Absolutely the most unprofessional contractor I have ever experienced. Zero communication and blatant disrespect of both time and consideration. The times I did hear back I was told repeatedly the drawings and estimate where to arrive in the following days. 6 weeks go by and I am eventually told they are unable to even provide me an estimate let alone the drawings they had told me they were working on and would receive shortly. Disappointing to say the least. Highly recommend taking your time and money elsewhere.

I hate that it has taken me this long to sit and write this review for Vanessa Oestereicher and the rest of the team at Heritage. Vanessa helped me renovate the kitchen and bathroom in a condo in Boulder during this crazy time and it turned out so much better than I could have ever expected. I’ve never physically been into the store, never met Vanessa in person, and never saw the quartz slabs that we chose in person. Vanessa was instrumental in helping with the perfect end results...she provided photos of available quartz selections and consulted with their in house designer to steer me in the right direction. It’s crazy to think I was in Austin, she was in Broomfield and this condo was in Boulder. With reflection and sincere thanks, I would do it all over again with Heritage Kitchen & Bath.

I know contractors have enough work these days, but I contacted them twice in almost a month and never heard back from anyone. Is that customer service? Is that showing that new business is important to you? That building your credibility in the market is understood as the cornerstone of any growth strategy? That lack of attention is concerning and speaks volumes in my opinion to their overall operation.

I think the owner of Heritage should be aware...  We contacted your company about coming into the office today during business hours (9-5) at 4 PM.  The individual said no one will be there to help.  My wife asked about Friday...no appointments available.  Saturday...no appointments available as no one in the office.  The correct statement to my wife is we have appointments available at such and such time but didnt happen. The only thing I can conclude is that you are either so busy that you dont want additional business or you have a strong desire to be out of business.  Either way, I guess you dont want our business.

We have waited many years to have our kitchen redone. It had gotten to the point where we were struggling with kitchen space because it was so small, cramped, and divided. We were unsure of what we wanted in the beginning, but the entire crew at Heritage Kitchen and Bath were so helpful and knowledgeable with design ideas that it made the process go smoothly and pleasantly. I would highly recommend them for your future projects! I cant say enough good things about them! Here I have posted before and after pictures of what was a kitchen, dinette, dining room, and living room spaces.

Maggy and Barb designed my kitchen and it is beautiful. Once the kitchen cabinets came and they started, it took less than 5 weeks. We also ended up doing my a Living Room Dining Room and we changed the study into a Wine room. I have never been so happy with the outcome of my new home.Joe and his team were very professional and considerate and worked very hard.I would highly recommend Heritage Kitchen and Bath. Here are some Before & After pictures.

Heritage Kitchen and Bath built the kitchen we’ve always dreamed of! They completely renovated our kitchen – doubled the size and replaced everything but our standing range. From start to finish, they were very patient with us as we adjusted / added to our plan. They also renovated our bathrooms, replaced a leaking shower and added some great features like fun tile, paneling, pantry barn door and more. The whole team – Joe, Maggie, Barb, Vanessa, Monika, A.J., Cole, Mark, and all the remaining staff were fantastic. The subs they work regularly with for flooring, electric and plumbing were also courteous and did a quality job. Everything about the final product HKB delivered was of the highest quality and the entire project stayed within budget/original estimates. I wake up every day excited to make a cappuccino and plan great dinners. I would highly recommend HKB and plan on using them for future jobs. Thank you to everyone at HKB!!

Great customer service! Monika, helped us pick out great cabinets for 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. She even brought samples to our house on her day off. We love our cabinets, and plan to use Heritage on our next reno project. Pricing is a little higher than companies like Home Depot, but the quality, selection, and customer service is worth it!

Heritage Kitchen & Bath remodeled the kitchen in my townhome. Very happy with the results! The quality of the cabinets is better than anything Ive had before and the installers were meticulous and friendly. Everyone in the showroom that helped with the design and planning was great too. They had very helpful suggestions for the layout, cabinet design, counter-tops and appliances. Six stars if I could!

These guys are the best. Professional and yet so relaxed to work with on all aspects of granite, tile and construction. Maggie sends you the most complete & detailed estimate I have ever seen. She also has great design & idea skills. AJ does the measuring, templates and demo. He also installs the granite & then Joe comes in with 30 + years of experience to do the tile work. All of them are concerned with protecting your home and keep the work space spotless. All the helpers are personable and great workers. The best is that they are there when they promise to be there. Their work is the best, they are perfectionists.

Heritage Tile - thank you so much for the incredible work you did on my master bath. I waited for years to redo it and am beyond pleased with the results. Maggie, you did an amazing job of steering me design-wise in the right direction. Joe and staff - you couldnt have been more wonderful to have in my house. Your workmanship was terrific! Thanks again for everything! If anyone is looking for a tile/stone company in Boulder Country or Denver I would highly recommend Heritage. They beat everyone elses price (and I had plenty of quotes) and produce high quality work!

Heritage Tile Marble & Granite was a dream to work with! From Maggies assistance in the design, to AJ and Chris templating, fabricating and installing and finally Joe installing the beautiful backslash, the experience was a pleasure. Our kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and were well worth the investment. I have recommended them quite often and will continue in the future.

If you are considering remodling a kitchen or bath, take a look at Heritage. I had a small job with replacing countertop and backsplsh in a small kitchen, but they treated it with the utmost priority. Ask for Barb, she is very helpful and connected; you will never feel like no one is listening. They listen. The guys who did the work were skilled in what they did, friendly, and accomodating. They will start you out with a home visit and a general quote. If you dont pick very expensive items, you will end up quite close to the original amount. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Mostly this job went well. The finished countertop looks good and the fit to the old crooked walls is excellent. Just make sure you dont ask a question that incurs the wrath of the owner.Anyone who looks at the finished product will say it looks great. That is why I gave this review 4 stars. But this was a 3-star experience at best.I built this kitchen myself, so I know a bit about construction. After measurements where taken, I was uneasy about something so I asked that things be double checked. Perhaps this is a strange request in this industry, based on the response that I got. But they did come back and I was satisfied. The irony is that there was a measurement that was off after all; it was adjusted on-site, so worked out fine - more or less. The sink is not centered in the cutout as a result. Not a major issue, but just a tad annoying.A second issue was that as the countertop installation was starting I saw one of the installers putting up a supports on the wall to serve as extension support for the ends that had no cabinet underneath. I told him the wall was old plaster and lathe, as he looked for non-existent studs with a magnetic stud finder, and that he needed to use anchors. He looked at me blankly and then shot a few screws into the wall. When I took a look, the supports were coming right back out. I had to pull the support off the wall and install the anchors myself. Not exactly impeccable work on their part, with seemingly no concern about that whatsoever. The worst part of the process was that I questioned how the sink was being installed. I received a misleading (IMO) answer to my question, and called the next day to find out more, and to ask if this was really done right. Instead, the owner got extremely nasty with me, in a way that was actually a bit shocking (remember, I am a customer paying $5,400 for this job!). I never did get a good explanation from her as to why it was fine. That did not happen until I called another contractor who explained it.Finally, I dont use a checkbook, checks are issued from my bank online, a common practice in todays world. I got a request for first payment that had to be in the form of a check at 5:30 on the evening before the day the measurements were to be taken in the morning (with even a one-day notice, I could have picked up a check from my bank). I offered to have a check sent from my bank as usual, but they wanted it that next morning because they said they are on COD basis with their supplier. I offered to pay by credit card but was told there would be a 3% additional charge for that! This was all very unprofessional in my opinion. I found an old checkbook from a dormant account and worked it out so they did not have a wait for the bank to issue the check (to be fair they did grudgingly say they would wait a few days for the bank check, but it was as if they were doing me a huge favor).I dont use outside contractors much, but Ive heard that it can often be challenging. So this might just be a normal experience. But these elements that I listed here were not pleasant. And I have a sink that is not centered to remind me of it.I can only assume that the owner felt fully justified in her condescending anger that was directed at me, as no call to apologize has been forthcoming.
