The best music gear/service business in all of Colorado. I called today about my Yamaha Reface CP keyboard to ask about an issue I was having and I have never received so much care, attention to detail, and patience over the phone from Craig who took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions and then explained how he could fix the issue for me. After adding up the costs, I realized the fix may not be worth the price as it was close to the cost of the unit. But instead of Craig hanging up on me, he actually told me how I could fix this issue entirely by myself for free or for the low cost of $20 by ordering parts online. He went through every detail of how to perform the fix (and he even calmed me down, sort of like a therapy session LOL) to explain how I could handle this. I really appreciate the generosity and kindness Craig provided to me at no real monetary gain to him. So many people in the world dont treat each other like humans or provide help to strangers, but as a first time customer to this business I am appalled at the outstanding customer service and willingness to help me. I could go on and on about how much this meant to me. I want to come in just to say hi and meet Craig because he was so nice! Thank you so much for all of the help. To anyone looking for service of music gear, look no further - this is the best.
