Nick and Anthony were both professional in every sense. A no pressure, easy transaction. I liked the fact that Pacifico Marple Lincoln put the price of the car and the window sticker online so you knew what the car costs and what features it had. Nothing hidden from the buyer. I was searching for an SUV that was Made in the USA with many USA parts. I had almost given up when I found the Corsair online. It is quiet, has get up and go, many assistive features, comfortable seats, roomy storage and most of all a quiet dashboard that does not scream with colors. Screen is subtle as are the push button gears.Congrats to the designers.Thanks to Pacifico for making this luxury affordable.Thanks for taking great care of me and my Corsair!!

Had appointment for 8:30am for a oil change and 5,000 mile check. Asked to have car ready in the morning due to a work commitment. Never received a call and had to call them. At 12:30 car was not even touched. No call with a heads up they were busy. Not happy with the customer service. Took a week to even set up this uncomplicated service.

Initially had good interactions through the online feature. After inquiring about a vehicle we found out that the grandson of the owners didnt know the difference between two like vehicles on the lot. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth via email (full of errors), we made an appointment to see a particular vehicle in person with said person. After making the appointment with that person and driving over an hour to get there, we were told he is off today. They then pulled the vehicle we came to see out (which was full of leaves and debris) for a test drive. While it drove great, it looked horrible. There were scratches on every panel of the car, which only after arguing did they give a slight discount on. The manager and staff were mad about being called out for the lack of effort. Overall, a lazy/sloppy experience with little apology. Wont go back.

With a GT350 I am am very picky about my Dealer, and PMF absolutely lives up to my high standards. They get things done neatly, and in a timely manner, and are friendly to boot. Have done a warranty replacement of my rear shocks, tire mounting and oil changes, all done quickly and correctly.

We love this dealership. Their service department is excellent. The valet service and loaner vehicles make servicing my car no big deal. They have always found times that work for us and are diligent to complete any work in as short a window as possible. Everyone from the person who takes the call, the service manager, and the valet driver is really kind. You can definitely sense this is a family run dealership. Bonus: my car gets returned to me vacuumed out and washed:)

2017 Lincoln MKC service. Was informed that my lug nuts have swollen and needed to be replaced at $10.00 per nut, plus labor. Dealer only replaces with OEM parts. This is a Ford issue which Ford is ignoring. My oil change turned into a $410.00 trip. I asked what they replaced the lug nuts with and was told the OEM Ford parts. So, this will happen again in 2-3 years? They shrugged their shoulders. Now I need to replace the lug nuts with aftermarket ones for $35.00 for the entire set (20). Maybe I can sell the Ford Nuts on Ebay and recoup some of the cost. Was not a Ford fan but liked Lincoln thinking it would be of higher quality. Will not be buying a Ford product anytime soon. This is not a dealer complaint, this is a Ford rant

Do not trust their diagnostics for car service. I brought a car in for a squealing that sounded like it was coming from the brakes. They gave me a diagnosis of something completely unrelated. I trusted them and paid $1800. I got my car back and the squealing noise is still there plus a new noise from the thing they fixed. When I called to ask them to fix the car properly, they told me Id have to wait a week before they could fit me in! Unacceptable, especially because I need the car ready sooner than that.

I also received a call when my car was finished and when they would be bringing it back. I highly recommend using the concierge service Lincoln provides.

A great dealership that made the process fast and easy. We had to wait a few weeks for the exact aviator we wanted to come in. There were delays at factory related to covid etc. unrelated to dealership. Our sales man, Chris Huis was amazingly attentive and kept us up to date with schedule. We had our young kids with us during purchase and it was getting lat in the day. They kindly got our family in a conference room to help keep our kids entertained. Good people there and a wonderful customer experience.

I had a great experience with Pacifico Marple Lincoln. The 1st person who spoke to me was Vince Meglino when I was coming to view and purchase a pre-owned certified 2017 Lincoln MKZ. I didnt even know he was going to be assisting me with anything because I had dealt with their online department. But Vince was assigned to me and he was very helpful and assisted me in getting a great deal on the vehicle. When Vince struggled to get a good price that I was looking for,the business manager Christian Medina came over and said theyd work on a fair price so we can get you the vehicle. Once everything went through and the deal was settled I purchased the vehicle and they also made sure the vehicle was detailed and clean when I picked it up later that afternoon. And they worked expeditiously on getting my Florida tag put onto my vehicle because I have an out of state residency and theyve put in alot of work to get it squared away with the Florida DMV. Ill do business with them again and Ill be recommending this dealership to many of my friends, family, and associates.

We leased my car about a year ago from Pacifico. The sales experience was great. I have not had a good experience with Black Label. I had to call several days to get an appointment for service. No one called me back. I left several messages than was told he was on vacation but never returned my car before he left and when he returned I had to call again. I sent a note with several questions on it. I get a call later in the day from some lady in service and she was very rude. Overall the sales experience was great but the service lacks.

Three stars because I was told it would take 90 minutes and I was there over three hours without being notified it would take much longer than expected. Im only giving 1 star because I have to give something. If you value general customer service, then this dealership is not for you. Specifically speaking, Al Williams is not for you. Im not sure what type of career this guy had before getting into car sales but hes an example of why car salespeople have such a bad reputation. Ive been purchasing/leasing cars from this location since my 20s and have never had such issues until Al came along. We purchased a used vehicle from him 2 years ago and hes been the opposite of helpful since then. It all started with the purchase of our car where he demanded we show proof of insurance before leaving the dealership with the car. As we all know, theres no way to obtain insurance on a new car until youve purchased it Al :) Also in the state of PA you legally have 10 days to obtain coverage for your new vehicle and, if not, you the driver are penalized. The second instance is when we lost our keyfob for the car. We contacted Al to setup an appointment to have a new key made - he told us to go to Pep boys to get a new key made and they would do it for a lot cheaper. Well, that was a lie - Pep boys told us you have to go to a dealership to have it done. We finally traded in our Ford for a new car, and were told by the new dealership we could get a credit for the unused portion of our extended warranty so this morning I called our reliable, trustworthy friend Al and he proceeded to do everything in his power to prevent me from asking about this credit. First he told me he didnt know who I needed to talk to, then he told me I could talk to the business manager (but wouldnt give me a phone number), and then told me the business manager had people in his office at the moment and couldnt speak to me. I then asked to be transferred to his vmail and he told me theyre getting new phones and his transfer button isnt working. Crazy cause the receptionist transferred me to you, Al? I hung up on Al and called back right away to be transferred to the business manager. Guess who picked up the phone right away? The business manager was very pleasant, helpful and got me the info I needed. Hes the real hero to getting this 1 star. Al on the other hand should be fired and sent to the used car sales lot (no brand) down the street.

The team at Pacifico Marple Ford Service and Parts Department are awesome. I dont write many reviews but I had to share this great experience. I recently received a recall notice from Ford on my car and when I reach out for assistance the part was back ordered. I needed my car repaired ASAP for a trip so my Adviser Tony and the Service Manager Mike Xavier work together with Ford to have my part expedited and I am happy to say I am making my trip. It would of been to easy to tell me that it was out of there hands and move on but rather they step up and totally exceed my expectations. Delivery was a bit chaotic cause it was a busy Saturday but nothing unusual. Overall very good experience and I feel I got good value.

My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Pacifico Marple Ford in Broomall. Let me begin by saying the vehicle we decided on was/is great, and was sold to us at a fair price. But continuing on, we were not big fans of dealing with (5) five different sales persons which made the entire interaction a bit uncomfortable. We understand that members of your staff were trying to be helpful, but too many people involved in one sale was overwhelming. Lastly, when we were made to wait over 1.5 hours to complete the final paperwork, I believe this was a bit much as well. In closing, both my wife Kathy and I are happy with the vehicle, but are unsure if we will be returning in the future to conduct business based on these factors.Best, Kathy and Kenny Hopton.

I stopped in so briefly and it’s a shame that my experience was like this because now, I know I’ll never go back to this location. It started when I was on West Chester Pike and realized my car was out of windshield wiper fluid. Now, I work in service at a dealership myself and know that they fill up windshield wiper fluid for free all of the time. But I’d figure I’d call this dealership first just to be sure. The woman I talked to said it was fine and that I could stop in. When I got there though, it was a whole different story. The cashier told the only man who was at the service desk what I was there for. He asked if I had ever been there before, and I proceeded to tell him no because I had just gotten the car. He then goes on to tell me (in an *extremely* condescending tone) that I can buy some myself at the grocery store myself and keep it in my car, but he’ll fill it up for me this time. Okay....so then I asked him how long he would think it would take. And once again in the same condescending tone, “well you’ve never been here for service before, we always top off fluids with service. And I’m having someone from the back do it for free. It should take no more than 5 minutes.” At first I said okay but then thought to myself, that his tone was alllll the way off, so I just said that I’ll do it myself and then left. For a first time customer to be have this experience, this is unacceptable. The man made it seem as if I was inconveniencing him, although there was no other customers there and the techs in the back didn’t look too overwhelmed. Maybe this place should consider more training on customer service. I definitely will not be back.Update: Wow. Nice response from the owner. Must not have read the last part of my review.

Prompt service to correct an assembly line failure that required the removal of the both vehicle doors and dashboard to diagnose and correct a evap drain problem - the hole was not completely drilled during production.Three stars only because I had to pay my crew to clean the cab of the vehicle as the seats , dash and steering wheel were covered with grease/ grime. I understand It is a work vehicle but... one that only has 1000 miles on it and should have been taken care of.

Terrible experience will never come again. Had an appointment for Friday August 28th to look at a Nissan Frontier. Nick ceritano told me the car was ready for me to come the night before. Drove an 1 and 30min from Lancaster county to look at the truck on Friday and nick tells me it sold 3min after I showed up. Terrible sales from nick ceritano would never recommend him to help anyone. I had my 2016 Lincoln MKC serviced for an oil change and a flat tire at Pacifico Marple this past Tuesday and it was a lovely experience. Everyone I worked with was amazing, but Kristen deserves to be given special recognition.Prior to this visit, I had brought my MKC here only once before for a separate issue several months ago. Upon arrival for this visit, I was walking toward the doors when Kristen came out and greeted me by name, welcoming me back. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and have taken several continuing education classes on how to better hone my skills. This is the best example of good customer service that I have ever seen or experienced outside the classroom and Kristen deserves to be recognized for it.This type of dedication to customer service is more imperative now than ever. In a world full of phone trees, automated systems, client numbers instead of names, and minimal person to person contact, the fact that I can go to a place that services thousands of people per month, several months after my most recent trip, and be recalled by name is outstanding.I will be back when it’s time for my next oil change and my husband and I have decided that the next Lincoln we buy will be from this dealership. Took my car in to get a door latch fixed and got the car back with a dead radio. Dealer wanted $140 just to diagnose the radio that was working when I took it in. Service rep was arrogant when I asked for him to take a look.

Made an appointment. They somehow couldn’t find it. Left my car there all day. Not one hand touched the car all day. They wasted paper for a receipt. I could of taken it to a mom and pop shop instead of having my time wasted.

Bought a Brand new truck. Truck was delivered dirty. They told me to come back for a free detail. Since I bought the truck I’ve been back so many times in 2 weeks for windshield wipers that weren’t working properly and a bed cover. I spent $1400 on a bed cover that was installed incorrectly. I’ve been back so many times that I fell like I live there. Horrible 1st time experience at Ford. Service guy was nice, his manager, absolutely ignorant.

We purchased a new Navigator in January and recently sent it in for our first service appointment with Pacifico. What a great experience! Not only did they pick up our car, give us a loaner, return our car the same day, but the drivers were courteous, friendly - just the best! I took the car in with an 8 AM appointment to have the airbags changed. Strangely even though I actually arrived a little early when I returned at 2 PM they had not yet started to do the work. On the up side I did have a loaner car. They did the work and I got the car back before 4 PM which was great. However, as I was driving home I noticed the hood seemed to be bouncing a lot. I pulled of to the side in RT 476 and discovered the hood had not been latched completely with only the secondary latch holding the hood down. I feel this is an important safety issue that shows no small amount of carelessness.
