Everything about the process was awesome! From the owner Kelly coming out to give us an estimate listening to our questions and explaining everything. The install crew was awesome as well, very professional and did a perfect install. Everything from pipes to ductwork, everything was level and square. Very nice and friendly people, salesman and the installer. The important part of my service was that they replace all my 25yrs+ old parts, tubes and wires whatever they can see or reach. I compared them to other company, for example I have a quote from Energy Point the cost was $2k more, but only replace parts that connect to the new furnace. Went through Costco for new furnace and A/C.Was SO pleased with Marsh Heating & Air right from the start. Sales person Gordon was knowledgeable, friendly & didn’t try to over sell us. Was very responsive to calls & questions. He brought us heaters to use until our new furnace could be installed. Installers were phenomenal. Showed up on time, polite, explained what they were doing, cleaned up. Customer service great too. A great experience. Would highly recommend. So happy we went through Marsh Heating & Air.

Just had a service call when my new (10 mos) furnace quit today. BUT it was a complicated problem related to frosting up of the external venting (which they did not install), and the extremely cold temps (week+ below zero). He correctly diagnosed, and we got it running for today. And he brainstormed a few better approaches for long-term fix outside. Great work!

Our 20+ year old furnace needed to be replaced and we had 3 different estimates. Gordon, from Marsh came out and spent over an hour looking over current furnace, determining needs, and putting estimate together. He was extremely professional and insightful. The cost was comparable to other companies, but Marsh planned to do additional updates to allow us to be up to code, which other companies did not have as a standard. Dave and Bill completed the install and exceeded our expectations with craftmanship, insight, and professionalism. When they arrived they quickly recognized it was going to be a more complicated furnace replacement. They updated our gas lines, replaced all of our furnace components, and ran venting lines to exterior of house. It was a full day of work and they brought excellence to their work. My teenage boy was impressed with stating that is the sexiest furnace I have ever seen. The guys also took time to share insight with my son about different trades for careers. Marsh covered requests for different rebates. I also took advantage of Costco discount. THANK YOU Marsh for coming through and exceeding expectations for our furnace install!!!

We couldnt be more pleased with Marsh Heating & Air. Our 30+ year old A/C broke down during the hottest part of the summer (mid-July) and Marsh had the best bid to replace our system (via Costco). Our salesman Rob was very friendly and professional, and after we signed up, he actually spent more than an hour diagnosing & fixing our old unit so we would be comfortable until the new unit was installed! Way beyond the call of duty - it is so great to see that outstanding customer service still exists today! The installation went very smoothly and quickly - our furnace room looks better than it ever did! I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Marsh to anyone!

It is really tough to beat the partnership between Marsh and Costco. we had five different quotes and all came out about the same but with the costco discount the Marsh install ended up being about $1,000 less than the competition. installers arrived early, worked pretty quickly and did a nice job of replacing and cleaning up old electrical, piping, and ducting so everything is more compact and organized. also were nice enough, after having a very minor misunderstanding, to throw in some extra 5 filters for the new furnace. absolutely recommend Marsh and with the Costco member discount really tough to beat the deal on a high end lennox furnace.

Im a perfectionist, and am rarely fully satisfied with work I have others do on our home, but Marshs installation of our new Lennox furnace and air conditioner was an exception. Every part of the process met or exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail in making the installation look nice. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Marsh. Dave, Bill and Tim were our restive technicians and Rob was the salesman. From start to finish this is a wonderful company. They looked at our furnace, which was likely done by a none professional, and initially asked if we were sure we wanted to do this because it was not that bad. Once the techs came to install it. They did substantially more than I feel they were required to do. The electrician they have come out replaced a broken light for us. All in all we are extremely happy with the level of service from start to finish.

We purchased our new furnace/air conditioner through Costco, and Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning installed them. From the estimate through the finished installation, everyone was phenomenal to work with.They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. They put down a drop cloth along the path they needed to travel, and cleaned up at the end! They answered all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking.They were also very personable, and worked well as a team. This was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. From beginning to the end of the job the experience with Marsh was exceptional! The crew arrived at my house at 7:15 and were done by 1:30. They left my house cleaner than when they began. Everything that was touched or moved was put back in better shape than when they began. The guys were so friendly and knowledgeable with there job. When I called Gordon and he found out that I would be without heat in my house, he had someone deliver 3 portable space heaters within 30 minutes. Went through Costco and what a great experience--from the estimate to the installation of our new energy efficient furnace! Jay demonstrates excellent customer service skills and the technician crew was efficient and neat! I thought the house fan system wasnt working after install, however, Marsh speedily sent out a knowledgeable tech to inspect and all was good! Turns out the furnace is extra quiet and efficient, unlike our dated original dinosaur. So pleased with our service, we will be hiring Marsh in the spring to replace our AC unit. Thank you!

Had a 24 year old furnace and 11 year old AC in a 3 zone house. The AC couldnt keep up and when temps got above 90 my upper level would be around 80. Terrible to sleep in! Shopped around and got 4 quotes. Although not the least expensive quote the price was fair especially so after the Costco rebates. The real reason I went with Marsh and paid a little more was because even before I sign a contract, their sales person Rob came over and looked at why my AC wasnt cooling the upstairs and spent 45 minutes of his time and money band-aiding my AC so that I was getting some cool air upstairs. Well that level of service convinced me! 3 weeks later a crew of 3 came over and installed the new furnace and AC in about 5/6 hours. They were great and explained everything! The next day, Rick came over and programmed my Harmony Zone controls and thermostats. We had one issue with the upstairs thermostat. The old thermostat only had 3 wires and the new Lennox needs 4. We couldnt find an inexpensive way to get four wires from my furnace room to my thermostat. So once again my sales person Rob called a meeting between the electrician, Rick, the zone engineer, and put their heads together and figured it out. No one left until all 3 zones were functioning perfectly. There was no additional charges. Leigh in the office handled all my questions and billing and credit card issues flawlessy and was awesome to work with. Ive waited a month to leave this review to see how the system was functioning. Even in 90 degree weather, my upstairs level can be 67 if I want it to be! Thank you to the whole Marsh team! Marsh is the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARSH!

Marsh Heating and Air installed a new furnace and air conditioning package in my home on 6/18/19. The price was less expensive compared to two local vendors that had provided competitive quotes. More importantly, the service we received was superior to other contractors I have worked with in the past.The sales manager equipped our home with correctly sized energy efficient units and took us through the entire process beforehand explaining exactly what to expect with the installation. The service representatives that conducted the installation did a phenomenal job. The sheet metal work was perfect, the pvc connections were all very clean, the pump system was neatly plumbed to our basement sink and the exterior connections were carefully done to avoid any issues with our stucco exterior.I would highly recommend this company to others for heating and cooling related work. They are competitive in price but the attention to detail and workmanship is what sets them apart from other organizations. They take a lot of pride in their work which is evident in the finished product!

Marsh Heating and Air provided above and beyond care in replacing the furnace and air conditioning unit in my elderly mothers home. Her air conditioning went out on her during the July heat streak and they provided excellent care in making sure that she would not be living in extreme heat until they were able to replace and install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They brought over portable a/c units to keep her cool until they were able to complete their service. They were very kind, curteous and took great care during a very difficult installation in a very small space and hot time of year. Thank you for a job well done and for taking extra care for my mom. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my new furnace and A/C purchase & installation from Marsh this summer. Kelly, Larry and both the mechanical and electrical crew did an excellent job. I appreciated the effort they made to get my A/C running as it quit working before I called Kelly to come and give me an estimate. Larry came out to see if he could get it running but it was a no-go. I sweat it out but it was worth the wait, a little longer because of their busy schedule, to get them installed. Kelly, Larry and both crews where very polite and answered all my questions.The city inspector came to check the installation, when he saw who did the job he said he enjoys doing Marshs installs because of the quality of work they do. Our house has a lot of history with Marsh. When we bought the house in 2002, we discovered that the original owners kept years of detailed records of major installations as well as service calls. When, early on, we had an issue with our AC unit, we saw a Marsh sticker on the furnace so we called them. Our AC was old enough that it didnt use the standard condenser motor size. Regardless, the folks at Marsh managed to source a replacement motor for us. We have used them for all of the maintenance on our gear since then. 13 years later, we decided to replace both our furnace and our AC units. My first call was to Marsh as we have every reason to be loyal and give them our business. Rob came out and set me up with a quote. He was very pleasant and professional to talk with and we not only talked cost but we briefly looked at how venting would need to be arranged for a new high efficiency furnace. Rob went over all available rebates and walked me through all of the line items on the sales sheet. Once we decided to pull the trigger, Rob came back out in order to do some measurements and make sure everything was in order for when the installation would take place. I was also pleased to find out that Rob is a lead installer as well as a sales representative. It is nice when the sales guy knows the install process as well as code related information so that there is no confusion or surprises when the install date arrives. Speaking of install dates, we were scheduled for a Wednesday install but I got a call from Rob indicating that, if we wanted, they could do it the preceding Monday. Sweet! Rob and the install team showed up when they said that they would and jumped right in. They got the old equipment out and the new equipment in. Everything went extremely smoothly and they were winding up in good time when the electricians showed up to wire everything up. Throughout the process, they deferred to me for any decisions that needed to be made and answered all of my questions, including the dumb ones. In the end, the install was clean and very tidy. I was especially impressed with the fit and finish of their work. Considering the sheer amount of sheet metal fabrication required to marry up a new furnace with existing ducts, everything looked like it came from the factory. Very impressive. We are thrilled to have our new furnace and AC and we couldnt be more pleased with marsh Heating and Air Conditioning. We will continue to work with them on all of our climate control related needs. Highly recommended.

The nicest thing I can say about Marsh is that they are completely incompetent. My AC has been out for over a month while they have attempted on several occasions to figure out what is wrong.Little to no concern about the discomfort level of the client. Im just expected to deal with it. Four different technicians have come over and none of them capable of resolving the issues.They are really good at charging the customer though. There is NO kind of service guarantee or warranty of their work. Customer has to pay every time they come out even if they DO NOT fix the issue. Seems like they just soak the customer for as much money as the can and still do not resolve the issue. $800 so far and still no AC.Customer BEWARE - take your business elsewhere!!!

Marsh used to be my go-to repair service but now feel like I need to tell everyone to stay away. They gave me a furnace tune up at the end of July. Then today, when I get home from work and found my furnace not working, the service guy I spoke to said they couldnt get here for another 1 and 1/2 weeks. When I explained my dilemma - you know, no heat and all and that they had JUST serviced this furnace just 3 months ago - his dismissive attitude told me how little he cared. Very disappointing. Take your business elsewhere - they do not value customers.

I had a blower motor replaced on my furnace. The service person was conscientious, polite, pleasant, and did a great job. He made sure that the whole furnace was as in good a condition as it could be, even blowing out the burners with a tank of compressed air, hand-washing the blower fan, and wiping down the inside of the furnace. I couldnt be happier!

I was very impressed with the recent service I had with Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning. I recently moved into our home in Brooklyn Park and I had installed and wired in a new wireless thermostat. Everything seemed to be good until it would randomly reboot like it was having a power surge and I was concerned I did not properly wire it in. They called me the day before the appointment to confirm and they arrived right on time. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly as a flame sensor that was dirty. He showed me how to clean it and also took the time to explain the operation and maintenance of some of the other equipment, like the air exchange, that I was unfamiliar with. The price of the service call was very affordable and I will be calling Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning the next time I have an issue with my HVAC system.

Marsh did a fantastic job with the furnace in our rental property. They installed on time, and the installers didnt leave until I was happy with everything on the install. The best part was the city inspection... The inspector spent less than two minutes looking it over and then said: You are good to go.. I said Thats it? and the inspector replied: Yeah. We worked with Kelly Marsh, and from the start, he was professional and explained our options well. We got a couple other bids which were all very close. One guy refused to give us anything but a scribbled number on a blank sheet of paper, and said he couldnt get more detailed than that unless he saw our other bids. How bad is that? We felt most comfortable with Kelly, and decided on Marsh. We purchased both Central Air and Heating units. The installation went well. We noticed a noise coming thru the vent at the location of the air conditioner and after trying to install some vibration limiters, they replaced the unit and everything has been great since. They were professional and really made sure we were happy. I highly recommend them!

Our air conditioner had been out for a few years and we had never gone through the air conditioner replacement process before. We always received flyers in the mail about air conditioner repair/installers and we knew Home Depot offered these services as well. We also knew Costco had these services available as well. Jay had come to our house and met with us for over an hour! He answered every imaginable question we had. He never up sold us on something we didnt need. He was very upfront and honest which we appreciated. We did have 2 other companies out for quotes and they just did not compare to the service we received from Jay on day 1. I appreciate the quick response to our request for service. However the first 2 calls did not correct the problem and we were still charged. The third call replaced the gas valve and corrected the problem. One month later the blower motor seized up. Tech did not have the correct motor even though I told them that the motor was seized. The tech had to travel 1/2 hour each way to get the correct motor. I feel I was over charged for the motor. Called and wrote and have not heard back from them. Will not use this company again.

Talked at length with the Marsh rep at Woodbury CostCo and was impressed enough to provide contact information to request an estimate for a mini split system.A scheduler called the next day and we decided on a time and date.Then a call from the estimator who was going to stop out. Surprisingly he said we only install 4-5 mini split systems a year. Our workmanship will be good but cost high besides Im really busy giving other estimates and looking to free up my schedule, and I think you should consider someone else. K.

Got a new Nest Thermostat 2 months ago but heat wasnt blowing hot so figured there was wiring problems or of some sort. Called and they were able to come in right away which was nice and was able to figure out the issue within maybe 15-20 minutes. The charge by the hour so my bill was $122 with them taking only that amount of time but the issue was the Tech told me that everything was wired correctly now so my heat should work (Which it did) and also A/C and the power wires. Fast forward 2 months to present day and turn on the A/C but only fan is blowing and no cold air is coming out. Called and they said they would have to charge for the visit again and she didnt know what was discuss between me and the tech. I would assume if called and told them I had a new Nest Thermostat that they would make sure all the wires were correct, heck it only took them like 15 minutes to do the heat and charged me $122 for it. How much longer or harder would it have taken to make sure my A/C wires were correct and like I mentioned the Tech even told me that everything is wired correctly. Im disappointed in that they took $122 for a 15 minute job and couldnt even make sure everything was correct or come back to figure out the issue without charging me.

I was out of town (trying to escape the cold) when I learned that the heat had gone out in my house. Friends who discovered the problem did not know how long the heat had been out but were concerned that my pipes might freeze.I had great service from Marsh from start to finish! First, a real person answered the phone! No holding, no telephone trees! She said that they would get someone out within 24 hours. Just 4 hours later, I got a call back from Geoff. He was already at the house and had fixed the problem. Bonus! All this was covered under their warranty. Kudos to all of you at Marsh!

We had Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning install a new Lennox Furnace and Central Air Conditioning unit in our home. They did a great job showing us the various options/units available and the plusses and minuses. This was the first central air unit that we have had in our home and were so happy to have it. Had scheduling trouble with Marsh. The first appointment they didnt show up due to an internal miscommunication. The second appointment they realized theyd ordered the wrong part so the work couldnt be completed. The third appointment their technician got too busy with another job and didnt show up. The fourth appointment the part was installed. Quite a bit of hassle to get this job done. Ill call another place next time.

The total experience, starting with Costco thru the installation was painless, actually quite enjoyable for a retired Mech. Engineer. No shortcuts were taken during the entire installation process. Workmanship was excellent. The PVC plumbing for condensation drain and copper plumbing for the humidifier was a work of art.

I had Marsh Heating install a furnace about 18 months ago and I had them service it last fall. Two days ago, the furnace stopped heating with an error code, so I called in the morning and got an afternoon appointment. The furnace did start heating again before the appointment.A Marsh repair technician was out the same afternoon, on the phone with Lennox to diagnose the problem, since the error code applied to the flame sensor, but the flame sensor looked and tested ok. Marsh returned yesterday and replaced the furnace control board, all under warranty.

I needed emergency furnace installation on Christmas eve and it was very cold. Marsh sales was responsive and got the ball rolling. Marsh did the installation in a very short period of time. Their installers were friendly and knew what they were doing. They installed both an A/C unit and the new furnace. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs furnace or A/C help.

Good experience - I knew my model number and what was wrong with it and they took me at my word. They came out with the part that I said needed replacement and fixed it all in one fell swoop. It saved a consultation trip and I didnt get the upsell Ive experienced from Total Comfort. Ill go back to Marsh Lake if I need more work done in the future.

I was told to give Marsh heating a try when Bonfe tried telling my wife I needed a new furnace. They did an inspection and found everything to be more than in order. Ive had Marsh out to do several jobs at my house from Furnace and Hot Water Heater inspections to running supply and return lines to different rooms as I was finishing my basement.I had 3 other HVAC companies come out to look at a job that entailed getting the HVAC lines connected to a bonus room above my garage. With all three I had issues getting people to call me back. Two of them I never heard from after they stopped by and one was constant promises to back to me but never did.Frustrated, I called one more company to come take a look, Marsh. Kelly Marsh, the owner, stopped out and was the only one who pointed out issues and things we could and couldnt do because of code and the layout of the HVAC system. He was the only one who was straight with me from the start. Shortly after his original visit, the motor in my Air Exchange system went out and I didnt hesitate to call Marsh. I read them off a couple numbers from the system and they were out in a week to swap out the part.Fast forward a year, because of the issues with the bonus room HVAC we decided it would be in our best interest to finish the basement instead. When the time came for the HVAC work I made one call, that was to Marsh. Over a couple trips I had supply and return lines installed to the bathroom, bedroom and family area. A bit later I needed the fan in the bathroom vented outside... small job, but I called and a few days later a tech came out and in 30 minutes the job was done.Kelly and his crew are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
