I needed 100 chairs in less than 24 hours for my moms funeral. While all the other party rental places were booked up, Simon and his team made special accommodations for my family. They showed up 20 minutes early, laid out the perfect setup and were absolutely excellent! Pick up was right on time. I liked the variety of inventory and the delivery option, but thats about where it stopped. Half of the time, they didnt answer the phone (voicemail option didnt work properly either). When I could speak with someone, I didnt feel very comforted that things were being documented very well. Prices on their website are not totally accurate so be aware. Delivery was over an hour late and he even forgot part of my order. He did come back within the hour with the remainder, but it was dirty and needed to be cleaned on site. This put the event 2 hours behind. Pick up was also almost 2 hours later than he said. When he came to pick up the rentals, he parked in the neighbors driveway like it was no big deal. And after all of that, I was still charged full price. The whole experience just felt very unprofessional and unorganized and left me stressed out and annoyed.

Let me start here ، The worst, service, most rude, , and awful service in Whole country, Uniq party gets all the service money 20 days before my sons celebration , 8 hours before the party brings the staff and get in my property with out any call , Message or a notice , He began to dismantle the tables and chairs, and when we realized the entrance to our garage was closed When we asked him to move the equipment to get out of the car, he shouted loudly and said that he only had to unload the equipment once and he could not move it.، And he started to return the rented equipment back to car , we called the police, and when the police came he said in the contract I can cancel any time agreement right. Ultimately, he wants to trap the customer at the last minute to get more money from you when you do not have the opportunity to find another company. This is a serious recommendation, please do not trade with this company under any circumstances if you do not want to disturb the peace of your celebrations and waste your money.

This has to be the most unprofessional, poorly ran business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After contacting the business 3 days prior to my anticipated pick up date and informing the gentleman of what I needed and scheduling the time, no one was there at the designated time. I called the only number available to me 5 times before a very rude and very uninformed women answered the phone to tell me her husband was at work and that no one was coming to give me the equipment I had already paid for. I called numerous times after being hung up on was sent straight to VM. These people are crooks! Dont waste your times here! Look for another Vendor for your party needs!
