I have used a large carpet cleaning company for years but they were not able to schedule me in time. I chose to go with Chris based on the reviews I read. He was booked 2 weeks out but came out on a Labor Day to clean my carpets so that I could get my house on the market. He was fantastic. He is professional, thorough, personable, reasonably priced, and my carpets look great. I highly recommend him!! I will definitely use him again.

My dog had a bad day on our carpet, Chris did an awesome job removing the stains and odors. Cleaned all of our carpets very well. Will for sure call Chris next time I need my carpets cleaned, and would be happy to recommend his work.

While he wasnt able to schedule something immediately, I was impressed with how he took the time on the phone to advise me on how to handle the situation on my own. We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies before, and they did a decent job. Altitude Carpet Care was amazing. They took extra care to protect the walls and corners throughout the house, and the carpets (inexpensive and old) look brand new! He also cleaned a wool area rug and our upholstered kitchen chairs. They all look perfect. I can not speak highly enough. I dont review companies often, but I jumped online the minute he left to rave. You will not be disappointed in their work.

Chris did an excellent job cleaning the carpet at our new-ish (1 year old) home in Erie. He did a very thorough job and I will definitely be calling him again next year to schedule another cleaning.

Altitude Carpet Care is deserving of six stars if there was such a rating! Chris Eisen, the tech who showed up to do the job, was amazing. It was like having an old friend over. He was very conscientious, placing corner guards along the walls to avoid leaving marks with all the hoses and equipment. Also - small bits of plastic sheeting under the wooden legs of my coffee table so they wouldnt get wet (I never wouldve thought of that).He took his time in order to do a good job, rather than rushing through to get to the next job. Stains I thought would never come out are gone, and I have a very light gray colored carpet. For extra tough spots, he pulled out some tricks from his toolbox of experience and erased them as if they were never there (I tried all the store brands without success, but he made it look easy!). Easy to work with in scheduling, and he finished in a very reasonable amount of time so we struck up a conversation and hes very easy to relate to as a person. An overall good guy, very fair pricing, and completely non-intrusive. Id recommend Altitude Carpet Care to anyone and everyone in his service area!

We own a condo in Boulder that takes a beating by tenants every year. The past few years we have been displeased with multiple companies, so we found Altitude for this year and wow! They did an incredible job, we were completely blown away with the results, and the pricing happened to be slightly lower than the last two years. They arrived on time, and finished in a timely manner as well. I was so shocked I felt motivated to throw in a tip! Definitely a great company!
