Went to another Valvoline, waited 20 minutes to find they were out of synthetic oil. I needed an oil change. Went to this store, waited at least 45 minutes before they started. Then continued on, they gave me synthetic blend. I requested full synthetic, they drained the incorrect oil and put in the correct oil. As I was driving home I noticed they didnt reset my oil change light. Way to do your job! Called them back and she was going to instruct me how to do this. Im sorry, thats what I paid YOU for.On top of all that, I now know the previous owner of my car and his address and phone number because they didnt confirm who I wasWhat a way to waste a day.

I thought the oil change was fine. Then my car began running a little rough, and sounded louder than it had before. I took it to a mechanic to diagnose. He found that the air filter hadnt been closed properly at the time of the oil change. So I spent $ to solve what Valvoline staff caused.

Brought my 2012 Ford Edge in for an oil change. After I got home I noticed fresh oil drips on the floor which were never there before. Brought it back in they said that they missed the opening when they poured so they sprayed it off and then use the blower to blow dry it. Still didnt seem like it was running correctly so I brought it to my normal oil change place and they change the oil so theres too much oil in it and did not look like clean oil so theyre wondering if they just added fresh oil to the oil that was in there and thats what was causing it to leak. So it was a wasted $40 on an oil change as far as Im concerned.

Over 1 hour to get an Instant oil change. Ouch! I could have went to an actual mechanic if I wanted to wait that long.

This place is TERRIBLE. I went in for a bulb change and they couldn’t even do that. The blind is basically leading the blind. No one knows what their doing. Just a bunch of under age kids attempting to do car service!

The staff are good.. prices are a bit on high end.. This is the first full synthetic oil change where the tech told me its only good for 3K....

Antonio, the Assistant Manager, goes the extra mile everytime I have come in. Today I came in just to get my tire pressure checked, but I come to this location for everything and anything I need. He told me to pop my hood just to check everything out and make sure my fluids were good. He ended up telling me my radiator fluid was all water meaning I need a flush, he showed me what it’s supposed to look like and that the pump should be easily squeezed with no resistance (which mine had). He then checked my transmission fluid and told me that was also empty. He filled it for me with no problem. I always come to this location and everytime I come and he’s here, he has a big welcoming smile and he’s very very personable! He is literally AMAZING and I cannot appreciate him enough for his hard work and wonderful customer service ❤️

Ive been to this Valvoline location multiple times. Customer seem fine to me. I have no complaint. They are fast and efficient when it comes to getting your car oil changes out. They make suggest everything I get in there for filters but each time Ive kindly declined. But will eventually get filters change soon.

Was just in my first time with my ‘04 Hyundai Sonata and from the start it was an awesome experience. The whole crew’s atmosphere and mood reminded me of when I was working shop and having a good time with the crew. They were engaging, conversational, professional, fun, and communicated quickly and clearly throughout the process. I’m glad I moved to a neighborhood with a station like this so close, I’m definitely going here for all my routine services.

Great working atmosphere! It was a hot day, the shop doesnt have AC, these guys were short staffed and training in a new guy on top of everything. They also had cars lined up in the parking lot. They told me upfront that itd be an extra few minutes than normal given the circumstances. I just wanted to let them know that theyre doing great! They all made the best of the situation, and killed it!

I came in today not sure how this was gonna go I’ve been to a few other places to get my oil change and it was always a long and frustrating experience. Today I came in was greeted right away by Shon who let me know information that I was unaware about my vehicle and found out how to reset the oil settings. Great team good communication skills with the team.Micheal and Jimmy as well as Shon I’ll definitely be coming back here to get work done in the future.

Service is quick and friendly. Its a little annoying that I get asked every time I show up if Id like to replace my cabin air filter when they would be able to see that they replaced it themselves a couple months ago. But I get it, corporate wants them to push the add ons, so they do, like the great employees they are.

Ive never been to a drive in quick oil change place but I needed something super convenient in my new area. After reading reviews I was skeptical. Took my chance and it paid off. AWESOME customer service. I will and do highly recommend this specific Vavoline. The service was excellent with out anyone charging me and trying to get extra services and money out of me because I am a women. The crew at this location went above and beyond to make sure my car had the best service they can give. Definitely will continue to service my car at this location.

I am going to start to go to Valvoline all the time. I was in and out in no time! They checked and filled my tires for me, I didnt even know they did. Checked everything over thoroughly, topped off my windshield wiper solution, and I was on my way. It took maybe 10 minutes, and I didnt even have to get out of the car! All the guys were great too. Its a great place to go! Highly recommended. Went back again! :D

They said oil change is 15 min for my type of car, it took 40 minutes! I dont know if they are just slow or lazy, no explanation given. Great service usually but the last time I went there was an obnoxious technician who insisted that I wouldn’t be able to receive an oil change because I had to drop my trailer and come back another day. All the other times I’ve been there they’ve let me drop my trailer and receive service. Finally I went inside talked to the manager and he said it was OK for me to drop my trailer.but that technician-was not so happy he had a snotty attitude I will go back but I hope he’s not there.

I will recommend them to everybody I speak to! After todays experience I wont go anywhere else! I went to get a recharge done. But once wasnt enough they done it a few times and bam it worked! No where else would do that. They would recharge and then say sorry it didnt work. Some places charge to diagnose first then charge extra. Or tell u it didnt work and want u to spend and arm and leg to replace it. Of course more money for them. Well here they charge $160 after taxes and if it doesnt work then you dont pay! The guy told me he takes care of his customers! And that he does! Ill edit it when I find out his name! But they go above and beyond! Especially when your nice! They also took the time to show me my coolant and other things. Made sure I understood and knew what the problem was! Amazing work Valvoline! I wont go anywhere else now!

Had us jockey our cars around by backing up (dangerous) which is begging for an accident. Then a customer refused to move, so we went back into the same position and they forgot who was where anyhow. Valvoline, this is not a grocery store. Whoever came up with the policy is an idiot. This is the second time Ive been asked to back up my car so other cars can jockey around and it only creates issues and hazards. Whos responsible for the damage in asking customers to back there cars up and maneuver in such a small space? One time, you had me back up into a busy street because there was no room to jockey cars around. Not at this location but Valvoline, get your common sense together. They dont jockey cars around in car washes.
