John was supposed to take my autoinsurance out of my account 12-05-19he didnt , I found out when I got mybank statement by then I was driving around for over a month uninsuredI could have gotten a ticket or if I hadbeen in a accident I would have hadno coverage and been arrested.He said I had insufficient funds , however I have my bank statement to prove I did. After multiple times trying to get a hold of himI was forced to get myinsurance with another company.When John found out he took over 200$ out of my account it took me 2 months to have my bank cancel that money.I still have the renters insurance but I want a new agent.

Lied to, and stolen from. When going to switch insurance companies he stated that he would cancel my policy and submit for a refund. He asked which company i was switching to and then warned be careful, they dont ever pay out their claims then proceeds to try to scare me into staying with him. 2 months later I have not received my refund, so i John and he told me that it was the companies fault and that he had a client that had been waiting 6 months to receive his refund. I then called all state to find out that he never submitted the paperwork and that they can only refund back 30 days. I have now submitted a formal complaint to where all state now has to investigate and resolve the issue. Never again.

I found John about 5 years ago. He is a great guy and very smart and savvy about insurance. I have referred him to at least 10 people that use him now. Cant go wrong using John for your insurance needs.

Trisha and John are vwry helpful ans friendly with a quik response when i need anything. Really appreciate them.

Crook, dishonest, & and a Lair. Watch out for this guy! Hes an insurance agent what more can I cay. Fails to properly present policy information correctly. Nowhere to be found when needing to file a claim. Unhelpful in the biggest sense. Complete douche bag. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. His worth ethic and morals unequivocally the worst in his industry. Poop, poor experience.
