Well very good attendant I just met and she was just so sweet her is name is Crystal and the owner is wonderful too, they really turned this place around (the new owner has) and I just love it. Love coin laundromats for nostalgia. This place is Highly recommended. Has old school feel. Thanks!

Crystal was the most professional and helpful employee. She went above and beyond taking care of the facility and the customers. She is awesome!!! Definitely recommend because of her. Stopped in here a few weeks ago with a two year old, his dad and more laundry than I’m comfortable admitting to that needed to be done. Crystal was our biggest cheer leader in getting through that part of our day. Thank you.

I went to this laundromat after I found out it was under new management. I took my mom who hasnt been to a laundromat in over 30yrs but her washer stopped working. We had a great time there, it was very clean and Crystal and Greg was very nice. We all had good time laughing and talking. My son who is 13yrs old has autism he was also with us he even had a good time and was comfortable there. Crystal gave him candy and was interacting with him to make sure he was comfortable. They also helped me load my car up with my laundry because Im about to have surgery. My family and I had a great time there and we will be back.

My favorite laundry mat thus far!!!!! I especially love the changes being made here. As times change you have to learn to adapt, and one thing that used to make me super uncomfortable was homeless people hanging out in the laundry mat. The fact that the owner hired Crystal to keep watch and keep the place neat inside & out along side being so sweet and welcoming is the PERFECT change to have made. It makes me feel safe to come and do my laundry late at night. I’m excited about the other positive changes to come here

Last Thursday, I decided to wash all my bedding at the laundromat instead of spending the weekend washing them at home. This was my first time using the laundromat in over 25 years. In addition to washing my linen, I was also there to help my daughter wash several loads. This facility is under new ownership. The building and machines were clean, and the management team (Greg and Chrystal) was helpful and very friendly. They gave out candy and when my daughter was short by a quarter or two, Chrystal gave her the difference to finish drying. By the way, I only needed 50 cents per extra large load to dry my quilts/blankets in 16+ minutes. The dryers are excellent!!! I will return on occasion to wash rugs and blankets in the future. Love doing business with them. 😊

The place has been under new management fairly recently, but a lot of the new employees who have been there have been very kind and helpful during my recent visits.One of the employees, Crystal, was very sweet and caring of not only the people there, but the actual place itself, which is a significant change that Ive seen in the 20+ years Ive come here to wash clothes. She greet every person who came in, and was even caring enough to walk a customer to her car, and even made sure that I was OK when there were random people loitering.Definitely see the place heading in a bright direction, and I feel like my future visits will be more enjoyable and safer.

Just to say I am a regular customer and its been months since Ive been here. Coming back its been amazing! First lets talk about Crystal. Shes a sweetheart and a very lovely lady. The new manager for sure did hire a good employee with great work ethic and charisma. In the past the place was a trash hole to nicely say and noe this place is amazing, even vending machines! Im so happy to do business here again.

Had a wonderful time at this Laundry place. Crystal was pleasant and very welcoming. The Gentleman who was taking care of the Equiptment was also great! Crystal was very king to my 7 yr old and made us feel very comfortable like we were at home! I will go there again!

I like going late at night theres never anyone there. I bring my Bluetooth speaker and can jam out while I do my laundry and not bother anyone in the process. And the process are fair. The washing machines and dryers work great. The only thing I wish they would change is to get away from using quarters and maybe have a reloadable card of some sort. Other than that I think its great

Last time I was in this place it was gross dirty dryers filthy but that was last year Ill be curious what it looks like now Ive been going to the one in Biddulph plaza its clean, free drying if you do your laundry there, there are workers there all the time that are nice and helpful.

Crystal is nice, helpful, and very caring employee. Been hearing nice things about her manager for finally upgrading the Laundromat! No one really upgrades a Laundromat anymore and Im glad theyre finally upgrading!

Very clean and well kept. I met a very friendly lady that was cleaning and washing the machines. She definitely takes pride in her work and spoke very highly of the owner. Not all laundromats are the same and this one is this one of the best.

The reason why I don’t give it a 5 Starr because there is no bathrooms to use it wile doing laundry also no tv or music to keep you entertained wile doing laundry other then that clean and all the washers and dryer’s work great

Crystal was such an amazing help! I’m new to the whole “doing my own laundry” thing since I’ve recently moved out and my goodness if it weren’t for her I would of sat there for hours trying to dry my clothes 🤦🏻‍♀️ The place was clean and easily accessible and I loved it!

.dryers were broke and I called the owner and he is very nice and actually said he’s a new owner and putting money in and offered my money back. I understand these places are a work in progress, hopefully they get this place where they want it to be! Seen lots of improvement

Nice its 24hrs no attended but Brooklyn pd precinct is right there & cameras theres a guy there sometime frm the neighborhood hes just good-hearted will help you out & tipping is recommended 👍

Brooklyn 24 hour laundromat has made a complete recovery from the old management to the new. Their attendant Crystal is very helpful and attentive to everyones needs while keeping the place clean.I will definitely be back to do my laundry again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a 24 hour laundromat.

Its really nice that its open 24hrs, but the place is absolutely filthy! Broken laundry carts, broken washers & dryers.. Still in 2020 coin operated with one working coin machine.. Also have to be careful, cuz clean unstained clothes from washer, come out of the dryer with stains from rust or sludge cuz they are probly never cleaned.. But like I said, open 24hrs and its reasonably priced and weve never had clothes missing, which is also a plus..

The new owner is doing a great job fixing up the space and fixing all the machines.

I thought the prices were a bit high for the time but my biggest complaint is that theres NO BATHROOM!! I wash clothes at 4 in the morning so not normal business hours but still. I washed 13 loads of clothes so I was there for HOURS..You Need a bathroom.

Compared to other laundromats in the area this is by far the best. Yes the bathroom is not great but I dont go there for that. They attempt to keep the place clean but Ive eye witnessed many customers trash the place. The price is great, the machines are good and love that its 24 hours.2/20/21 This is an update to my previous review (see above from 3 yrs ago): I met the new owner, Greg today and his assistant Crystal. Theyve displayed great customer service. Its hard to get good customer service these days. Its great to see that an owner is willing to be actively present at his establishment and/or to have an assistant on site especially if you need assistance with one of the machines. He shows great concern for the customers and he was very thankful for my business. He has done major repairs and remodeling which makes the laundromat more appealing. If youve walked away from this establishment because you felt that it wasnt kept up, then I invite you to return to see the updates. You may decide to return as a regular customer. NOTE: Greg is really trying to make your washing and drying experience great so please cooperate in doing your part to help keep it clean and do not allow your children to treat this place like a playground. Thanks Greg and Crystal for the great experience. I will return!

I would never think about reviewing a laundromat but honestly felt like I had to, the people there were super helpful. They even helped me change the channel on the T.V so my kids could watch cartoons. Overall great Laundromat and great people. Also its in a great area right next to one of my favorite pizza places.

Discustingly dirty environment. The washer I used leaked and filled the floor. The dryer I used left my clothes smelling musty and like a basement, despite the Gain dryer sheets I used. 0 out 5 stars. Would not recommend. I walked into a screaming match between two women profusely using foul language in front of 3 children. Not a kid friendly environment

There are front loader machines that just dont agitate properly. I left a note on the machine but nothing changed. There is a sign about filling out an envelope if you need a refund. I guess you have to bring your own envelope.

They finally fixed the lights in there, So know its brighter ty. Needs a restroom.The newer washing machines are nice. The old one are an eye sore.

PROS: 24 hour laundrymat so I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes at 6am!CONS: No attendant was present. The place was filthy with garbage all over floor, clothes, food and misc items on top of washers. Lots of non-working washers with layers of dust and dirt. The whole place is in dire need of repairs and paint. Not well kept and no attendant.

Its an alright place. Ive been utilizing this mat for about 8 years now. All, I can say is that its gone down. I understand that its nearly impossible to keep it tip top all day every day. However, the machines break constantly and its very difficult to request a reimbursement. Also, the cleanliness has to be better. I think if the owner hires an attendant, it could be what it used to.

My favorite Laundromat, very well run. Cant beat the happy hour prices. Sometimes, just hang here. Well done...

This place is unsupervised with no restroom some machines work some don’t and extremely dirty. I would give this review a zero if that where possible.

I went my mom and brother one day when our washer broke we needed to do our laundry and when we got in there no worker was in there to greet us like other laundromats Ive been to , no bathroom i had to go next door to go

Its an ok place to do your laundry. And its a little less expensive than some others, so thats a plus.It gets very crowded sometimes, so it is popular. Its very narrow by the dryers and hard to navigate when there are a lot of patrons.Its divided into two rooms, an old room and a current one. The old room has a bunch of mostly broken top loaders, but it has two huge front loaders that work fine. Its more peaceful in the old room, and theres a place to sit down.The new room has a more modern change machine that works better. The one in the old room works when it wants to.I havent been here in a while, I was there three times last winter. There was a locked door to what I assume was an office, with a number to call if you have a problem. The three times I was there, twice was at night, there didnt appear to be anyone in the office or any attendant. But I didnt have any problems.There is free WiFi that wasnt working well. There are no public restrooms.But our laundry turned out fine, which is the important thing.

This place is disgusting. The washers all smell like mildew, and the floor, walls and ceiling are all dirty. The bathroom is in very poor condition, and the entire other side of the building is full of non functioning and unplugged washers and dryers, with the exception of maybe two washers and dryers all the way in the back. All the proof is in the pictures. Its convenient that its open 24 hours, but thats about it. All the doors are propped open, so its not the safest place. The clothes didnt smell good after being washed and dried with dryer sheets. Avoid this place at all costs if possible, and find another laundromat.

The worst! Im writing this while Im here struggling with this machines that doesnt work. They might have a lot of washing machines, but only 10% of them actually works. On top of that the prices are higher than anywhere else. The floors are DISGUSTING. I am not satisfied. My first visit, and last for sure...

Only one coin machine works, the machine to get fabric softener eats your money and the dryers are filthy and will just get your clothing dirty again. No ac and no fans so its extremely hot inside. Its just a dirty place all together and the owners obviously dont care and just want your money without doing the work. Will not return.

Hands down the worst laundromat I have ever been to. Dryers do not work, even the ones that have writing on them stating they work. I spent hours and hours playing musical dryers trying to get the few loads dried... and lost money.

Its small and dirty. No ones there to help when the change machine wouldnt take any money. They didnt have any bags to sell or soap. Only good thing is that its open 24/7.

This is one of the most disgusting laundromats I have ever been in. I tried to overlook the reviews and just give this place a chance because I desperately need laundry done but never have I ever walked into a laundromat and immediately walked right back out. Every single washer has MOLD growing in them and smells god awful. Save yourself time and money and go else where.

Kind of a beat up old laundromat not really worth talking about even but in a pinch if you have to have something washed at least you could do it there thats not saying too much. Drive up ridge road in to Parma maybe around snow road on the west side a better place.

Overall place is pretty clean and the machines worked fine for me no problems

Not clean! Water all over the floor! Bathroom out of order and the door is falling off but being held in place with tape. Washers dont work. I understand its a public place to wash but at least keep it clean. To think I saw several others worse than this. I only needed to wash comforters.

Place was the nastiest place ive ever been too , washers had a ton of black mold washers smelt like mildew took my clothes out and left to Fairview

Always plenty of available machines that work. Very clean. Reasonable prices for both washers and dryers.

The change machines dont work. None of the soap/bag/soda dispensers work. The wifi doesnt work. The place is dirty. There are probably 20 or 30 machines that are not in use cluttering up all of the space. Total waste of time, gas and detergent that I put into a washer just before realizing there was no way for me to change out my bills for quarters. Dont go here unless youre breaking open your piggy bank and dont mind a dirty. cluttered atmosphere. Also, I dont work for any competitors and its really rude to accuse customers of this. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to do laundry here. I would have called the posted number but I realized that I had wasted enough time on bs for the night already and I didnt want to waste my mobile data as well seeing how the wifi wasnt working.
