Price and hours quoted on website were not correct. I was told that they had not updated them after sitting on hold for 20 minutes. Pretty poor in my opinion that a company cannot update a website

We wont be utilizing their services again. We asked for an MKT for three hours to look at Christmas Lights with family. They arrived promptly with an H2 Hummer. The difference is the size (the H2 is bigger) and interior options (the H2 does NOT have a TV...in which we needed to keep kids distracted between destinations). We arrived at our first destination in which we discovered the back control panel wasnt working. Ten minutes was spent trying to get the panel to work not knowing that the radio control panel is on the other side (and the driver never told us about). He seemed to struggle with his attempts to get things working, in which he was unsuccessful. We gave him a preset list of addresses but he still had difficulty with routes. Thirty minutes was spent driving in a giant circle throughout Andover. We asked him to skip a destination (it was out of the way) because we were running out of time and he disregarded what we said and drove to it. He made multiple quick stops and at one point my husband ended up on the floor covered in champagne. He was well aware there were two unbelted children in the limo. The last straw was when he took a left turn on a red arrow on a major highway. I discussed all of this with the manager of Aspen Limo who offered an apology and stated he would remedy the situation. To his credit, he offered us an additional hour and upgraded vehicle the next time we use their service. We wont need the credit as well use another company next time.

My family and I have worked with Aspen Limo for many years, and they have consistently been prompt, responsive, professional, and caring. We trust them with all of our travel needs, and Ali and Russell are so kind and considerate. Their vehicles are impeccably clean and new. And their prices are very reasonable. This is a wonderful service!

I used Aspen Limo for airport services a number of times this year and theyre always clean beautiful cars, showed up on time and the drivers are always nice and professional. Because of that experience, I rented their party bus limo service for my son and his date and 8 other couples for his senior Prom. They were blown away with the whole thing! My son and his friends were super happy and now Im the best dad for awhile. I recommend this company.

I booked a car through Aspen for my wedding day. I had a great experience with them from my first phone call to reserve the service to the end of my reservation. My driver, Russell, was prompt and an excellent driver. I highly recommend Aspen!

The service was excellent. The driver was punctual, pleasant, the car was clean and the return pick-up was every bit as good as the first leg of the trip.
