I called ahead to ask how much dip+long nails and a regular pedicure would be altogether and I was told $40. I went in later and had gotten all of those things, nothing extra and when I went to pay for it I was told it was $70. I mentioned that I called ahead of time to ask the prices and they tried making it seem like I had called a different spot or just misunderstood what they told me. Considering I only had enough for what I was expecting to pay, the $40, I was very upset and annoyed over this. To top it off I had to go home and fix the mistakes the girl made for my dip nails because they were either uneven, or not quite the right shape. Very unsatisfactory and I should’ve gone somewhere else. Don’t waste your time OR money

Worst experience I’ve ever had in 40 years of getting my nails done. Don’t bother making an appointment. They finally acknowledged me after about 15 minutes. Told to go to the back for a toe nail polish change that took maybe 15 min with not even a helloby anyone. I figured out that they don’t want to do acrylic nails. After waiting another 15 and when asked how long the wait because I had an appointment the owner I assume was so rude JUST ANOTHER COUPLE MIN. He started my nails at 1:05 and done by 1:35. I was told no one gets acrylic nails especially without Gel polish. I personally have had a bad experience and prefer regular polish. Than I was told I needed dipped nailswhich I responded I also wasn’t happy with. I guess he assumed I was either cheap or poor which I neither. After rushing threw my nails I compensated with a $10. For him and and a $3. For the woman that painted my toe nails. I should have tipped nothing; but being in the service industry I tend to overtip He also charged me $4 to replace one nail. So total cost was $39. with $13. For tips. Not bad for 45 minutes of Horrible rude service. My nails also totally bubbled with thick nail polish.

The are so many better options out there! Surprised this place is still in business. I was taken back to pedicure chairs 10 min after scheduled appt time. Waited 10 min for water bath to soak feet. Waited another 20 minutes for pedicure to start. Nails werent cut evenly and polish left on my flip flops and smeared on the sides of my toenails. Came with 2 other people that didnt have their pedis started until 50 minutes AFTER appt time. Woefully understaffed and overbooked. No apologies for starting so late and staff barely made eye contact. Go somewhere else.

The owners/staff are great and friendly. You are always greeted coming in and leaving. With all the changes in place they did a great job with implementing their new guidelines. The services I get are fabulous which are SNS nails and pedicure and Ive been to many different places before I found them by the way. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great salon! Very friendly and welcoming! I had my 3 year old daughter with me and she was being a little loud and rude, yelling whose gonna do my nails, running around with the swatches and things like that, BUT the staff took in stride and was very kind and understanding both to me and her! Furthermore my tech did an AMAZING job! I got there about 45 mins before closing time for a gel refill, there was about 5 or 6 other people already being worked on, i was seen within 10 mins and even though my tech started the job about a half hour before closing time she DID NOT rush or cut ANY corners and just did an all out amazing job! I will definitely be returning and have found my new permanent salon! Thank you Top Nails!

They were extremely accommodating. I changed my mind on what I wanted, like 3 times. I just recommend you make an appt, as they get really busy. I made an appt & got there a half hour early, but they still werent able to get to me till 515, or so. Id definitely go back. Ombre they have are limited to 2. I also wish they listed that they wanted cash only tips, as I never carry cash on me, and didnt know until I was sitting in the chair getting my nails done.

This salon is great. This was my first time ever coming to this salon and the atmosphere is awesome. My fiance and I came here to get pedicures together. Everyone in here is extremely nice and welcoming. The staff is friendly and engage with you to make the experience even better. Iv been to so many nail salons where you pretty much get ignored by the techs and get mean mugged for asking about something. NOT this one! I love my toes and my fiance loved his spa pedicure. We will be returning regularly from now on. They also are doing a great job with keeping everything clean and sanitized since Covid hit.

I was researching for a good nail salon. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with a few salons in the area. A co-worker recommended I try top nails in West Chester Pike and Broomall. The owners Jen and Sonny were super friendly. What impressed me the most is the dedication to their customers. These owners did Not just sit around and watch their staff do all the work. They were part of the process and work really hard. I love that they were part of the team. The have so much respect for their customers and staff. What a great environment and the staff is so positive. I highly recommend!

Came here for the first time tonight and will definitely be back. Fair prices, great nails/pedicures. But the best part was the service - all the employees were super nice, super accommodating, and it made the experience wonderful. Highly recommend.Update, 2021: Wait times have gotten out of control. It’d be one thing if they were honest when you arrived and said it would be over an hour, or that they were simply too busy to accept you at that time, but they don’t. They take you and let you sit with the nail dip remover on for an hour (unnecessary) or lie and say 15-20 minutes. My past three experiences have been subpar, and I will be looking for a new option at this point.

The salon was up on all the saftey and health regulations. I encourage all to make an appointment, you won’t be disappointed .

Sonny, the owner, does my nails and I get compliments everywhere I go! The price is always reasonable! His wife and him run the show there and are extremely friendly. They all speak English and dont talk about you in their language (which I appreciate). They remember all the services you normally get and dont ask a million times if you want any other services done (which is highly annoying at other salons). Any one there does a great pedicure (I recommend the herbal spa pedicure).

This place is awesome - its run by a Husband and Wife team who are there just about every day. The facility is modern and immaculate - very pleasant and relaxing environment. I have been extremely pleased by the level of service and attention to detail by all of the associates. Most recently I sought advice from Jennifer, one of the owners about strengthening my nails as the gel manicures werent doing the trick. She recommended a solution (gel with an acrylic dip) with fake tips. My nails look amazing - very natural and Ive received multiple compliments in just the last few days. Best of all, they accept competitors coupons. I highly recommend giving this place at least one try if youre looking for a new salon where you expect individual attention. Pedicures are great also.

Love this place I come every couple of weeks to get my nails done and while it might take a while it is so worth it the people there are so nice and we talk to eachother. If you want dip power sonny is your man he is the best with tips too he can do anything love him ❤️ I also get my brows and lip done there too and they do a better job than Ulta Beauty. The only thing that is not amazing is the wait and that the student discount only applies to regular polish

Had a gel mani and pedicure. I honestly can’t say that I received a pedicure. The girl barely did anything... And they line the chair with paper so that when you have the massage on all you hear.. literally in your ear is rattling paper! There is still remenents of my old polish on my toe nails.And.. then while I’m having my “fake” pedicure another girl comes over to do my nails. It was another lame attempt at a manicure. She was actually holding up the bowl in mid air for me to put my hands in. Which was like 20 seconds at best. I can go on and on... stay away!

They were empty, like no one in the pedicure chairs. So I go in for a pedicure, get seated and they made me wait a hour with my feet soaking... I left after seeing them servicing everyone else that came in after me... Done with this place

They did a really great job on my nails. It took about a week for my first noticable chip on a *Standard* manicure. They did a really nice looking White and Pink Powder Ombre thing that looked really fancy for her wedding too.

Every single time ive been here (regardless of if i make an appointment or not) ive had to wait a crazy amount of time to have my nails done :( the workers were nice and did a great job but ive had to walk out numerous times because the wait times are so ridiculous. My experience here was horrible, to say the least. I went in for a simple gel change, thinking this would be a quick in-and-out; waited 45 minutes with acetone alum on my nails and when I finally had to ask them a few times to remove (since the paper was already falling off at that point) someone came and took off the gel not even using the proper products. To be precise, she used a fake nail to scratch off the remaining gel on my fingers and actually ended up cutting my one nail in half, horizontally and I know you can imagine how painful that was!. I was so frustrated at that point that I didnt even want her to paint my nails, just wanted to gel off so that I could leave with at least my bare nails I could paint at home. To top things off, she asked me to pay for the gel removal and manicure. Ridiculous. I understand if it was a bad day for them but this experience was unprofessional all around and I would never go back. I highly advise anyone in the area to just drive a couple more mins up the street to the Nail Bar where they are truly professionals and would never allow something like this to take place!

Only get your nails done by Anna, she is amazing! The wait kind of sucks even when you make an appointment & my friend is always seen by someone else who screwed up her nails this recent time. First they put on the wrong color, then corrected it. We just had our nails done on wednesday, its saturday now, and my friend’s gel color is chipping and has air bubbles and the last time we went a few weeks ago my friend’s skin was knicked by whoever did her nails then. I wont go to anyone other than Anna so i havent had a problem and got really lucky my first time there a few weeks ago by having her get to do my nails. She impressed me by the accurate shaping i wanted by being perfect (previous places i always have to level them out myself afterwards) and even with 3 layers of gel color theyre not overly thick and feel like natural polish. Im a fellow cosmetologist and im picky so take my word for it that Anna is the best ive experienced so far, only giving the 4 star for the sake of my friend’s lack of luck here lol maybe from now on we can just take turns both getting our nails done by Anna!
