Not to friendly- talked on the phone while ringing me out….I was picking up an online prepaid order. The process took a while and I wasn’t really updated on the status. Ultimately they got the job done but I didn’t feel like it was a very satisfying overall customer service experience.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME AS A CELLULAR CUSTOMER!!!!!!! The AT&T store staff at Brookpark was friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable about all their products and services. Michelle, Ozias and William made our day! They made us feel like family! I had a great experience with this location everyone is so friendly and helpful I want to make a special call out to the manager Michelle as she is absolutely fabulous at what she does and has excellent people skills. She made switching services a lot less stressful as she has gone over and above to make the switch very smooth for us. I switched to AT &T about two weeks ago and I have had a few little issues occur and I called to speak to the manager at the store and Michelle took care of the issues right away and has made switching a great experience for us! Also I would like to say thank you for taking pride in your job as that is hard to find now a days! Thanks to Michelle for making it happen. I went through some rough issues with initial set up with someone else working with me. I went to her the next day and she worked with the company I was switching from and made calls to everyone to get me going. She made an executive decision and got me up and running. I will travel to this store ( 20 miles away) just to work with her and no one else. Michelle thanks for making me fell welcomed into the ATT family. I will recommend her to everyone!! She really spends time with you and her customer service is outstanding. She Rocks!!!

The store manager, Michelle, is awesome! After going through 8 different people to try and get a manufacturer warranty sorted out, she solved my problems in just a few minutes. Great customer service!

I didnt even get my foot in the door before a store rep, Shardel Lee, asked me if I needed help finding anything. She listened to what I needed and found me a perfect phone and made it easy to trade my old one in. Overall just super satisfied with att and my local att store.

Terrible Service, the man working clearly didnt want to help me at all. went in for a phone upgrade, gave me the new phone without going over any information until i asked questions about the info. changed my GB to a lower amount without telling me. Before leaving the store i tried to have him fix it and i had to go to another store to get the phone fixed.

I am came to become a new customer. I called before I even showed up so they knew I was coming. The kid that tried to help me could not figure out what department to go to. Then he left the store and went outside because he had no service in the store.... was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Went with cox instead.

Horrible Customer Service: Store Manager never kept in touch to rectify a situation with a wrong cellular phone order (new account) and because the system would not allow for the original sales rep to make corrective changes, placed a call to the DM; whom: I just learned quit? The Store Manager said he would take care of it and call; and never did. A female sale representative who was belligerent and abusive verbally with disrespect could not address situation that has now been going on two months. Two other customers were having issues last Saturday and ended up leaving as they were unable to complete due to their order being messed up; another lady came in; and was signed up as a business account; which she is not a business owner.The only sales representative (Anthon M.) whom clearly SHOULD BE MANAGER OF STORE; is the only one whom has kept contact and tried to get this problem solved; only the DM is not calling him back and avoiding the calls. This store will be reported to the Attorney Generals office; including BBB... This is a mismanaged store with no sense of leadership or accountability!The DM and Store management should have available contact information through email or website... clearly primecomms.com is unreliable in contact and resolution... Still waiting for this problem to be solved. I am thoroughly disgusted and wish I never came to that store! Order your new upgrades, new service through the main website; at least a rep will show up with equipment and graciously set it all up... boycott this store ... lack of leadership; lack of empathy to solve problems... FYI: Store manager was only concerned with the football game and his fantasy team... instead of solving the problem.. that was three weeks ago! Shame on this store: I will say,,, the only caring and concerned individuals: New kid of two days; and Anthon (Tony)... he really needs to be promoted and take over this store... beware folks...

I went for a early upgrade, and Lexus helped me get a new iphone and pay off and trade in the new one. She also kept me updated on all the promotions, and made sure I get all the deals. Thank you Lexus!

Nice store. A little bit smaller than other AT&T stores but the staff was excellent. Great customer service. We wound up getting a flat tire and had to wait in the parking lot for service. The sales staff invited us to wait in the air conditioned store. Great guys.

Manager Ronnell Daniels couldn’t have been more helpful to me in resolving my on line purchase problems! I will never purchase product on line from AT&T website! I will always take the time to go to this store which was clean and inviting. Other staff came in while Ronnell was resolving my issues and were all very nice.

Didnt have a case for the phone I just bought from AT&T. I got a screen protector that they didnt put on. They didnt have enough cash to make change so, I was given $4 in quarters. Bad experience!!

My 15 year old daughter and I agree that this was THE BEST cell phone purchasing experience we have had to date. Sam was our sales rep and he was friendly, informative, and EXTREMELY PATIENT! 😊He offered other products that were available for a deal/bundle and I felt like it was Christmas in May. It was actually a few days before my birthday and I got everything I wanted for a great price. It was a wonderful experience and Sam still answers any questions that I may have. I recommend this store and Sams service for anyone planning to choose AT&T.

This is a great place to get a phone. I came in for an upgrade on my daughters phone and Frankie was very helpful. He was very friendly and answered all my questions! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great experience - Everybody was super friendly and wait time was not bad at all. The one guy Matt was so nice and patient answering the dozens of questions I asked. He took the extra time to make sure I could navigate the new features of my phone and had all my contacts/photos synced correctly, etc.

I truly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to upgrade or switch to AT&T! The men there are awesome (I had Jacob and Pablo) I was on a time crunch and needed to get a new phone ASAP and they were extremely through and went out of their way to get me out the door with many deals! They were also extremely professional but with a pleasant sense of humor. I ran into a problem with my phone number, gave them a call and they fixed it with no problem! I can’t thank them enough and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

My family and I all bought new cell phones today from Maggie at the Brookpark Rd. store. We are already current customers with AT&T U-verse, home phone, and DirecTv. We like the services AT&T provides so we made the move to AT&T cell phone service.Maggie was awesome. She explained everything to us about the cell phones, plans, and bundling. This is the best AT&T in the Cleveland area wow! Everyone there is extraordinary helpful and kind, theres plenty of parking and they have anything and everything you need! Very impressed highly recommend this location over the rest!

Horrible place. This is not a certified At&t. Its a private owned. Beware they work off of commission. I dealt with a aribic girl. About 58 kind of heavy set. Shes how supposedly at the Steel Yard At&t. I went to get 1 business line. She opened 3 business phone lines in my name. I had to pay $150 to turn them off. Beware of this shady spot

The staff at this location was very helpful and patient...The man that helped me Mo really went out of his way to help...and the Ast Manager was also helpful ...its really nice to see that type of customer service ....it doesnt exist anymore....so when you see it ...its a nice surprise !

OMG! They are awesome! We switched our service from Verizon after 15 years. We had a bit of difficulty with one of our new phones. Owen took care of it immediately! And gave us a credit for the few days we couldnt use the one phone. Love these guys and glad I switched! Our bill is less than Verizon and we are getting more data.

The worse cell phone experience of my life. Was lied to, took advantage of, and was not even close to being a priority. I was quoted a monthly fee of $85 after everything and my bill ended up being $140. Automatic withdrawal was not set up as I requested, hot spot was not included as requested, and my return call request after coming back to the store a second time never occurred. During my initial setup the manager took over half way through the setup because he was incapable of helping another guest. During my time with him he spent more time watching the TV than responding to my questions. Never in my life have I felt more poorly served for paying for a service. As a local teacher and U.S. Army Veteran I will do my best to steer everyone I can possible as far clear from this store as possible!

Just joined backed in December, and so far I have no complaints. Maggie and Ronell(I believe is his name) have always been able help me out when I come across a problem. Today I went in today just to submit my old Verizon bill for a credit, and Maggie helped me out with some storage problems I was having with out me even having to ask!

I came to this store and got the sim card with auto pay $40 plan. They charged me monthly bill twice & sim card for $5. Finally, I needed to call ATT to solve my problem. I suggest you guys to order it online instead going to this store. At least ATT online store wont charge you two monthly payments first time and $10 more at the first month and $5 for sim card. The sim card is free when you order it online. Avoid dealing with people at this store and they wont give you refund.

Worked with the most wonderful salesman yesterday, Dayvon! He was the most friendly and patient person Ive dealt with..ever! We came in late to the store and had a lengthy problem and he didnt rush us. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we were extremely satisfied!! I cannot thank him enough! Avoid at all cost, just a bunch of greasy shysters. Went in to get a replacement phone for my existing account and dealt with Matt. I had just broken my leg so I was in pain the whole experience. Nothing was ever explained, he for some reason tried to put me on a month-to-month payplan even though we had an account (resulting in an extra 30 bucks we shouldnt have had to pay) and ended the conversation with I threw some cords in there for you, not bothering to ever mention that they were on the bill as well (an extra 30 bucks there too). Had I been in proper health, I might have seen through the bullshit, but when someone just sits there and never says a word to you while typing up things, its kind of hard to know something is wrong. Been dealing with this a week now, they refuse to take back the extra cords because they told me that was the price and we still dont know if my phone is actually connected to our account or not after multiple calls to corporate. Again, avoid at all cost.

The company as a whole is horrible!! Not this store but mostly online. Please read their Facebook comments before you get their services. Their customer service is nonexistent and their services are spotty at best. My husband and I have been trying to get a simple phone line for 3 months!!!! Im beyond frustrated and they dont care. This company is horrible.

Avoid this store. Shady and lies. Sold me a phone and accessories that I didnt want. Told me that is was the same as the one I wanted. Told me their printer was broken and would send my receipt online. When I got home and read the receipt, I found out that the phone was not returnable.

Do not go here! Maggie the sales manager was very unprofessional. She kept telling me she would get back to me and it took her weeks to get back to me. She gave me the run around and had very bad attitude. After several attempts I had to stop in the store to finally get service. Her associate Melyssa or Alysa was also very unprofessional and she smelt like fish. She also tried getting me to ask her out by the end of the transaction and wanted to exchange numbers. Very unprofessional.

Wanted to share the great job Frankie (and Moe) did in helping my family not only get into new iPhone XRs, but keep us as a long-term AT&T customer! We had been looking to save money by switching our cable and internet from AT&T to Spectrum, then do the same with our (4) iPhones.However, prior to formally making the move to Spectrum, we decided to speak with AT&T one more time, and thats when Frankie spent close to (3) hours with us on 12/15/18, and not only reviewed our plans, but shared some things we didnt know that AT&T offered in terms of packaging, plus how we could get into our new phones for the least amount of money and maintain our plan.Frankie was very knowledgeable, personable, and really went the extra mile in keeping us as AT&T customers (cable, internet, cell phone, and home cell phone)!! Lastly, Moe assisted Frankie several times during our Saturday afternoon at the store, and he did a great job as well. Thanks again Frankie and Moe!!
