This was one of the most professional companies weve ever dealt with. We moved into a home and realized we had a severe mold problem. They worked with us and jump through hoops to get us done when we needed to get project done. The crew was very polite professional and I would highly recommend them for any work you need them to do. We had water in our basement that soaked our baseboards and flooring and led to some mold/mildew growth. We worked with Chris primarily, but also spoke to Mike and Scott who were also great. Chris came over on short notice to assess the problem and offer different solutions. He was super honest, and even offered suggestions of things we could do ourselves to save money rather than trying to gouge us on every service they could offer. PuroClean came to my house to assess some water damage I had. They were professional and gave me some good advice about how to proceed with my HOA.

The two people who did all removing the damaged wall and floor and clean the mold they did a clean, fast and amazing job, they informed us of every step so we knew what to do helped us to stay protected away from any thing that was bad. Hands down the company to use. We didn’t know anything about the mold we had in two different spots in our house from a shower and sprinkler link. They came out for free and checked it out right away. We appreciated the honest assessment and prompt professionalism. I was put in touch with PuroClean by my insurance company after having a water leek in my home. They contacted me immediately and came out the same day. They had to return three times to complete demolition and drying out. Each time they arrived on time and were courteous, respectful, friendly and professional. This was 4 different people. I have to start by saying, Im very happy and thoroughly impressed with Mike Schemmel & team! I had no clue what to do or where to even begin on trying clean up the flood in our home. I was put in contact with PuroClean through my insurance when we noticed water that leaked into our closet carpet. They came within the hour to measure moisture levels and set up a dehumidifier. They worked directly with my insurance to determine next steps and came out every day for almost a week to monitor the problem. The men were friendly and considerate and during this pandemic its been stressful having people in my home. BUt they are temperature checked and are required to wear masks but I would add that everyone understand the type of mask matters (ie balaclavas and bandanas dont cut it!) and the fit. One guys mask constantly slid down his nose and I didnt feel comfortable when speaking to him but I felt bad saying anything. So maybe that can be discussed within the branch. This is as much for your workers safety as it is mine and my familys. That is literally my only complaint and even that is hard to say bc I know this pandemic response is ever evolving.

I have to agree with all of the other positive reviews. Response time was excellent. Resolution was excellent (we had a water leak on the second floor bathroom sink, that went to the living room ceiling below). Highly recommend.

After a broken pipe caused significant flooding throughout our house, the PuroClean crew was supportive and efficient in clean up and demo. Chris and the guys were unfailingly kind, giving me time to process information about what the crew would be doing. Chris worked very hard to make sure that the house was as livable as possible - every single day. He did a wonderful job of planning work for each day so that he could leave the house clean and orderly for us. Chris really helped walk me through a very disruptive event.

Bruce and his team are amazing. I had a basement company try to tell me I had mold in my basement sub-floor and I was deeply concerned. Called Bruce at PuroClean and since they have mold experts they came right out and discovered it was salt not mold. Yeah. Saved me thousands of dollars. I would trust these guys with any restoration work at my house.

The picture was a pretty awful surprise we got one day. Our fridge water line got a tiny leak and soaked our solid wood floors. Before we knew it, our kitchen was impersonating the Continental divide right trough our main walkway. Oh NO!!!Bruce came out on a Sunday to check it out and brought all the right drying equipment. Unfortunately we found out that there were 9 (yes 9) layers of flooring that were wet. Bruce and his team got everything dried out, helped with the insurance claim, and made sure it was right before the new floor went in.Its never a great day if you have to call a disaster response company. Im guessing if you are reading this review, something not great happened. What I can say is call Bruce. He will help make whatever happened get better and provide ease, comfort, and a solid plan to help you deal with the chaos. This is the team you want to hire.

Team arrived the day I called to evaluate the leak in the kitchen ceiling. Installed forced air and filtration equipment the next morning. We had just welcomed our newborn home and Chase - the boots on the ground - was considerate and friendly. They connected us to excellent tradesmen in Jacob Kurtenbach (carpentry) and Tyler Coupens (plumbing). Bruce and Scott were in touch with us daily to monitor progress. The quote was the quote.

We had a very positive experience with this company! They responded to all of our needs very quickly and went out of their way to help us make sure everything was fully taken care of. We had mold in our crawlspace and after several issues were addressed, using several other contractors to fix the contributing water drainage problems, Scott came back and did another inspection to educate us of the status. They advised us thoroughly and honestly about the situation throughout our project--including advising us about how to save money on the project, even though I would have been more than willing to hire them to do more work. They were honest about what did and what did not need to be done on my project. I will absolutely call them again in the future if we have new problems. And I would highly recommend this company!
