Just wanted to give kudos to Mark and Lynell, who spent 2 hours at our house doing a great job of cleaning our carpets and area rugs. They were respectful and strived to do everything we wanted done. When I requested they wear face masks, they put them on without complaint and wore them the entire time they were here. The phone staff were also friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Rasmussen!

Great cleaning services, fast and friendly team! Hector and his crew partner provided duct cleaning services and explained everything thoroughly. They followed social distancing guidelines, wore masks, and cleaned everything up fantastically!! Service was priced at a reasonable level for the number of vents I needed cleaned. I even received a thank you card in the mail from the owner - that personal touch makes a world of difference!

Service was great! Hector & Drake were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They didnt try to push any extras on us, but thoroughly explained the how each could benefit us. They got to work right away, and returned everything to how they found it afterwards! Very satisfied, and would highly recommend!

Im so glad I used Rasmussen for carpet and duct cleaning. First off, they called me a day in advance to confirm the appointment, they called me the day of to let me know the approximate time their techs would show up, and then the tech himself called me when he was on his way with Google Maps ETA. Hector and Lynnel showed up wearing masks and were very friendly, pleasant, and professional. We walked through the house and identified all of the ducts needing cleaning, as well as clarifying the carpets needing cleaning. They were very upfront and transparent about pricing - which is very reasonable. They worked hard for the next few hours, thoroughly cleaning all of the vents and the carpets. The results are astounding. The air smells cleaner/fresher, and the carpet looks brand new. I will not hesitate to do business with Rasmussen again. Props to Hector and Lynnel on an outstanding job!

It was not a good experience for the first home buyer.Before we bought a house, the previous owner already contact the Hoffman Heat and Cooling service to do an inspection on our Central Air on June 2021. Then, we do another inspection when buying a house. All the inspection report our A/C still working good.We call Rasmussen Cleaning Service for carpet clean up, air duct cleaning, blower motor and A/C coil.They look very professional when doing a inspection all my A/C and stated that our A/C need to be clean.It was a first time we contact a cleaning service and we believe that they can provide a good care on our A/C.They came to our house around 10am and left around noon.Around 2 or 3pm, we just want to take a look on our A/C to see if the A/C is working better or not. We came to the A/C and we saw it has a something wrong on the A/C. We came out the house and saw that the coil is frozen from outside to TXV valve.We called them back on Thursday to ask them what happen when they did the cleaning on the A/C.On Friday Jul 2, we called them again and get the manager or the owner phone number.After many phone called, the guy from the other side pick up and told my husband that he need the inspector to come to check on my A/C and stated if they made the mistake they will pay for fixing.We called the Hoffman came to inspection and Hoffman told us company clean up damaged my A/C when they blow evaporator coil. The inspection suggested to change the new A/C coil.We called the manager of Rasmussen Cleaning Service and told that the inspector find out. After taking with the inspection guy, the manager refused to let him change the A/C coil because the price is high. The manager only order 3 ibs of gas for our A/C, so we can survive during the hot weekend.For the next week, he told us to contact the guy from K&K Mechanical came to check on my A/C. After checking he told me that the cleaning service didn’t do anything wrong to made damage. In addition, he told us the guy from Hoffman company didn’t do a good inspection. So, he stated that he will fixing our a/c and we had to pay for him. He was trying to emphasize that the cleaning service didn’t involve to my ac. Well, I just believe whatever he said because I just want my A/C back to normal.We were at house while he replaced our TXV. After that, he wait about 1 hour and told us that the problem was fixed and asked for payment. He also told us if anything happens, just call him.After he left about 1 more hours, my A/C was not working correctly, it was same before. We call K&K Mechanical and Rasmussen Cleaning Service to let them know they didn’t fix my A/C problem. Both of them declined to fix my A/C, and blame Hoffman. Relly bad service. Not responsible for their job. Not recommend. Specially with A/C cleaning.

It is the second time we have used Rasmussen Cleaning Service, David and Lynell were punctual, professional, explained everything in detail, considerate and nice and did an outstanding job!!! David connected our dryer vent. Our carpet looks like brand new again, our ducts were not cleaned because they were done the first time Rasmussen was at our house and were incredibly clean, they were honest enough to tell us that our ducts did not needed cleaning!!!! I was extremely pleased with Hector and Jesse today (Monday 11/9/2020). They were at our townhouse complex in Buffalo performing vent and air duct cleaning. I had told my manager that I had an appt today earlier in the morning and that my dog was uneasy about any men being in my place without me there. They arrived right on time which was 8 am and both guys were awesome to talk with, very knowledgeable and efficient on their vent and duct cleaning. I made it to my appt on time and I couldn’t be more pleased with both of the guys. Your company is super lucky to have Hector and Jesse on your team!!!

My cleaning specialists David & Lynell did a fantastic job cleaning out my furnace, ducts, dryer vents and carpet. Rasmussen accommodated us on short notice and accepted our discount from our coupons.

The technician Abe, was so knowelegeable and kind. He explained the work and what to expect. Abe did a fabulous job. I recommend the quality of work.
