Point b has been truly remarkable. We had done our own warehousing/shipping for 10+ years. They deliver as promised, we have ended up saving money because they get much cheaper shipping rates from UPS and FedEx becuase of their size than we were able to get, and theyve scaled with us as weve 10xed our business. Point b has been an amazing outsourcing partner for us and outsourcing fulfillment to them has tremendously simplified our operations. They also do kitting for us, which has also been a good value and simplification for us. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Ive worked with several fulfillment companies and Point B is fantastic. 3rd party fulfillment is seriously challenging and a company that does every single thing correctly is still just performing. Its really hard to outperform. But it is very easy to screw up and most of my peers that have hired or work with 3PLs are not happy for one reason or another. That is not the case with Point B. They are fantastic to work with, their prices are reasonable, and when there is an issue (if youve shipped USPS in the last 6 months, you HAVE had issues) they step up and figure it out. Highly recommend.
