I went in there to get cat food, cat litter and treats. I knew where the cat food and litter were but for some reason the treats were not in the same area. Easily found, but the placement was questionable. The staff is very helpful, and Grace in particular is just an absolute angel (no pun intended 😜). She was pleasant and fun, and made sure to tell me the deals I got. Would recommend this store for basic pet needs.

Took my dog here today for grooming. Shaleah was his groomer. She had an attitude when I questioned her about the service that was provided for my dog. I also didnt like the fact that she let other customers pet my dog without me being present. Poor attitude, unprofessional. Will look for grooming services elsewhere.

So, dont get me wrong...I like pet smart, good selection, stocked with the cat food I needed but please people, would you remove the dead beta fish? Its depressing enough theyre all alone with their colorful flowing tails in a tiny jar but the floating white dead ones are gross.

Amazing customer service. I would recommend buying fish from her because from what I have seen they keep there tanks and water very clean. They could be better stocked.

Courteous and prompt service. I ordered online and received notification within an hour that my dog products were ready for in store pick up. Arrived at PetSmart, rang the bell, and was immediately greeted by salesperson. She retrieved my order quickly! Very friendly service too!

I forgot my appointment and the store called me to remind me and said they would take the dog. 30 min later I am there and was told my time frame was over. what a nonsense.

I brought my hound dog to the grooming salon to get the bath ears teeth and nails grinded. I picked him up only to find that they were unable to grind his nails. I brought him home and looked in his ears to find that even though I was told his ears were cleaned (because I had asked) his ears looked even more dirty then before! I usually take him to king of Prussia petsmart , but thought since I live closer to the broomall location to give them a try! Well lets just say I have an appointment at the king of prussia location this week to bring him in for the services that were not completed on my puppy that I had asked for.

I have never had such wonderful customer service anywhere in my entire life. I came in & was greeted right away, the gentleman who helped me went & got a shopping cart for me, put the heavy items in the cart for me, gave me knowledgeable advise, price matched, signed me up for rewards/coupons, ect. There is nothing this young man could have done differently.

Called petsmart to having a grooming appointment for my cat. The clerks response was were not taking appointments for cats because of the pandemic. While I hear dogs barking in the background, I ask the clerk are u still taking dogs during the pandemic. He replies yes, dogs are allowed. Just not cats. He couldnt give me a reason as to whats the difference between accepting dogs and cats.Get it together petsmart. Do better. Although, I wont be going to them for any future grooming appts even when the pandemic ends.

I brought my pup in for a bath. Fro $16 they spent an incredible amount of time with him. He smelled great and had his nails trimmed. Well worth the price. As for products sold there, plenty of variety. Youll definitely find what you are looking for.

Today I shopped both big prt stores. At the other store I waited 20 minutes and nobody was asking if they could help. Under 5 minutes at Petsmart and I was helped.

This particular location looks like an abandoned warehouse once inside, The one on Baltimore Pike in Springfield looks inviting Happy & cheerful. I dont think I will be returning to this location any time soon.

People whom work there are too young to run the place. Had some good experiences with the groomers in the past but not recently. Need to train their people on customer service. Lots of other places to get your dog groomed, as I thankfully found out (able to make an appt the next day somewhere else).

Bea did a beautiful job on our pup:) highly recommend!

Dirty

The staff at this store go out of their way to assist. My biggest challenge is large and heavy boxes (40 lbs.) of litter which they gather and transport to my car. this extra service is sincerely appreciated.

My dog hates it here, but if he knew how to cut his own nails we wouldnt have to go. Groomers are friendly and gentle, and dont complain when my dog is being an obvious pain.

Store is dated and tired, but the employees make up for that - they are very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish PetSmart would stop selling cats/kittens. They look so sad behind the glass.

Joyelle is the BEST Groomer at Pet Smart, I have not been able to find a groomer anywhere else, none of them want to really bother! Joyelle cares and does an excellent job!

Worst kept fish tanks I’ve ever seen in any pet store. They had almost no stock and what little fish they did have were all dying. Tanks were filthy and didn’t even have the lights on. DO NOT BUY FISH HERE!
