Great customer service. They didn’t answer when I first called and I didn’t leave a message. I called right when they were opening, so I just planned to call back in about 1/2 hour or so. They actually called me and left a voicemail that they saw I had called and wondered if they could help. When I did speak with them, they work with me to fit me in with my schedule. They arrived on time and did a nice job cleaning my carpets.

My experience with Chem-Dry was so positve that I cant wait to recommend them to my friends who are as picky as I am! First of all when scheduling with Sam, he offered me a great price because I had used them before. Then, even though I have only one room of carpet in my basement and carpeted stairs, which often means I have to wait forever to get wedged in between bigger jobs, Sam offered me a couple of options the very next week.... . when I asked him about possibly doing my large area rugs while here he was very accomodating and I was surprised at how much better the pricing was than when I have to take them out to get them cleaned. On cleaning day, Curtis could not have been more thorough and attentive to details, as well as taking great care of everything in my home while he was working, including my wood floors as he was cleaning the area rugs. He managed to get all of the really tough spots out of my stairs and basement carpeting which is light colored and I was so pleased to see it looking better than I expected. Curtis even treated my door rug without charge when he was taking his equipment out and never tried to sell me extra services that I didnt need, which I really appreciated. Very good experience with Chem-Dry for both this cleaning and my previous time. I highly recommend them and I am very hard to please!

Chem-Dry of Minneapolis is an Superb Carpet Cleaning Business, I would not have my carpet cleaned by any one else ever again.

I bought an Amazon Local voucher for Chem-Dry of Minneapolis. They were to clean Six Rooms (up to 700 Square Feet Total) for $79.00. As it turned out, my rooms were too big and so I ended up having a bill of over $200. That was unexpected but I was upset when I got home to see that every possible stain that was on the carpet before they came was there after they came. Dont waste your money!

They don’t answer their phone, respond to my voicemails (I left two) or my online web form request. It’s been a week with no response from this company. Since I purchased a Groupon voucher, I contacted Groupon. Groupon advised they contacted the company and to wait four... more... days for a response! I demanded an immediate refund from Groupon.

They do a great job, friendly staff and very helpful!
