DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They will rip you off, make you bring back your car multiple times because of inadequate service and when you bring up an issue to their CLOWN of a store manager, hell make an excuse for the fact that the job wasnt done correctly and find ways to continue to charge you more. First vehicle I brought here I had to bring back three different times. First time was because these clowns didnt fix the noise I was hearing on the mother of my kids car. Brought it back and had to pay $800 extra just to get the job done and EVEN THEN, upon driving my completed car off their lot, they left a strut loose creating a whole new obnoxious noise.... then tried to charge me to bring it back and have that repaired even though it was completely their fault. So after that awesome experience I was dumb enough to bring my car to them because my engine light was on. Long story short I drove my car off that facility hearing the same noise as the last car I brought to them and... surprise surprise my strut was the problem making the noise. Craziest part is these clowns tried to claim that noise wasnt their fault. Never in my life have I seen a place act so unprofessional to a customer who spent over $6000 there in the last two months. Store manager needs to get out of a customer service role because he is by far the most unprofessional person Ive ever come across when dealing with car issues. I will say Andre needs a raise. He is the only person at this place that knows how to talk to and treat a customer. The store manager and the shorter lady who I spoke with on the phone should NEVER deal with customers. Never been treated so poorly by a place that created the same exact issue on my cars on two separate occasions.

Tire repair was quick and efficient. They worked on my car right away with the appointment. Showroom, waiting area, was neat & clean with social distancing. This dealer fixed a faulty tire pressure monitoring valve stem last year, at a fair price, something the VW dealer couldnt figure out for over two years! Highly recommended!

Got us in quickly, found the issue because of thoroughness of tech. Solved tire problem, a relief and great overall experience.

They were great. Somepeople dont understand that work takes time. Or they should do the work themselves and see how long it takes everyone was great but a few costumers were rude for no reason.

3/25/2021 my wife took our truck to get fix because the breaks arent working right, we pay close to a $1000 dlrs and they change a bunch of pieces from the breaks because according to them, that was going to fix the problem. She got the car back with a ABS light on and she drove the car for 10 minutes and the car didnt break again. 3/26/2021 she took the truck back to the shop and they wanted to charge again for the inspection of the car $100 dollars. They checked the car and now they say something else is wrong and is going to be an additional $280 to fix that and that supposed to fix the problem that she actually brought in the first time, so that means whatever they did the first day and charged $1000 wasnt the problem. Got in at 8am and got out close to 5pm, she drove the car again and less than a mile the car wasnt breaking anymore, she brought it back at 5pm 3/26/2021 and leave the car there because is not breaking , whatever the doing in that establishment it really concerns me, that they saw a women carrying to kids and allow her to drive her car when the break system isnt working. A $50 dollars coupon and $60 dollars off. Really, guys? Just do the job right, if you guys dont know how to fix breaks or cars. You guys shouldnt be open, risking lifes.#stoptakingadvantageofwomen

My experience coming here was bad. I came with my husband because he had an issue with one of his vans tires. They were rude and dismissive.. the owner or manager (Big guy) was actually laughing a little when my husband was trying to explain himself.. it’s rude and unprofessional.He wanted to charge my husband 230 dollars for a whole new tire but if he had taken the time to actually look he would have realized we didn’t need a new tire just needed a quick repair.. which mind you, we got that done across the street at BIG O TIRES for 30 dollars.My mother has been here as well and had a bad experience also.

This location is always my go to place because is near my house. All three of my car had their tires here and service here.But recently the quality work here have been questionable. I had my toyota 4runner oil change here two months ago and had lifetime alignment done. But the Alignment was still pulling to the left like they didnt even do it. I didnt complain. I just took it to alignment again in a different firestone location that was able to do it right. I had lifetime alignment anyway...But recently I took my Toyota Tundra in for service oil change, Tires rotation, and also lifetime alignment too.My truck alignment was off and pulling to the left and when they were done with it the truck it wasnt pulling anymore which is good but my steering wheel was way off to the right, I also saw the mechanic driving my truck around the block and highway but I just thought that hes testing my alignment and seeing him test drive my truck to see if the alignment was good was a good sign. But when I drove it the wheel was way off to the right, it wasnt pulling anymore but the wheel was way off to the right. This is the second time they didnt do the alignment good. This time I call to complain the next day and in the middle of talking they hung up on me and wouldnt pick up the phone anymore.Now that I look at the paper work in my Email. The paper stated oil change of 5W-20.My truck use 5W-30 and this really made me mad.They also didnt rotate my tires which made this the last time Ill ever have any of my car service in this location ever again.Ill have all my car service in a different Firestone location elsewhere. Firestone is my go to place. Just wont be this location anymore. Is really frustrating to be paying this much money for poor mechanic service quality.I have set up schedule with a different firestone location and had told them about the issue I had with this firestone location. Surprisingly they werent suprise about my complaints about this firestone location.

Rep I worked with was very upfront and friendly. Dropped car off for a flat repair walk in and few hours later all repaired. No complaints, called to let me know.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Staff are very rude.. I went in for an estimate and they REFUSED to give me a printed estimate. 2 different staff told me they can not give estimates cause then if I get the work done I will want it for that price and there is ALWAYS extra work so the price could change. Whats crazy is why I have to explain to them that an estimate is not the final price and always subject to change? On top of that I brought my truck in for an alignment for them to call me 4 hours later and tell me that cant do an alignment cause I need new tie rods and ball joints! Crazy thing is I just had new A arms, tie rods(inner and outer), sway bar links and ball joints done the day before at another shop. I guess there ALWAYS is extra work at this place.

Tried to say I needed a whole new exhaust when I just needed a patch

I never do reviews but I did need to make one for this place I went yesterday and the customer service was just fine that’s not the issue but I had a brake inspection done there and they said I NEEDED new everything brake pads calipers and roaters and it’d be a separate charge of 79.99 to put brake fluid in as well, they gave me a total estimate of $870.94 for all the brake issues & fluid and today I went to Midas re got an inspection didn’t need half the stuff Firestone was trying to make me buy and only spent $300!! I would not reccomend this place as they charge to much and are not honest about what you truly need.

Went in last minute to get rear brakes done, and they did everything they could to take care of me, in the impossible time frame that I gave them. Eric there was AMAZING! He was very attentive to my needs and my vehicle! I would highly recommend that if you need automotive work, come here and ask for Eric. Also, thanks to the rest of the crew for their expertise and attention to detail.

I had made an appointment to service my car. When I got their they didnt carry the correct type of oil. I was not able to get any services done that day. Ill try them again in the future with my other car.

It took 3 days to change my water pump. I was told that they were struggling to get them off. No one told that the first day, just that there is a lot of work and they needed another day. Then another day. No one really explained what happened to me.

Took my car in to see whats wrong with it. I did not have to wait long... Love their customer service and fast services.

My car was previously listed slightly incorrectly in the system- they corrected this for me and got me four new tires, nice new windshield wipers, and an oil change! Russ was so helpful and kind, making the visit as affordable and efficient as possible. I’ll never take my car anywhere but FireStone again- theyre just the best!

0 Stars! The customer service person was impatient and seemed annoyed that I was asking about the cost of a replacement. I told him what was thought to be wrong with the tire but would appreciate a second opinion. He told me I would have to pay for an entire car inspection. Pretty ridiculous since I just wanted a confirmation that the tire needed to be replaced. The conversation felt condescending. It also felt hurried and pressured towards spending more than necessary.I called my father who is a retired mechanic and took his advice to walk out. I’ve had Firestone tires for several years and have had several problems with them. I refuse to give them any more of my money. DO NOT GO TO Firestone!!

I brought my vehicle in for emergency repairs at 8 oclock on a Sunday morning. they were able to get it in the shop in 1-1/2 hours. They called with a quote and a time. They finished it in the time they quoted and for the price they quoted. I expected a lot more money and a lot more time. I was impressed.

-10 Stars!!! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND DONT EVEN DO THE WORK RIGHT! Appt at 1pm for front tires to be installed... Two hours later tires installed in back, not front. Told they checked my oil (it was low) and belt (has cracks on it), but they neglected to see my front tires were more bald than the back. Issue fixed. Get home, notice that the blemish (area my tire was leaking from) that was on my front driver side tire (that was suppose to be replaced. Main reason FRONT tires needed to be replaced) was now located on my back drivers side tire and the Back tires also look more bald than before (BECAUSE THEY WERE MY FRONT TIRES THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED) ... Realized They just moved front tires to back instead of re-installing (only reason I went there). Can also feel that the tires arent properly balanced for the front when driving. Not to mention how rude the main guy we dealt with was.

Your people were friendly and honest. Even though it was the day after our first snowfall and you were jammed, you honored my appointment time and stuck to the schedule of service. Thank you Firestone and especially David for the wonderful customer service today! I brought my vehicle in for a coolant flush and serpentine belt replacement and the guys there got me in and out. I am impressed by their affordable prices and honest customer service! Ill definitely come back!

Marty has been amazing, very helpful to my daughter who had no idea what to do, being so far away and dealing with a stressed daughter it was very nice to have someone looking our for her best interests and getting the repairs done ( brakes, ABS failure, frayed brake wires ) that were needed and at a decent price. He was very compassionate and went above and beyond to get her back on the road. Cant say enough positive things about this store, I wish more businesses operated like this. Kudos !!!!!!!

Russle is a nice guy like to make things right but his colleagues giving me the runs. If I bring my car for alignments and it start making clunking noise after. The guy should take care of it with no questions ask. Horrible experienced today with the colleagues.

Slow service, didnt want to answer questions

Did not connect the hood latch release cable correctly. Had to drive back there 3xs to ask to get it done. Nobody helped. Was told the person who replaced the hood latch release was not there every time I was told to come back the next day. Went there 3xs. I dont see why any other auto tech couldnt help connect the release hood if they are all licensed auto tech. Found someone else to help instead of Firestone. Very disappointed. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Ive been a customer at the Xerxes location for a good decade and they always treat me good, and I never get a feeling like they are trying to push me into getting something done to my car which is not needed. Good value at decent repair prices. Recommended.

2 hours for an oil change

I had a follow-up appointment here on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Upon my arrival I was helped promptly and with courteous service. Thank you manager Brian for explaining and resolving my issue with my trucks oil change and lubrication.Poor Service AGAIN. I last went to this service station in August 2005 and didnt return due to poor service and an attempt to sell me work that was unnecessary. I decided to give the place another chance, and went back on Friday, June 1, 2018. I paid for an oil change, filter and lube and did not get any lubrication!. Yesterday, I had another mechanic (an experienced working professional) look at the suggested problem they said I needed to fix. Not only didnt he see a problem, he said they did not lube your truck after the oil change! I went back on Monday, June 4, 2018 and asked to have the lube done. First I was told it was not included with the oil change, then when I persisted, I was told MAYBE they tried to do it but couldnt(?). Then when I said well it should be done, he said Id have to pay additional $21.95 because they dont work on cars for Free. I told him, I paid you already and you didnt complete the job.Of course, I asked for the manager, but was told he had left already. I am pissed. I know I should have gone to Sears across the street like I started to! I have contacted a manager and well see if now I can get satisfactory service.

Great customer service. Went in with my brand new with less than 600 miles that had a little incident with the curb... They were able to get me the tire I needed and went way above and beyond to help fix a scuff in the rim to where you cannot even notice the damage anymore. The staff was incredibly friendly and chatted with us while we waited. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

My tire popped and they helped me get home

Today I did bring my car to the shop following my appointment online one week ago. My car need 4 tires, I chose the best ones, they cost almost $700.00 , At first I approached to the counter and talked to the service write up guy, I said that I had appointment online one week ago, and after he checked on his computer that his shop do not have my car tire size !!! and after that he checked with his supervise in the back room then come back tell me that your car do not have tpms sensors so we have to install 4 new sensors, cost $80.00 each X 4= $320.00 plus tax...I said to him that my car has 4 sensors still working, why you guy want to replace 4 new sensors, and he keep telling me my car do not have one ...although he never take a look at my car at that time.I said sorry to him that enough for your service !!! and he never know I am also automotive mechanic just need the tires for my car.Sorry FIRESTONE that scam to the wrong person like me !!!

Awful costumer service , not empathetic towards the customers at all , rude , and very unprofessional, long wait times , awful communication skills, and they take advantage of people I had my wife go there with her car and she was told one thing then when I brought the same exact car up there I was told something completely different, pricing is very high compared to most other places if I could give them a negative 10 review I would anyone that gave them more than one star must either work there or know someone that does this place is full of impatient people that try to rush you in and out they they try to charge you for a full vehicle inspection even if you know exactly what you your needing done

Today I had my vehicle towed to Firestone in Brooklyn Center to get a flat tire removed and repaired and Firestone was trying to charge me $1000.00. When I said I wasnt going to pay, he said fine. So, I went home and got my son and he started removing the lug nuts, then the Firestone manager came out to the parking lot and said we couldnt remove the lug nuts on his property. So, we have to have a tow truck tow the vehicle off the property and then remove the lug nuts. I have been a valued customer for more than twenty years and I am cutting up my credit card and never coming back here again.

Fairly nice guys there.. There is one cranky guy... But other then that Ive had good experiences. I got a great deal on tires. Sometimes you have to tell them no on some of the repairs you need... Or just need to know what your talking about.

Had an appointment for an oil change and told them Ill be waiting. I was told itll take 30 min to get done. It took them almost TWO hours and I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! They obviously cant honor their commitments and do the small things in a timely fashion. I wont be coming back.

Refused to change my tires to a set of winter tires because the tires were not new. This is despite the fact that they were the ones who installed them (new) the previous winter and changed them for the all-seasons the previous spring. Staff were nice, but policy is deeply annoying.

The last time I used this shop was a very good experience. I had an oil leak and brought my car in first thing in the morning. It had snowed 5 inches overnight and they were there and had the shop open on time. They called me several times during the day to update me with where things were at. They gave me accurate time estimates and didnt promise more than they could guarantee, but did the best they could to get things done on the early side of their time estimates.

Complete scammers and beyond rude! Brought my car here they quoted over 900 dollars of repairs and then told me I couldn’t even change the battery on property so I could leave. I had to push it off property just to change the battery. Brought it to another shop and they quoted me 400 for the same quality parts and probably better quality work.

Brought car in for estimate.freindly employees.seem professional.labor seems high to me.think its around 140 an hour.that seems too high to me.

Had a scheduled appointment on a Sunday to get the car I just bought new tires when I go there the price of the tires online was was different from the price they tried to sell them in store after being at the appointment for an hour they come out as ask for the lug key since I just bought the car I ordered a new lug key so I went back and dropped my car off Tuesday morning for my scheduled appointment upon picking up my car in the evening they tried to charge me even more for the tires when I paid for them online already then I discovered they didn’t perform the free alignment while they had my car for 8 hours after scheduling another appointment for the alignment check on Sunday I walked out to my car and they had left my driver side window down all day along with my glovebox wide open on Saturday my car started to develop a really bad shake while driving I just thought it was due to the alignment being off then it just kept getting worst I stepped on the side of the road and one of my lug bolts was just about to fall out of my rim all of my lug bolts were loose on that tire needless to say I will never recommend nor will I go back to firestone for my free tire rotations

Got an appointment to re-balance my tires. The workers were nice and they helped in a very nice manner, which really helps reflect their great customer service. Great services and I they informed me that for a few extra bucks I could get life time tires balances, so I left a happy customer.

I made an appointment at 5pm for an alignment and check my TPSM sensor. Arrived at the shop at 4:30pm. They said they will call us if they are able to finish before close or not. I came back to this firestone 10-15 mins before their closing time and no one was there. All lights were off. My car was locked up in the shop overnight with no call to confirm if it’s done or not. No car for work the next day! Do not go here!!

This is the absolute worst place youll ever go for any car problems. I recently went there because I wanted to change one tire, which they recommended that I should do. Time to get the tires changed, they tell me they dont have any, l have to sit for about 5 hours while its being ordered from Des Moines. Well I decided to take it across the street to change the tires at discount tires. I paid them $10 just for inspection. As I drive out of their parking lot, my car breaks down and they say they dont know whats going on with it. DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMS. They have no idea what so ever about cars. Dont let the uniform fool you.

I recently had some Firestone Destination mts put on my truck and couldnt be happier with my experience. The guys at Brookdale are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They got me in new tires which are a perfect size with no rubbing. Other tire shops that I talked with didnt have the knowledge to tell me what size to go with. Thanks again guys!

These guys do good work. They wont greet with an especially exuberant smile or anything but theyve always been fair and honest with the work Ive asked them to do. Theyve never tried to upsell me either.

I will not recommend you go to them I had some work done on my vehicle there and paid without a problem come to find out they broke something then put tape on it and they never replaced my Coil pack like they said I took my vehicle to get a second look and the job I paid for was never done. Went there to install tires I bought online, they installed the tires and tried to tell me I needed $500 more in repairs. Dont go there if you want your car fixed it wasnt even the right part of the car that was leaking.

Worst experience ever. Came last evening at 5:30 pm appointment and car was not able to be worked on. Was told I COULD bring it in at 7 am to get it done as I was leaving town at 10 am. Im thinking to myself ok, its annoying but it can still work in my timeframe. Wake up super early and I come to see that THERE IS NO ROOM for my car, and I wasnt even scheduled in the morning, would that 3-4 hours until my car could get worked on and done. The dude at the counter even said IDK why he told yall to come in the morning. Laugh f****** Out Loud. Like please dont make promises that you cant keep. Ruined my evening and day, how does a shop manage to do that in a simple alignment request. Deepest regret is that we paid for lifetime alignment with this place(arguably very expensive), NEVER bringing another car or for any other services for this car to Firestone again. Will strongly NOT recommend to friends or family. If ZERO stars were a thing you would of gotten it, as you had received two chances to not f**k up. I am bringing this back ON SCHEDULE, and as you say, TOTALLY OPEN as of today on MONDAY. Hopefully third times the charm. All I have is REGRET and Anger as I begin my FRIDAY. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, called to validate it was good, showed up early and was told they couldnt fit me in. They were down a tech and were slammed. The whole time the manager is explaining this to me Im watching the tech chat and drink soda with his buddy.Luckily I could go across the street to NTB and get the oil change for the same price and in less than a half hour.Used to love the service and attention at Firestone, but they have destroyed their reputation at this location.

I get there for my appointment and was told they dont have the tires and dont see my appointment scheduled. I even showed them the confirmation. I visited Firestone for the special on the car check-up to find out how things were. I received a list of suggestions that I talked over with Russ. He pointed out the most pressing issues and what could wait. I had the work done by Robert and I have nothing but good things to say. If I had to suggest an improvement it would be for more female friendly magazines and possible some snack and drink machines. I waited for my car so I was there quite a while.

I arrived home to hear a hiss coming from one of my tires. After realizing that my spare was out of commission, I hustled over to my neighborhood parts store looking to get the leak patched before it deflated. Finding THAT establishment staffed by young men who neither know how to behave at work nor had any interest in helping me, I started heading home when I saw the bay doors open at my local Firestone store. I scrambled over there with barely enough pressure left in my tire to make it through the parking lot, just a couple of minutes before they closed. Rather than turn me away, the staff brought my truck in, patched the tire, and got me on my way! I was in a bad way, and I know I put the staff out by having them stay late, but they did a great job of taking care of me. Thanks!

This place damaged my vehicle, and tried to blame my father. Russ or Rust pulled my fathers blown F-150 tire out of my Fiesta ST and let it slide down my bumper when he was looking for the tire size. Now the bumper is scuffed and damaged. I spoke with someone named Brian who tried to flip the situation around and blame me when loading the tire into the car. Blaming the customer when they are at fault is tacky, unprofessional, inexcusable, and unjust.

I had previously brought my car in here for new tires and just a month a go they had a deal where I can get a $20 oil change. I decided to do that and they claimed I had oil leaking from my engine after they did the oil change. So I paid an extra $50 for them to do a dye test. I brought it back a week later for them to find out where it was coming from. They claimed there were 4 spots all adding up to $1,800 in repairs. Oh and I noticed before I had the oil change I had never had an oil leak or any oil spots on the driveway until AFTER the oil change. So when I found out that I brought it back because in their warranty they will fix any damage that has been caused during their oil change. Of course they denied that. So I brought it to a trusted auto mechanic JPT in Brooklyn Park. They told me I only had $112 repair which was a crank shaft seal that had gone bad. Just because Im a young guy with a nice sports car Firestone wanted to charge me that much for a repair. Unbelieveable...Im never going back to this location again.

Other locations are a little better, but Im so upset by this location, that Ive taken my business across the street.

This review is based on my experience 5 years ago.Brought the vehicle in for routine maintenance and received a bill for additional, unapproved work more than tripling the original estimate. I did not sign that second page estimate, but since it was STAPLED to the original, was told that I was responsible for charges.Firestone corporate agreed with me, and I did get new belts, hoses, plugs and all sorts of uncalled for work done at no charge.It made me wonder how many others just paid up and remained silent.Again, its been years since Ive been here, management may have since changed, but why would I ever return?

I went in for a oil change and was told I had a bad inner tie rod. They did a estimation that came out to $300 plus that include $106 for the part $90 for labor and $90 for alignment. Not just that the guy told me I need new tires and it came out to $600 plus. The load of crap this guy was spitting. Always get a second opinion or talk to people who knows cars. This guy was trying to sell me over priced crap.I just like to say Firestone will no longer have my business. I took my car to a local mechanic for the tie rod repair and went to another place for alignment. Those repair were a little over $200. I didnt even need new tires since they still have tread left. I just like to say to the guy THANK YOU for redirecting my business elsewhere. Never go to FIRESTONE.

Great people and dp a greAt job on car

So I take my car there as I have life time alignment for my vehicle. I make the appointment arrive on time and they say it will be at least 2 hours. Ok not sure why i made an appointment. I call 2 1/2 hours later and they say my car is done but it died on the test drive probably timing belt broke. . We drive over with a tow strap ready to tow my car. I start my car up and it stumbles and I know what happened: if you hit the rev limiter the system shuts down but you have excess fuel; it smooths out and runs fine. I go back in and tell them what happened and they lie and say it is not possible and that my car is old and that is what happened. I have had my car since it was new and have done all the maintenance myself and I will never go back to Firestone again.

I know for certain I made an appointment at this location. I show up and they have nothing on record and turn me away. Also wanted to charge me hourly to do an alighment because I have aftermarket suspension parts.

Went in on 2-12-16 said they replaced my shocks and struts... Went in again 4-08-16 said they replaced my inner tie rod ends... Went to ntb 5-9-16 shocks and struts completely blown tie rod ends damn near dust I am beyond livid I work hard for what I have just for companies like this to rip me off just because I am a woman and dont know anything about cars doesnt mean Im an easy mark I will never go back to this location and mostly like this company $1161.39 just to have to repay someone else to do the job😡😡😡😡

I keep trying to save money by going to Firestone instead of the dealership but every time I always regret it and end up asking myself Why didnt I just go to the dealership?

They said 45 minutes but I have been here for almost three hours.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not from the mechanics that work there but from the management, they dont care about you, your car, your money, or your time. They just wanna take as much money from you as they can for doing as little as they can.Bottom line find literally any other place to go.
