I closed on a property at Ancona Title in early November, 2020. It was seemingly a simple transaction that should only take a few minutes, which it did. They were busy but organized. I signed, was shown when my first payment was due, provided a copy of documents and I was out of there.The problems started when I never received a deed. I contacted the bank they said they never received documents from the title company. Ancona Title & Escrow said FedEx lost the documents. Apparently the tracking number got lost as well.Ancona came out to my office and had me resign documents. Two weeks later and still no deed.My bank contacts me to let me know the first payment was late and the second set of documents had incorrect dates. My bank decided to skip Ancona Title & Escrow and handle document correcting directly with me.No response from Ancona after I called to express my disappointment in their service.
