagan. She really takes the time to listen to and address any concerns you may have. Another plus for me are the products Facelogic uses. They are of such high quality; love them. Lastly, the ambiance is so restful and calming. Your own little zen getaway in the middle of lifes craziness. Ahhh, Im going to head over there right now!

I just enjoyed an Eminance Stone Crop body wrap, great relaxing service, my skin looks and feels great. I highly recommend Facelogic and this service to get your skin ready for summer. They are taking all covid precautions and sanitation. After being home for 3 months, this was an amazing treat.

I have to post a review for my Mom, Frances who had an amazing facial at the Facelogic Spa and asked me to help her share her experience with others. My mom had a blissful hour Elite facial with Eminence Organics and truly enjoyed every moment of it. She said she felt so relaxed and pampered and that the esthetician was very pleasant and gentle with her. She left there feeling great and will definitely be back!

Ive been a member for 8 years and love every Facelogic facial and experience. This is the special treat I give myself every month, that makes me feel and look great. Each month there are specials available to members, so I can try different services and/or products. I love the comfy chairs and the great private rooms. The staff is very friendly, skilled and always recommend what is best for my facial needs. I look forward to my facial each month, and smile when people guess that I am younger than I am.

A dear friend arranged for me to have a facial when I arrived on a night flight from Detroit. Exhausted from a day of work and then a flight... the facial was just what I needed to make the transition. The skin care therapist was amazing! A private room, soothing music, and the perfect combination of skin care and massage. If I lived in the Denver area, I would so opt for a monthly membership. My skin glows and I entered a few days of vacation with the right mindset.

Ive had treatments with Sharon and Carrie and Im so happy with the services & results! Lets start with the team - everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They have a great selection of options for services and the pricing is budget friendly. Ive done the Elite Facial using Eminence Organics multiple times and I LOVE the line. My face feels so luxurious afterwards (be warned if you typically dont get facials regularly you may experience a small breakout from the different products). My last treatment I added the skin classic to my Elite facial to remove some of the broken blood vessels around my nose & chin. Holy Moly! It stung a little bit during the treatment, but Carrie was very patient and would move back and forth between areas minimizing the discomfort. I was a little red and scabbed slightly for about 3 weeks (I have VERY sensitive skin), but its amazing. 2 1/2 months later and the little red lines are totally gone. My favorite was my dermatologist had tested a spot on my cheek and created a blue spot. Carried did the treatment on that spot and discovered it was trapped blood below the surface and its gone!I highly recommend Facelogic Spa. My pores appear smaller, my skin is healthier and I get compliments all the time that I dont look my age - BONUS!

This spa is amazing. I absolutely LOVE the Sanitas products they recommended me. The milk and honey cleanser and Tropical C daily moisturizer leaves my skin so refreshed and glowing. Thanks ladies. I cant wait to try out my new eye cream.

Brianne did an amazing job on my lash extensions!! The chair was super comfy and she made sure to makes sure I was comfortable. I love how my lashes look!! The staff were all super nice too!

Love Facelogic Spa of Broomfield. The staff is wonderful and their product are great. I have sensitive skin and have to be careful with what I used on my face and I never have a problem with the Eminence plant based product line. Scheduling is easy, the staff is great and the treatments are relaxing. They also offer a variety of other services such as lashes extension, waxing and teeth whitening.

I love how I feel when I come to Facelogic - relaxed, calm, pampered & taken care of! The dim lights, music, massage immediately takes away any stresses Ive been carrying. I especially appreciate when the estheticians (they are ALL wonderful) put together a home-care regimen for me, so I can take care of my skin in between my appointments. Wonderful facial. Upon completion my comment was I feel sparkly. I wish I could have that chair in my home. I had a bump of some sort removed and it was so well done I didnt even have a red spot though getting it took a few tries. I definitely recommend this place and was especially pleased not to get the product sales pitch that always makes me feel guilty after splurging on my facial and not ready to spend more money.

I joined Facelogic (Denver) over a year ago, and Kristin is my esthetician. My skin has never looked better! The treatments she has recommended have made such a difference in my skin...they us Eminence products that are so nourishing and kind to your skin....especially in our dry Colorado climate. Chantel was great! She knew my skin is very sensitive, so she explained each step of the facial and asked during each step if I felt any burning or discomfort (which I did not). I also tried the red LED treatment, which felt like a little bit of happiness on a cold winter day. I left feeling relaxed and my skin felt amazing. I will definitely be back again!

Im new with the Eminence products and really wanted to take my skin to the next level. I never wanted to go out with out make up due to acne scars and blemishes on my face. I started using Citrus & Kale potent C+E Serum oh my goodness the difference my skin is bright and clear such a great line!!! Now I can go out with out needing to cover up my skin :-)

This place has fantastic products and customer service. Tegan provided guidance and suggestions to address the issues with my skin that were very helpful. She did this without the advantage of a face to face consultation, and she did not disappoint. Her recommendations were perfectly suited to my skin - Sanitas skin care is wonderful, effective and gentle.

Went and got a facial while I was 8 months pregnant and it was awesome! The staff was so nice and friendly and took time to really listen to me and work with my needs. I would defiantly recommend anyone to check this place out. I am excited to book my next appointment!

Fran at the front desk is very nice. Esthetician (I cant recall her name at the moment) was very nice, but at the end of the brow wax she didnt show it to me in the mirror to confirm it looked how I wanted before I left. Not sure if thats normal practice there? All in all, the wax was fine, but Id only go back to see her if I were in a pinch.

Came here after seeing that they had lash and brow tinting at a competitive price and, after talking with the very helpful staff members, decided to go with a lash lift and tint combo instead !!! I am thrilled with the results and the esthetician made the process painless. Would highly recommend !!

Well. First time getting a facial in my 29 years, and I have to say that Facelogic and their staff made it a super comfortable experience. They asked me direct questions to ensure that they performed the most appropriate facial, eased any discomfort I had with great front desk staff, and introduced me to a phenomenal esthetician who did a great job taking care of me. Id definitely recommend this for someone trying to start to take care of their skin, or someone who often gets facials as they seemed super experienced and equipped to deal with any situation. And from the research on costs I did before coming to this location, you cant beat their cost and their options for subscriptions to reduce cost more.Thanks!

I always have a good experience every time I go. The staff is happy, helpful, kind, and considerate. They always remember me. They are accessible and willing to help handicapped people. (I use a walker) I would defiantly recommend them.

I have been a member for over 4 years and have generally been highly satisfied. The spa is exceptionally clean and orderly and it is always a relaxing experience. Heather is a top-notch esthetician, knowledgeable and sensitive to a clients needs. There is not pressure to purchase products or indulge in services that are not needed, and the front-desk staff is outstanding at working with the client to reschedule when necessary.

An elite facial + eyebrow & lip wax with Kristen left me relaxed and feeling refreshed. She took into account my dry Colorado complexion and had just the right touch.

I had a microdermabrasion and facial over the weekend and it was SUPERB.The esthetician I had was so kind, personable, knowledgeable and experienced in the industry. The products smelled and felt amazing, the microderm was just the right pressure and I left with glowing skin!Everything from the dimmed room, comfy robe, gravity chair to the little massages throughout the experience made it that much more relaxing. The spa is well decorated, clean and very reasonably priced. Go pamper yourself at Facelogic...you wont regret it.OH and P.S. the owners are amazing...beautiful ladies inside and out who care so much about their spa and their community!

Normally, I dont leave reviews, but my experience at FaceLogic was just spectacular. Id never gone there before, but I have been increasingly dissatisfied with my current spa, and have been seeking out a new place for facials and similar services. I loved the products they used, the technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was sere and calm. I bought a membership before I left, and will be getting my monthly facials there from now on.

Not happy and will not join again. The best facials I had were by 2 ladies that were leaving. Worst facial ever by the person who took they place, lost paper work at front desk each time I came in. What the heck happened to the great service!

Well I went in for a a spray tan and I couldnt be any more disappointed with how it turned out. Spots were missed, I have heaps of product in various areas, my neck looks green. The lines that formed around where I kept my underwear on have a green tint. The lady that did mine was very nice but just didnt seem to be all that attentive to what she had and had not sprayed.....I was so excited to be tan and glowing that I went to a professional paid 45 dollars and came out looking like I bought 6 dollar tan in a can and tried to do it my self. Wont go back for tanning, however the facial the day before was very nice and relaxing (5 star facial) *edit*They have very graciously addressed and corrected the issue. They couldnt have been more apologetic for the issue. Thank you facelogic for the positive out come. I will recommend the business!

I had a really nice facial with Heather. She and the staff of Facelogic in Broomfield, CO are very professional and made my experience very relaxing. I have had facials with Jaqlyn as well with a wonderful experience as well. I love the new look to the salon too!

I think the quality for this establishment has gone down. Since last year, Ive gotten quite a few procedures done here: Facials, microdermabrasion, and waxing. So yes, Id say I was a regular here.However, I did not enjoy my last two procedures here. I just had a waxing procedure done today. I realized that my esthetician started rushing me. Some of the wax hadnt fully cooled before she started pulling. Ive had several wax procedures done before and Ive never had someone pull while the wax was still warm. I didnt want to assume she didnt know what she was doing, so I didnt say anything. She proceeded to tell me that she was rushing, because she had another client.Anyone whos had wax done before knows that it can be painful if the wax the doesnt set. Customers want to feel cared for, so if youre rushing me for someone else, why am I paying for this service?Instead of confronting my esthetician, I called into the front desk just to notify her of my concern. I dont think it went well. She proceeded to remind me that I was late to my appointment so that couldnt lead to the esthetician rushing. Seemed more like we were going back and forth than trying to understand each other. Yes, I admit, I was 5 minutes late -- but that really isnt a reason to rush a procedure. Front desk even started to argue with me about how late i really was. Id really like better communication next time if being 5 minutes late was a big concern. But dont rush services Im paying for. The front desk employee asked if I wanted a refund, I refused because thats not the point of my calling in. Nonetheless, I paid for my service and tipped my esthetician fairly. But Im never spending money here again.

I have seen two different facialists at facelogic spa and was not disappointed with either. Both seemed very knowledgeable about my skin after looking at it and recommended products that would benefit me. I felt like the entire experience was exactly what im looking for when going for a facial. I want the spa feeling when getting a facial and thats exactly what youll get at Facelogic spa. I would 100% recommend this spa and will be going back myself in the near future.

I purchased a pack of three microdermabrasions to the spa. My first experience was pretty terrible. Super rushed and the staff seemed unprofessional. Definitely a one star rating that time. It really depends on the esthetician that you get when you are a new client at a spot like this. HOWEVER, my second experience was beyond wonderful. Skyler was at the front desk, and provided great customer service! Sharon was my esthetician and she was so knowledgeable and really took the time to meet my skin care needs. I will definitely be seeing her again :)

I will never go back to Facelogic Spa on Highway 287 in Broomfield. The esthetician who gave me my facial was a smoker - I know this because I could smell it on her breath throughout the entire session. She applied, or rather slapped, the skin care products on my face so carelessly that several times during the facial I felt like I couldnt breathe. If I were able to post this review without any stars, I would.

I tried to forget the experience, but since you solicited my input ... here it is. What a waste of my time and my money. The beautician smeared some cream on my face then went on to play on her phone for a while - I could hear her typing. Wiped it off, smeared some other stuff ... went back to playing with her phone. 45 minutes later I walked out of there $90 lighter and pretty annoyed. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked Facelogic mostly... My esthetician Brittany was really wonderful and the woman at the front desk was nice. The atmosphere was relaxing and I really liked the spa chairs they have! So why 2 stars?I have acne. Its not severe but I have about 5-7 pimples on my face on a given day. I purchased a Signature Facial off of Groupon, and I was so excited! After reading the description of the facial on Facelogics website, it sounded perfect for me:Signature Facial: begins with a thorough skin analysis followed by a deep cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions (if requested), and mask. Therapeutic massage is incorporated into the treatment.I was very disappointed with my facial. I have had countless of facials in the past, and this one was nothing like the ones I usually have. After she examined my skin, I was shocked that she didnt mention anything about my pimples or ask me any questions about them. In the description of the facial, it says I would receive a deep cleansing. I did not. She put a cleanser on my face that smelled like bubble gum. I felt no tingling or opening of pores. It was definitely not a cleanser for acne prone skin. Because the online description says that my skin would be examined, I figured that the steps following the examination would be tailored to my skin type (all facials I have had in the past have been like this), but my facial at Facelogic was not. Also, I never received exfoliation. She rubbed my face with some coarse towels, but I was really expecting an exfoliating cleanser to hep with my skin problems. I also never got a mask. If a mask was applied, it felt like lotion just being left on my skin. When reading the online description, I was expecting a clay mask or something that would help with my breakouts. The massaging was really great though, however she was really really rough over my pimples. They are inflamed now because of how much pressure/rubbing they had to endure. I like hard massages, I just wish she would have taken care not to do it over my pimples. She massaged me a lot, and I probably got 4 different lotions put on my face. I just wish that instead of only getting lotions and a massage, that I would have gotten a good cleanser and exfoliator.What I wanted: A deep cleanse/exfoliation fit for my skin type, a nice mask to help with my acne, and a good neck massage.What I got: A poor cleanse and no exfoliation (my facial will in no way help my acne-prone skin), no mask, a ton of lotion, and a really good massage.This is nothing against Brittany. She was really sweet and did a wonderful job massaging. I am just disappointed because the online description gave me hope that I would be getting a deep pore facial, not just a face massage.

The best place I have attended, the people who have treated me are very kind, and had appointments for teeth whitening, eyelash extensions and microdermabrasion and the results are incredible, I recommend 100% the best spa is facelogic, I will continue to visit it! !!
