Location and Prices were great, not to mention the Staff. Traci was an amazing help throughout my rental period. She was always there to help when needed and very prompt to respond to calls and emails. I will miss going in to see her.Units were clean and very well lit. I always felt comfortable and secure going to my unit.

Showed up at the store around 2pm and even with the Open sign lit up, a hand written note taped to door says Back at 4:30pm, at other store. Very inconvenient!!!

Convenient and roomy. The cost is the main reason I didnt give a higher rating. I had to sweep it out and clean up a big glob of soap stain in the center of the storage.

Great facility! They have clean lighted units that have secure 24 hour access with the choice between outdoor drive up access (which are not climate control) or indoor climate control units. The options of sizes and price points offer a well rounded option that fits a multitude of storage needs and wants. Ill definitely be recommending them to others in the future.

I just want to say thank you to an amazing establishment. I moved to Minnesota and needed a place to store things until I got on my feet.. and this place answered my needs without breaking the bank. If I ever need a storage again I will return here!!

I was extremely grateful when he told me that he could assist me with renting a unit although i would be there in 30 minutes. This Acorn Storage is amazing! The staff is great and the facilities are incredible. Dan, the facilities manager, is great! He helped us determine which unit would be best for our items (he was spot on!) and gave us very clear explanations about the property. This storage facility is very nice and it is so great that they offer temperature controlled units at an incredibly reasonable price! I hope we can find a facility like this in our new state!

Tracy was a delight and it was a pleasure to work with her. I came in and was immediately greeted by her. She gave me several options to choose from as far as storages. I was showed inside and outside storages as well. All questions was answered in detailed and overall the customer service was just great! Beat storage place I’ve been too ☺️.Thank you Tracy.

Brooklyn Park location was built recently so its nice and clean and the storage units are in brand new condition. 24 hour access is convenient. Free u haul available when you move in. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units available. The manager, Dan, is very helpful and friendly.Edit: I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. All of the above still holds true. However, when I moved out of my unit, I gave the required 10 day notice on the last day of the month, making me responsible to pay for the first 10 days of the following month. I was told I needed to pay for the full month on the 1st, then they would refund my payment, less the prorated amount for the 10 days once I was moved out.I paid for the full month, and was completely moved out prior to the 10th, compliant with all the terms of the contract. I was owed a refund for the remainder of the month (the 11th thru the 31st). My refund check finally came about 6 weeks later and it was short. The amount I was refunded for was equivalent to 14 days, not the 21 days I was owed for. No explanation was included. I emailed Dan at the Brooklyn Park location and notified him of the mistake. He said all refunds are handled by the corporate office, but he would forward my email to them. They never corrected it or contacted me with any explanation as to why they screwed me. The amount that I was shorted was only about $25, but its the principle... they basically stole $25 from a good customer. I can no longer recommend this place.

Clean space and friendly service. Stored items at another location and was very happy.

I pulled into the side parking lot simply to get something out of my eye before returning to the road. The man working there came outside, up to my car door and knocked on it like a barbarian trying to tell me to leave if Im not coming inside. The creep clearly has severe mental issues and nothing better to do. Would not trust this company with anything I care about. I was about to call the police and felt threatened by this creep.
