I have been going to this store for years now, and usually never have a problem. For the past few weeks, it is closed more than it is open!

The shelves definitely needed to be restocked; several empty shelves. There was quite a line but it moved quickly. No carts or baskets; likely due to the busy nature of this location.

Sales personnel were very helpful and polite. The store was clean and well organized.

One of the cleanest DG in the Cleveland area. Check them out if near. Now even cleaner after a total remodeling of the interior of this Dollar General. Biddulph Plaza in Brooklyn is investing in the community and that is a good thing.

Okay so I couldnt do another one star review two days in a row so Im using my girlfriends Gmail 2 days in a row their credit card reader is down this is the worst customer service I have ever run into with the store it looks like Giant eagle is going to be getting my business permanently I mean how was your credit card reader down two days in a row you guys must not like money

The staff is friendly but the pricingfor certain things can get a little nuts.

The cashier has a great personality! Shes a keeper! I bought several L.A. Cosmetics and the price was excellent!!!

This is my favorite dollar general stores i find the staff is friendly and helpful. Havent ran into any staff being rude yet, ofcourse I go early in the morning.

Fake dollar store - many things arent even $1. Go to Dollar Tree.

This store is right near my house and its my stop 3 times a week for everyday essentials from bath and beauty, home necessities, snacks and even dog treats! Good prices for quick pick ups. Be aware, this place does get packed occasionally and the lines can get lengthy. Overall, love coming here.

Prices were as expected, but tried to load netspend and was told by the rude cashier that it was not possible because someone lost something. Then my wife had to return some curtains she purchased 2 days ago at that location and he argued they dont sell those there, when obviously they do.

The employees are super friendly and are ALWAYS working hard!!

It was over stocked. The aisles were really close together to a point whereas youd almost have to do the slide to the side in order to get through. Too cluttered...

They need more cashiers! They have two registers but theres only one open. These poor employees always have a line and theyre by themselves. Occasionally Ill see the manager bumming around and getting in the way. Ive waited in line for almost half an hour, multiple times.Recently I waited for 10 minutes and there were still 8 people in front of me. I decided to just walk out without buying anything, because its outrageous to have to wait that long at any store.

Nice clean store. Shelves are always filled and stocked with product.

I like the store, there are great savings, however the customer service there was not great. I didnt like that in was not able to use my Samsung Electronic pay, the cashier said that it was not working was the machine was not going to be fixed anytime soon.

This Dollar General always seems so cluttered. They do not have the room for all of their merchandise and its hard to move through the aisles. Cashier is super slow. Do not go here during your lunch break! Unless you have an hour lunch and a good 20 minutes to spare to wait in line. It is like that EVERY time I visit this location.
