My mom has lived in this complex practically my whole entire life. When she passed in the hospital, it was heartbreaking and sad to let her apartment on the corner go where everyone knew where she lived. I wanted to keep the apartment, but there was too many memories and I knew I would be sad. I was planning to move to another location, but that location turned out to be sketchy and not a safe area to live. The landlord was not understanding when I met him and I knew it would be a mess. I then decided to see if I can rent in the same complex as where my mom reside and was welcomed with open arms by Shelli, Tracy and Candice. I was very happy to have decided to stay in this location. The Maintenance team (Ryan and Jason) are ALWAYS on top of things and makes sure everything is fixed and up to date. The caretakers are making sure the yard and area is clean. I have realized with everything going on around our community, Moonraker Apartments is keeping us informed and making sure we are in a safe complex for the children to play at the playground or when people are having gatherings to enjoy being outdoors. I am happy to still reside here and the neighbors are actually friendly and very respectful when it comes to looking out for one another. This management team and the maintenance team has been understanding and has been working hard and they do an amazing job at it. Thank you for coming to work everyday and making sure we live comfortably each and everyday. I am happy that I can go into the office and say hello or bother the team for any questions I have or assistance on an issue. They are understanding and amazing at being patient. Growing up here was amazing as a kid and still being here after my mom have passed is still amazing because of the staff that makes sure this place feel like home.

I’ve had a handful of minor problems while living at Moonraker, like any other apartment, but the staff has been fantastic about helping me out! My apartment itself is newly remodeled and worth what I pay, but the staff are the main reason I stay! From the wonderful ladies in the office to the prompt and thorough maintenance crew, everyone who works here seems very committed to creating the best possible community.

Let me start by saying I never write reviews, yet this experience left me wanting to share this with others.I have recently been looking for an apartment near the Minneapolis and/or surrounding areas. I have spoken with multiple establishments. Though they were amiable while I went through my list of questions, these conversations began feeling tedious and arduous. Then I spoke with Candice. Wow, what a breath of fresh air! She was so personable, down to earth, knowledgeable, provided her complete attention, and had me feeling like I had known her for years.Please pass along my gratitude to Candice. You guys are lucky to have such a wonderful employee representing your business. You will be hearing from me again soon.

I moved in here over two weeks now and I was really thrilled at the services I received prior to moving and how helpful and responsive they where throughout my search and even after I got in , most especially Tracy , one of the managers. She renders excellent help and she is more welcoming and friendlier than 90% of apartment managers I have met , if my stay here continues like this i might only be moving out when I buy a house

This place is not only a dump but beware the staff including maintenance, caretakers have installed spy cameras in apartments and broadcast your privacy on live wifi and the dark web. You have to be aware of the sounds etc to know. 5501 building is the main place. Bearded maintenance guy is a snake and dont trust him

I just moved to the moonraker apartments been here for almost 2 in a half weeks and so far the staff and maintenance is very nice and professional. They always answer for me when I call them and they always email me back right away. I would definitely recommend these apartments to any one. Thank you for your time.

Living at the Moonraker apartments has been quite an experience I’ve only been here for a month so I do have to say it’s still learning process for me but otherwise I do like it for a living on my own the very welcoming and responsive when needing repairs.

I have lived here at Moonraker apartments for 3 years and I must say that I have had the best service. The office staff is soo nice and helpful for any thing Ive asked for. The maintenance and care taker staff is also very professional and helpful when ever I need a work order done its always done in a timely fashion. I will recommend living here to any one I know.

If this review had a thumbs down this property along with the staff deserve 2 thumbs down. They claim to have caretakers but from what I see they take care of nothing. The parking lot has only been plowed once all winter. There is massive ice on the sidewalks and lot. Maintenance will enter your apartment without leaving a note stating that they have entered. I do have to say that the manager is a nice person but her staff sucks.

The rental office is there for what? Everytime I call no one answers and you go there and it’s somebody sitting there looking at the dam phone. Caretakers don’t know how to take care of the building. Maintenance guy came in my apartment for his equipment and didn’t lock my door back!

For the most part its a very nice apartment. The only complaint i really have is just the noise from the kids outside all times of the day. I have a child of my own so i understand kids have a lot of energy, But i do feel Moonraker should have a park curfew because the children would be out until 10 or 11 pm on a Sunday and there would be residents that would have to work the next morning. And if they werent outside they would be running in the halls and the stairs. My unit is right next to the opening of the building so i hear everything. But other than that i love my apartment, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

I lived here some yrs now and like it to a point. I like the management and never had an issue with them. But I can say its really starting to get bad living around here and not just our buildings. Zane area period. My building I live in is quite and has been since I moved in. Its the ignorant teens or visitors trashing the building/s and after our caretaker just got done cleaning the building. Someone wants to pee in the elevator after they just put new carpet in it because of it, trash and mail in walk ways and tons of garbage by dumpsters for wks. Caretakers dont take the initiative to clean it up, or management doesnt say nothing about it. Mail was staying off the ground when the previous manager was their and was on it and put letters under the door of a the resident who did it and walked around the buildings to make sure it was clean. Maybe that needs to happen again. When I was a caretaker of our dumpsters or property looked like what ours did, we got chewed out. We got written up if we didnt clean it up and it was still like that days later. Something needs to be done. Im glad I dont have roaches or mice in place. I would be mad. Its sure not worth $800 and your price going up 30 to $40 every yr either. If your not on sect 8 your screwed. Then you had residents guest trashing the pool area and not watching the kids so they ruined it for the ones who want to go swimming. Thats a nice big pool too.

I’ve been here nearly a year haven’t really been in the leasing office much but the times I have been I always always get the help I need the property manager Shelli is awesome wonderful lady anytime I call for maintenance they come same day or next fix what needs to be done I can’t complain at all

This is the worst apartment complex to live at it’s dirty the elevator smells like urine a lot of vandalism trash is always on the floor. A lot of domestic violence management is the worst they never answe the phone I would never ever refer anyone to live in these complexes I can’t wait to move my last place was better then them I called management and left message no call returned and she still not answering they are very very unprofessional.choose any place but here

They aloud smoking in there apartment so if your a smoker this is the place to be.. Im not a smoker so I just have to deal with it! NOT!!!! I’m outta here.I can’t go in my bathroom because it smells like cigarettes smoke sometimes marijuana. I can even smell it in my bedroom...It’s not drug infested nor is the police called here a lotIt’s mainly for family with kids or people who like loud music and smoke.That’s not me. So instead of complaining I’m just gonna move.

I miss the old office staff! Ive been here a couple of years & up until a few months ago it wasnt so bad. I mean you get the normal stuff that comes with multi-unit living. For the most part my building was quiet & very clean,no longer the case, its seems like whoever the new caretaker is only cleans at the end/beginning of the month & not all the halls either. The new lady in the office has a horrible attitude, you call to put in a ticket for maintenance & she doesnt even listen, literally have to call back or explain to maintenance why you called. Before if you had an issue,staff would send out something to all tenants NOT ANYMORE! Also I think they should have someone who lives here making decisions,theres no visitor park,although theres space for ot,so you basically cant have guest if you dont know in advance,because u have to get a pass(good luck if you work,the office is only open during hours your at work & not at all on Sat.) Its a lot of changes that arent even done with the tenants in mind,yet rent continuously increases & nothing new happens in your unit...cant even get them to clean the carpet

If I could post the pictures of the dark black mold in my apartment it would make you cringe! All things are made to have fault over time that’s understandable, but when u refuse to have professionals deal with the removal of the mold we all that live here suffer. Just putting paint over thick patches of mold is not a cure as well as cutting out a chunk of steel water drain pipe that is “accessible” and not to go beyond where more problems are is inexcusable. Today my car was towed. I’ve had a parking permit for 8 months and why today they tow it is mind boggling. Can’t get ahold of corporate office at moonraker. My car sits there at Schmitt towing with out reason of towing it. They just demand money. I don’t know what to do anymore. I want out of my lease and I can’t live here no more it’s just unsafe and eating at my health.

I currently live here and the building I live in is OK for the most part. People leave their junk mail scattered about the main entry, people blast their music while waiting for people or just sitting out front (very irritating) especially at 1, 2 and 3 am! The walls are very thin and my apartment is next to the entry way so you hear everything. I dont know if theres a groundskeeper because litter is scattered around, but I dont blame the property. I blame the tenants which is sad because why do you treat where you live like that?!!! Spiders and bugs are in the hallways a lot which the property should take care of that. I know my neighbors and glad theyre quiet. The neighborhood is what youd expect for the location. I would say 800 is a bit much for my 1br considering theres nothing real special about it. The pool can only be used when the office is open. All in all Im glad to have a roof over my head and Ive seen better Steven Scott properties, but it will do.

Needs new kitchen. We got all new flooring. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, some people have to be reminded.over and over.

Dont live here they will tow your guest cars. While theyre sleeping after a holiday meal. You go outside and your car will be gone. Management then will tell you. You better come up with 279.00. Or more if you cant come up with the initial 279.00. Youre cooked meat after this. The night of labor day they towed cars knowing people would have guest over. And they never informed the tenants that your guest need a sticker to park overnight. Nope your car will be definitely gone. Go ahead move there. You are going to be in a world of hurt. Do that make since people?

They cant even place cameras in the packings lot, ppl have been crashing my cars, and they wont do anything about it. Also, i pay a fee of more than $15 for online fee plus my rent because i pay online, they do not take checks. When you call the office, they dont even pick up the phone. They have poor attitudes towards residents. I cant wait till the end of my lease if i dont have enough of it before then.

The mgmt are polite courteous and pstient. Jason the maintenance man is good. Sgauna is a great cleanet. Brian is punctual. Amber is patient. Rory is professional

This is an inexpensive place, but is not nice. People trash this place.

Neighborhood isnt much to look at, but complex is within 100 feet of busline, fast food, groceries, clinics, pharmacy, police dept, bowling alley, gas stations, etc.
