The seminar I took from CPE Inc. was great. The instructor knew a lot about the topic and kept it interesting. It was good to learn from another working professional who could provide plenty of practical examples from his own experience. I picked up a lot of tips that I was able to use back at my office.

CPE Inc. Conferences are jam packed with lots of valuable information that I can use. Their speakers are the top people in the industry including regulators so I can get all the latest updates from people in the know. All in all, it was an enjoyable and valuable experience. I plan to come back next year.

I should have read the reviews before signing up. I bought 4 live seminars and two have already been converted to webcasts bec there were not enough attendees. I still have not received my certificate but its only been a week. Other CPE providers like CCH CPE Link and Sequioa give you the certificates on the same day of the seminar. Just now, I cant even reply to the polling questions and the only response from Customer Service is a dismissive no need for concern. I called on June 8th to remind them to adjust the charge on my cc for todays live seminar that turned into a webcast and its still not done yet. I regret signing up with this company and will definitely go elsewhere next time.Update:Its almost been a week since I posted my review. The company sent me all the CPE certificates and has been trying to make things right. I canceled the last webcast just the same but because of the effort to provide a better service, I upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Horrible. Canceled both classes I registered for and didnt even tell me the first class was cancelled. Then they STILL tried to bill me and when I explained what happened they threatened to send me to collections. If I could give zero stars I would.

Takes forever to get CPE certificates. Called about it and was told it can take weeks and its done whenever we can get around to it. Also, when I registered for courses, I received my confirmation but didnt receive the info on how to view the webinar. Had to call and representative who had no record of it and had to research it. Apparently the original person had put in a typo or something. What a pain! Additionally, after several webinars, I found that the majority of the presenters were not good public speakers which makes for really boring CPE. Other CPE houses have had much better presenters in my experience.
