Bad customer service. I first applied for a materials handlers job which was taken before I could even submit a background check to them. After the new year I was offered a totally different assembly job which did not fit my schedule well but I was willing to give it a try but changed my mind on the Sunday before starting and now the representatives is unwilling to find me a more fitting job that I want when they have a ton of opening that fits my resume instead. It might be company policy so be aware of not wanting a job that you need because they have more options available but chooses where they want you to go instead. Thank you.
