Very nice gym with great equipment and awesome staff! I recommend World Gym to anyone looking for a place to get and stay healthy!! The owner got back promptly with my issues and cleared everything up!

Since they hired new staff and changed the gym it is WONDERFUL ! Terry is a friendly and easy to speak to manager! All the trainers are super nice and helpful. Gym never packed , with enough equipment for everyone’s use! Highly recommend and ask for terry 💯💯💯💯💯

I have been a member of this gym for roughly five months now and I can honestly say this is the best gym I’ve been a member of. They have every possible piece of equipment I need to train, they have enough equipment for the patrons to be able to always be doing something, and the environment is just a great and professional one. The staff are all extremely helpful and professional. Whether you are an experienced lifter or just starting out on your fitness journey, I would recommend this gym wholeheartedly.

I was a member of Golds Gym for years before World Gym took over and have to admit I was skeptical of the change at first. I have to say the changes have been positive but not so extensive that I feel out of place or uncomfortable. There are plenty of free weights, squat racks, machines, treadmills, etc. There is always a trainer or staff member available if you have a question or need assistance with anything, I worked with personal trainer, Alex, one on one for a few months. Theyve done well with keeping the facility safe for their clients through the pandemic as well.

Been coming to this gym for quite sometime. Love the atmosphere and the layout. Never too crowded and a very friendly staff.

Honestly, this is probably going to sound like a fake review but idc. Though I’ve only been a member for roughly around a month and some change this is probably the greatest gym I have ever been to😂😂. I feel like someone who’s been paid to say this but it’s seriously from the heart 😂. From management, to employees & just the overall environment. Even the members are great, it’s insane. Wouldn’t trade this place for anything. Idk if it’s just me but every time I show up to put in work I want to help out and be a part of the staff lol. Just great energy 24/7 and the equipment is amazing, everything and then some. Beyond a 10 out of 10. Good job guys keep up the insane work, much love always✊🏼💪🏼💯!

There is always someone at the front desk with a smile and friendly hello. The gym is spotless with a cleaning crew that is on top of it.

I have been a member of Worlds gym for approximately a year. Staff is very personable and always there to respond to questions or concerns.

Good atmosphere and nice crew to work around. Very clean as well.

My girlfriend and I are loving and truly enjoying their programs.

I love it here due to quietness and not having a crowd of people. You can pretty much get to any machine when u want. They also have a cinema room in which you can work out in on bikes and treadmills. A movie is always on for entertainment. Its nice and cozy due to no lights other than movie screen. They have a room for kids also while parents work out. The staff members are very friendly and nice as well.

World gym bought out golds gym I use to be a member of golds now Im a member of worlds gym. Its an okay place to get your exercise in. The atmosphere has a gritty feel which is great for a gym. The staff there are always willing to show you different exercises. Theyre always willing to listen if there are any issues.I would recommend this gym to my friends and family.

Easily the best gym in Cleveland. I say this with confidence, because I’ve tried planet fitness, fitness19 and anytime fitness. Cleanest and least crowded, friendly staff and great equipment.

Started my fitness journey here about 10-11 months ago and I’m a regular now 4-5 days/week. The staff is always friendly, smiling and you can tell everyone enjoys their job! Great workout environment/options, clean locker rooms.

The best hands down

Unfortunately, within just two months this gym that was once awesome has began to go down the gutter PRIMARILY due to the customer service from the new hires and so many different staff changes. The gym is great, and clean. The hours are awesome. The problem is all of these new hires and how they are just so not friendly and not providing customer service at all. However, when the new staff does its mostly a dry hello and maybe a goodbye. The new female manager with the black framed glasses is extremely rude and hasnt ever spoken to me once since she got hired. There are several new front desk men and women and only ONE of them has greeted me or told me to have a good day. Its truly pathetic. For the woman mentioned above to be a manager, she needs to find a different job. There is a new young Hispanic woman and a very buff white male at the front who dont even acknowledge your existence. I will be changing gyms before the next billing cycle.

I enjoy going to this gym. They changed a lot of their guidelines in respect towards membership. They offer a wide variety of equipment from treadmills to free weights. Plenty of cardio equipment like medicine balls and cow bells. A daycare and dance studio. The sell drinks and workout supplements also. A new feature they offer is a form of lipo for unwanted fat. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and extremely clean facility.

I loved going here when it was Golds. However, I have recently cancelled my membership. The customer service is poor, their system caused issues on my account, to which they admitted to, making me owe astronomical amounts of money, all due to their system error. I was different things, by different things by different people, and no one was willing to be helpful. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the number I was given to call and have received 0 call backs or assistance from higher up management. I could really go on. I would never recommend to anyone after all I experienced.

Good gym. But the system they have here is horrible. Way to many extra charges, just trying to find a gym for a short time while working here, paid way to much. Had to cancel my card because it was stolen right at the end of the month so when I was able to put another card in the gym I did and they charged me a late fee. Makes no sense, worker said they would fix it and never did. Leaving home I then had to pay a 20 dollar cancellation fee and a 31 day notice fee, why? Again makes 0 sense. I know if I ever come back here this will not be the gym I choose.

Worlds Gym Brooklyn, gets NO stars from me (wish it was an option). The management in this place is so bad. Kenzi the new GM is extremely unprofessional and clearly unqualified for her position. She is the reason I am no longer a member at this facility. Onyx in Parma on the other hand is an AWESOME gym! The staff is extremely friendly and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I rather pay more money and drive further from home for the better service.

I like the place, I really do. But this location needs more squat racks, hack squat machine and way more cable attachments. Ive sent emails to corporate about my concerns and got no response back. I find myself going at odd hours due to the lacking of machines and racks. Staff at this location would get 5 stars in my opinion, they are extremely nice and very willing to help with all your needs.

Everyone is leaving this gym due to terrible customer service. The new management is horrible! I recommend any other gym... hell, I’d recommend working out in a park over this joke of a gym. They overcharged my bank account and are disputing it. A total nightmare!!!

Wonderful environment. Heavily Spanish speaking if you are more comfortable with being around people who speak Spanish. Nice sense of community.

This gym has the potential to be 4-5 star but doesnt have enough resistance equipment compared to other gyms similar size. Great interior space, nice selection of cardio equipment and atmosphere. Other golds gyms had more resistance equipment variety. Suggest another line of pin select machines for variety and definitely more plate loaded (or mts) hammer strength pieces. Most gyms have a V-squat or at least hack squat for legs. Older members may not be able to free squat as much because of injuries. Please order more equipment and more people will join, me included.

First off i am not a member of this gym. Tofay i walked in and asked the girl at the counter if i could get a workout in and check out the facilities. She told me $16.20. Either the policy is terrible or the staff is terrible. I am a potential new member. I immediately walked out. I will never even consider going back. I am a CPT, if i liked the facility i was going to inquire about the available position i saw online. So i drove to a LA Fitness where the greeted me fantastically and are going to give me a free 3 day pass.. Not a good look at all Golds Gym

This gym is scam. They over charged me and I had to cancel my debit card because of them and I came closed account. Then I receive another bill even when I had written papaer showing that I closed my account with world jym. I am gonna press charges if they will not stop charging even tough I closed my account.

People are respectful of eachother and the equipment. The staff are all friendly and looking out for you. There is tons of free classes that come with your membership and there is a cardio theater to watch movies which is pretty sweet

This place is money hungry. I do not trust a place that isnt honest with new members wanting to sign up. The contracts are ridiculous and extremely difficult to get off once on.

If you like to lift heavy weights, this place is not for you. People are quick to complain if you grunt or drop weights on the rubber floor.
