Lowes has great outdoor plants. They have a large selection and the plants are healthy and they have great prices too. I prefer Lowes over nurseries for outdoor plants. They also have everything else you would ever need for your home improvement projects and your landscaping projects.

I asked a store associate if they carry any smaller bags of sand, because all I was seeing were 40 to 50 lb bags. I have a disability, so I cant lift anything that heavy. He pointed to a bag, picked it up, dropped it in my shopping cart, and so I thanked him repeatedly.Well, I couldnt pick up the bag once I got out to my car and I attributed my weakness to being fatigued after shopping. Once I got home and attempted to unload the bag from my car is when I noticed it was a SIXTY POUND BAG!The only reason they didnt get a one-star rating from me is because I appreciate the discount they give to the military shoppers.

Went back and forth with management and their affiliated shipping company on delivering a fridge I ordered. They rescheduled 4 times on delivery dates with no exact answer on why it wasnt on their truck for any of those dates. Id get a message saying it was on its way, but they were a no show. Still nothing being done to fix this. Should have just paid some more to get it from best buy.

Knew what I wanted. Got in, got it, paid for it and got out.

Worst customer service department I ever dealt with. I will never spend another dollar with this organization. They lied to me , hung up on me multiple times because they be didnt have my answers. Would recommend avoiding this place altogether..

Apparently Halloween doesnt exist to lowes. Half the store is filled with Christmas decorations and I didnt see a single Halloween decoration. Its literally the start of October

Order some items online. The process was pretty straight forward. Simple to navigate. Items came on time and with no damage.

Hard to find everything I was looking for. They didnt have a variety of vinyl floor 12 x 12 squares. There is a need for help in all the depts. If the customer left it up to me what store I can purchase the materials from. It would definitely be Home Depot.

Basically incompetent. The people are very nice in person, however, if you need an appliance delivered go somewhere else. There is zero in store communication, the managers do not respond, and the phones go unanswered if you call in - try calling and ask for deliveries. For something that should be straight forward they somehow found numerous ways to screw it up.

Ive been coming here for the last few years now for the flowers. Lowes always has a ton of beautiful flowers in stock! Beautiful colors and tons of choices! I will definitely come back year after year for the flower/garden section of Lowes. Staff are always nice and helpful and the store is always clean which is nice. Good job!

I just like the way Lowes has their setups and Ive been shopping at Lowes since the early 80s 1980s when I lived in Winston-Salem before I moved here it was treating me fairly over the years Im glad Im a customer of theirs

It was a clean store and the management helped me purchase a clearance washer at the last moment. Very good customer service.

Always good value. Just need more modern computers. Million dollar a day business and they can’t seem to look up anything or ring people out without issues. Your whole concept as you’re there for pros people who make a living buying from you and you can’t run any of the programs because your system is so outdated. I guess maybe you should spend more money on that then you shirt on signs trying to tell people about how much you were there for pros. As long as the pros don’t buy anything or do anything or need any help. Just an observation.

Don’t ever do a return here. The guy in front of me here had about 40 things to return. The girl doing the returns went through all the boxes of lights he was returning and checked them. Please! What a waste of everyone’s time!!! I won’t go here again. Poor service!

I had the most positive experience today.I had a plumbing issue and asked an employee named Lanelle if he could help me match up some plumbing.This man dropped what he was doing and spent a good amount of time with me and solved my plumbing issues.He was very knowledgeable and patient with my needs.I then went to customer service to inquire about purchasing a large Halloween decoration,and to compliment Lanelle for his awesome service.An employee named Consuela observed me standing off to the side who was also busy , came over and asked if she could help me.She took down a display for me that the manager allowed me to purchase because there were no more in stock.I cant say how many times employees just stick to what they have to do and arent interested in observing people who look like they need help.Let me be clear , this young lady was not the customer service person , she was working with internet orders and reached out to help me.I have always utilized all home improvement stores and because of todays experience I will ONLY shop at Lowes (Brooklyn) because of the 2 employees Ive encountered today.Keep up the good work,I appreciate you !!!

A little late in the garden season but I was still able to find some sprouted snap peas. Yall be tripping this year, green beans gone including the seeds. Fun fact. Drug Mart and rite aid still have a variety of seeds if you cant find what youre looking for.

So….ugh. I love Lowe’s. Quality shop overall, and sometimes when I look for certain items I prefer Lowe’s over Home Depot. But this store has some serious customer service issues.During this trip I was picking up some countertop cleaner. When I was getting ready to check outs I was stuck in line for 15 minutes, with about 12 people behind me, and management didn’t even consider opening up a new line for checkouts after multiple customers had asked for some assistance.I personally saw 3 customers walk away from their carts and leave the store.So, I would recommend making the extra trip to the Rocky River store. Simply, it’s a better experience overall.

My boyfriend and I ordered a vanity from Lowe’s (Brooklyn, Ohio) on 4/25/21 item number 2808060 model# WESTBOURNE-60W-Combo (60in Mercer WH shelf vanity combo) through manufacture OVE Decors ULC. Because of the pandemic we were told there would be shipping delays and to be understanding, no problem. To our surprise it arrived within a week! The delivery men from Lowe’s informed us when they got to the house that they do not carry items up or downstairs so they left the item in our doorway.Unfortunately our contractor was not ready for the short delivery notice and was unable to complete the installation for a few months (more pandemic delays). When he arrived (within 90 days of our purchase) he informed us that the vanity top was completely crack in multiple places. The delivery men had damaged our product.Now my boyfriend and I have worked with Lowe’s many times and have had ZERO issues but when I called this time to inform them that the delivery men had damage our vanity they told me that the model was no longer carried at Lowe’s and that I would have to go through the manufacturer. An assistant helped me find the manufacturer information and I called about replacing/repairing the vanity counter top. The manufacturer informed us that 60in vanities our specialty items that they do not repair them. (Um ok?) And that the item would have to be returned to Lowe’s. I called back to Lowe’s and informed them of what the manufacturer said and Lowe’s said this is not true the manufacturer has to replace/repair the item. This went back and forth for about a week (as you can imagine I was calling after work and on lunch breaks, place on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time just to be given the run around, we felt very frustrated).Finally we were able to speak with a Lowe’s manager about our situation, when he looked up our purchase/delivery date he informed us that we were past our 90 days and that there was nothing Lowe’s could do.I was so upset! I asked them to be understanding of the pandemic delays and the run around from the Lowe’s customer service assistants and manufacturer but he didn’t care. No refund, no credit towards a new vanity, no reimbursement for the $69.00 delivery charge of the damaged vanity, nothing. Lowe’s wouldn’t even replace the vanity counter if we PAID for the new counter top.This is truly the worst experience I’ve had working with Lowe’s or any business for that matter. Throughly check your items on delivery for damages and go to the store directly and speak to a manager otherwise they may run you around until you hit the 90 days.Lastly, If you have any advice on who and where we can go for vanity countertop repairs we would truly appreciate it! I hope this review helps prevent a loss of money and the headaches we have encountered.

Its a big box store. I did have to walk around to find someone to help me find something,but lets be honest people under the age of 25 dont know how to work

Lowes was clean and the staff was very knowledgeable about their areas in which they worked. It felt like a real home improvement store for grown folks.

Terrible customer service. Employees are clueless and do not want to help customers. After buying a vanity, getting it home and to find out the sink was cracked. Returned vanity (after driving 1 hour to nearest Lowe’s with item in stock) and found a replacement but I couldn’t find a flatbed cart, I asked for help and was told to go look in the parking lot. Bought a large vanity and asked for help loading. I was told help was on the way and to park in front of the store (which I did). Waited 15 minutes with no help. A Good Samaritan helped me load. Lowe’s is a joke!

I went there to get another landscaping item for my husband. Early fathers day gift. I like Lowes better than the other box store. Better prices and they carry craftsmen brand

But an air conditioner it turned out to be a returned air conditioner that didnt work had no problems returning it and getting one that did

This is my spot. Cheaper in a lot of cases than home depot. The staff is friendly and helps you find whatever you need without an attitude. I buy a lot of tools from there. Pointer. Hit them up on black Friday.

Went and picked up tool chest and even with covid19 went smooth in and out they loaded it in truck and on I went

I am usually a big fan of Lowes, but this store seemed underwhelming. They didnt seem to have what I was looking for and every time I was trying to look at something, they shut down the aisle to bring in the fork lift to get something off the high shelf for another patron. I ended up so annoyed, I left frustrated. This is not a typical Lowes experience for me, so I chalk it up to just a bad day.

The store itself is a great place to buy items for any home project you may be working on. The main issue is that theyre severely understaffed. I walked in to see a ridiculous amount of pallets all over the place. Found it difficult to navigate around a couple of them as I shopped. Overall great store, its just in need of more staff and perhaps better management.

Well went in to buy a battery for my craftsman fan l only had one .so I needed another for back up... all the stores are set up different so I ask ware they maybe located lady was nice took me right to what I was looking for nice an polite couldnt ask for any better service .battery last a long time I just needed one for back up so I can keep cool waiting for the other tocharge...

Place used to be really good up until about 5 years ago, the it all went down hill, specifically not enough employees working (or available on the sales floor). They need to open more registers as well there will be a line with 10 people in it and one register open.Also you can never get a shopping cart, or they are all stuck together that that long dark hallway when you walk in, have them ready to go when customers walk in, then again that’s hard to do when no one works there

I purchased a 3 year extended warranty on a $500 snowblower. After one season it refused to start. I called this store to see the process for the warranty and they referred me to a 1800 number who had me on hold for an hour only to tell me the store is responsible for repairs. I brought it into the store and basically had to convince the degenerates behind the counter that they have a repair department 🙄 After 3 weeks i tried calling multiple times only to be put on hold for hours!! I returned to the store (still on hold) and asked about my snowblower and they had no clue where it was....i asked for a manager and it took 45 minutes to get a another clueless individual who was absolutely helpless... awful experience

As I was pulling into the parking lot, I slowed down to ask an associate where the entrance and exit was to the establishment, so I can park equal distance away from both doorways. She was quite nice, I didnt catch her name, but she thanked me for choosing Lowes and told me to have a wonderful shopping experience. I walked in carrying a huge smile under my mask, which no one could see from behind my cover-up and foggy glasses. Haha.I was looking a bit puzzled, Im sure, and Veronica asked me if there was anything she could assist me in finding. With a quick response, of course, I am looking for flip top weather resistant totes and a 10x10 weatherization tarp. She walked me to all the locations where the totes were, and though I didnt find the ones I was looking for, I found some identical to what I was searching for.Now that I had the totes I came for, I was on the hunt for my tarp. Veronica supported my scavenger hunt by guiding me in the direction of the tarps and even shared with me isle 28, I had a difficult time finding them. They were actually on an end cap of isle 29, and again, I was boggled. I was fortunate enough to have another awesome employee, Ryan, assist me in trying to figure out the 3 different type of tarp grades, and even looked up in his hand held item search jigger for a 10x10 tarp, but yall dont carry them. I then found exactly what I was looking for $10 less expensive at Big Lots googling for the tarp.All in all, I had a wonderful experience from the time I rolled into the parking lot until I checked out, loaded up my front seat with the my weather proof totes, and warming up my truck on the cold snowy evening of Dr. Martin Luther Kings Birthday, on the evening of January 17th, 2021. Waiting for my truck to warm up, I decided to write this Excellent Customer Service Review, so I wouldnt forget Ryan and Veronicas name. Thanks for your help. Oh, I also had help from a young beautiful black woman, whos smile Im sure was everything, because her eyes sparkled with glee as she was trying to assist me towards the direction of the totes when I first walked in. She was at the support/returns desk.Tonight was a definite 5 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

Horrible experience with carpet installation through this store. Took so long to get carpet in. The installers were so messy and left us with a huge clean up.The people who they have measuring did it incorrectly twice which left us a shortage of carpet on the stairs.The stairs were left with the exposed nails for days until someone came out to fix it.Still waiting on carpet for the stairs. I called Lowe’s to see if it was in. It actually had been in since the 30th but they did not know it until I called. Now it delays things another week.I called corporate office, James said- sorry but you can’t speak with management and you have to call the store to leave a complaint. There is never a general manager at the store whenever I call!They do not even open the garden center until 10 on the weekends, which is the busiest time and people are off work and want to get their yards done early.One cashier line open on a weekend. Major problems at this store, I suggest go elsewhere for carpet. Lesson learned. We spent 3500.00 and I can’t even speak with a manager

I love this store, especially the flower area they have a great variety.

So far so good. Never had a problem finding anything. Great service and staff.I ordered a 30 amp double pole breaker online, and the incorrect breaker was delivered. Rather than shipping it back, I stopped at this location to let a manager know what happened, they took the incorrect part and gave me the correct part. Took me 2 minutes.

Usually a great place to shop. Not today. Not one cashier. All on break or lunch. Crazy. Had to use the self checkout for the first time in my life. I have refused to before because it eliminates jobs. And I guess I was right.

Terrible. Most employees are unhelpful. Ones that are good are real nice and helpful.

The associate was very helpful with our dishwasher purchase and assisted us quickly.

Today was the first time I have gone to Lowes Brooklyn in a long time. After todays visit I remembered why I stopped going there. I went for yard tools- rake, etc... While I was there I spotted a grill that I wanted. There were absolutely 0 employees in sight to assist. I finally spotted one 25 minutes later who was able to help. I realized I wasnt the only one seeking help because once I got him over to the grill section 5 other customers hovered around. I got my grill and then needed weed preventer he pointed out where to go and that was fine. I needed to find something else for my lawn.....again.....no assistance to be found. I checked out in the outdoor garden center. You would have thought with a large grill in one cart and other items in 2nd cart I would have at least been asked if I needed assistance getting the items in my car. Nope! Never ever again will I go to that store.

Ive had to return 3 plants this year that didnt last more than a few weeks. They gave me store credits.

Had what I needed at a great price, staff is usually very friendly at this location but woman at self check out mustve been having a really bad day. She practically snarled at me, felt bad she had to come to work today when she clearly didnt want to be there!

Ive attempted to order kitchen cabinets twice in person and twice over the phone. Apparently only 2 people in the store are trained how to order cabinets and I have a quote already. Not sure you run a store with only 2 employees running 1 Dept.

Bought a dryer, kid went back to get it. I went out to bring the truck up front. Waited & waited. When I finally went inside, he brought it up and left it at CS. Took another 10 minutes to find someone else to bring it outside to load.
