My first wax experience was with Katie a couple of months ago. Ive been coming back here now consistently. She was very nice and also quick. She made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. Also the girls at the front desk and also the gentleman are always nice as well!

I would not recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable space to get waxed. I’ve been to wax shops before and this place definitely had the worst customer service experience i’ve ever sat through. The staff was very condescending not inviting at all, on top of that I had to wait 15 minutes to get started even though I made an appointment and the waxer seemed as though it was her first day, I left my session with bleeding. Unprofessional, I won’t be going back.

Absolutely amazing!!! First time here and Jessica was fantastic, she made me feel very comfortable, well as comfortable as possible being someone is all in your personal area. Had me in and out in less than 15 min. Covid measures taken and lobby staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Todayy was my first time going to this location and Rachel was AMAZING she had me in and out in 8 mins for my Brazilian. She made me feel so comfortable and kept talking to me the whole time she was so sweet!! Also the girls at the front desk where also amazing i was running late due to road work so i had to cancel and scheduled for Saturday. I ended up getting there faster then i thought and they got me another appointment for 15 mins later then my original appointment and they did it with no problem!! I already booked my next appointment in 4 weeks!! Again RACHEL WAS AMAZING!!!!

Everything is clean, professional, and as painless as can be (considering the fact that it’s waxing lol). Highly recommend this location to any newcomers to waxing or people looking for someone new.

Ive been coming to the Broomall location for at least one year now and I immediately felt comfortable with Alexis P. Initially I was nervous even going to get waxed but she makes it relaxing and shes nonchalant about the whole thing and I love that. Also the manager, MK, is super accommodating and tells you her honest opinion. She was very helpful. :)

The staff at the European Wax Center are so nice and welcoming! This was my first wax and I really enjoyed it. I booked Alanna after hearing how much other people trusted her with their brows and I’m glad I did! She was very professional and made me feel at ease. The wax here hurts a lot less than other salons. I am really pleased with the results, Alanna did a great job!

Salon just opened this week after being closed during height of pandemic. They were so prepared for re-opening with at outdoor check-in, limiting number of clients in the spa and barriers at check-out. Staff trained well to deal with clients and manage workload. 👍👏

Ive been contemplating getting waxed for year but was too embarrassed. After some final coaxing I decided to try European wax center. Had a great experience, the girls make you feel completely comfortable. Rooms are clean an comfortable and I like that they show you after care products but arent pushy at all!

Love this place, I feel like the first day you get bombarded with special offers and products, but the second go around I felt much less overwhelmed. I bought the wipes and the after shower serum and love the products, been using them for a month so far, and I also have seen great results with body. Kristina is great!

I recently had a wonderful experience at EWC with Lauren who works at the front desk. She is VERY attentive and really listens to you. I had a small problem with my wax passes that I purchased. She remained SO calm and informed me that she would follow up on it ASAP. Within a few hours, she called me when I was at home and told me that she forwarded my issue to corporate and that the missing passes of mine would be soon on my account.Lauren told me that she has been with the company for five years. She definitely deserves recognition. She truly cares about all of the clients who walk in the door. Thank you Lauren for all of your help!

I have used this wax center multiple times and can honestly say the staff really listens and looks out for your best interest. My waxer even showed me how to use their brow power which I have never done before and now I can’t leave the house without it. Their products are high quality and their staff is so professional I definitely recommend this center.

Like many of the other reviewers, I was nervous the first time I went in for a wax. However, Taylor explained exactly what she was going to do each step of the way. The whole experience was great! The staff is super-friendly and professional and the center itself is very clean. Highly recommend EWC at Broomall, and Taylor in particular!

By far my favorite waxing spot! My wax specialist is Mikaela, and I will never go to anyone else! She always makes sure you feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Just had my first visit at European Wax Center in Broomall. The location was very clean, warm, & inviting. Tivona was the absolute bomb. She was professional, efficient, and kept me comfortable the entire time. Gabby at the front was very helpful with scheduling and informing me of all my options. The manager (whose name has escaped me, I’m sorry!) made it a point to see how my visit was, which I felt was very personable. A+++ ladies. Thank you!!!

I visited the center the other day for a Brazilian (my first time) and it was so much easier than I thought it would be! My wax technician Courtney explained every step to me and helped me take my mind off of the pain. The end results were amazing, not a hair left behind. I will definitely be back.

Never coming back again thought my appt was for 1030 got there 1022am. Was told appt was for 1015 i guess the dont honor the 9 min grace period at this location! Will no longer come to this location.

The technicians here are very well trained and have awesome bedside manner. They are also very accommodating with scheduling. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because I find it exhausting to have to decline a membership every time I go. They don’t ask just once or twice and even after saying no they continue to push it on you. The young lady today asked me why not. I don’t think it’s appropriate considering that’s digging into a clients financial situation. They should take this into consideration.

My waxer Katie was 10 minutes late for my appointment and did not even acknowledge or apologize for being late! The girl at the front desk said “sorry for the little wait” um 10 minutes is not a little wait. That is super unprofessional.

It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was super scared and felt extremely awkward. Sam was my esthetician and was great! She made conversation the whole time, and made it less awkward for me. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable working at a speed comfortable for me and checking on my comfortability. The facility was clean, welcoming, and check in was quick and easy. Will definitely be returning.

I have been going to EW in various parts of the country for years. I have a monthly package for numerous services in the Broomhall location. Early this morning I showed up ten minutes early to my appointment and checked in at the front desk. 25 minutes later I am still waiting while I witness a walk in wait ten minutes to get treatments.When I questioned the receptionist I am informed that my appointment was accidentally given to someone else. The manager then informed me that I would have to wait another thirty minutes or come back in the afternoon and she would take $10.00 off services. All this with a touch of attitude.When I informed the manager I was leaving on a trip and could not wait or come back, the manager just shrugged and said that’s all she could do.This is the second time I have had issues with management at this location. While the technicians are good the management has always been poor and inefficient.

I loveeeeee Mikaela she’s the absolute best! I’ve been getting services from her for almost three years now and encourage others to do so as well. The only downside was a system glitch that happen and charged my car double for a wax pass. I felt like customers should’ve been given the opportunity to extend it for another month instead of more than $200 bucks coming out of my account. When speaking with the manager she said well your done for the entire year which is beside the point. If it weren’t for Mikaela I would have left. Common courtesy goes a long way.

Ive been going to this EWC for about three months and I absolutely LOVE IT! The waxer that I see is Lindsey- shes awesome. Every visit Ive felt super welcome and comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and seem to be passionate about their jobs. I get compliments on my eyebrows all of the time, which I never had happened until I started going here. The first time I went my skin turned red for maybe and hour and that was it, it hasnt happened since. At the place that I used to go, my skin would stay red for almost the entire day after a session. Highly recommended. You totally get your moneys worth. They also have great package programs that really help you save. No complaints here.

Every time I go Ive had a different esthetician and they were all great! Id highly recommend and the staff are super flexible with working on rescheduling!

You can buy a package or pay for individual services. You receive points everytime you make an appointment before you leave your appointment you. You can use these points in $5 increments towards products or services. Quick service, but too much time spent scheduling, rescheduling, reminders.. Et al. Laser here I come.

LOVE THIS PLACEI went here for the first time with my daughter and her friend. They had been going for over a year but I admit I was a wimp. All I can say is, why didnt I do this sooner. I got a Brazilian and a full leg. If I was doing it, I was going all in.My waxer, Valerie was extremely professional. The Brazilian took less than 8 minutes; yes under 10 minutes and I didnt have to shave for a month! Yippee:-). my legs were quick, painless and are so smooth. I love the way they feel. I did rebook and have been in a total of 4 times over 4 months.I referred 2 friends and received $5 in my account for each friend. I also and received $ in my account for rebooking. I bought the Brazilian package and saved another 25%. The front desk is awesome, the place is immaculate, parking is easy, they run on time and I almost forgot they NEVER EVER DOUBLE DIP THE STICK! Also, they have a great online scheduling tool where you can see what time slots are available and make an appointment thats convenient for you. You also get points for using the online scheduling tool which is a great perk. After you accumulate enough points you can use them for services.

Waxer Valorie was fantastic!!! It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel very comfortable. She talked to me the whole time through the process. And it didnt hurt very much. My results are awesome. Its been about 3 weeks. No itching. The hair is coming back thinner and I cant wait to go back. No bumps no irritation. Trying to get all my friends to get it done its welllllll worth it. I think next time I may get my underarms eyebrows done too.

For the past 40 years, I have been VERY pickyabout who does my eyebrows. In all that time there have only ever been 3 whove done magic and Kristyn at EWC Lawrence Park is one of them! She is magical. Her talent & the amazing products EWC uses are the exact combination for perfect, natural eyebrows. How do I know?? I was recently told that I have really great brows by a makeup artist in NYC who does makeup for the Rachael Ray Show & Orange is the New Black! A better compliment than that, I cant imagine. My entire sorority at Villanova goes here. It is only 10 minutes from campus and well worth the quick drive. A huge plus is the easy parking. Our waxers are AWESOME! I personally have seen Valorie, Kristin and Cee. They are all great; my brazilian is always 7 minutes...without any pain!!They have student passes so we all have them and have received free services. I have to give a shout out to the girls at the front they are so friendly. The center is immaculate....also they NEVER double dip the stick in the wax. Overall, I will go no where else. I love this place. I really think this place services all the Villanova girls. Every time I go, I see familiar faces. They do accept walk-ins but they are busy so my advice is always make an appointment. If you are running late, call. They have a late policy because of how they schedule. I personally have never have had an issue. Also, try their brow powder; we LOVE it!

I love the service I recieve at the Broomal location. No matter who is at the desk or waxer I use, they all remember me and are super friendly. I am always able to quckly change my appt which I do often whichis helpful with my hectic schedule. Plus the location is always well kept. Also, this was the first time waxing & I keep trying new areas to wax.

After scheduling a week in advance and changing the time of my appointment I show up in your Lawrence Park Pa store for a bikini. I am handed a list of medications and asked if i use any of them. I was asked about my meds. when scheduling the appointment and explained I had a kidney transplant. NO one took the time to explicitly go over the meds. One of my meds. is on your list as a cream for eczema. I take it in a pill form (2mg daily). When I mention this I am told by your highly uncooperative customer service rep that I need a note from my doctor!,as if I am a five year old, to have the wax done. I explain that the appointment was scheduled a week in advance and I am going on vacation in three days. Oh well it is CORPORATE policy. I ask to speak to a manager. I am told by the rep. that she is the ONLY one in the store! I ask her if she is going to wax me? Well no. So I ask to speak with the waxer. Oh no cant do. Finally the waxer comes out with a customer and I speak with her. The customer service rep breaks down in tears? and your waxer goes in the back to speak to two managers?? They both come out. All tell me I need a note although I have never had ANY problems with a wax in my life. My doctors at the UNIVERSITY of PENN tell us to wax, manicure, pedicure,etc. as normal. I have done all. If there is a risk of infection we are given an antibiotic dose pre-service, as in dental procedures. There is no problem waxing. Your staff wants to fax U of P for a note which I explain will take them 5 weeks to get back. Who do they think they are dealing with? These people transplant organs and waxing is on the bottom of their list. Any way you are not doctors and I am not 5 years old so I will assume your waxing team is not staffed by registered estheticians or you have been sued more than once. I WILL NOT BE BACK AFTER I GET MY NOTE. Please excuse my absence.
