I have done loans with ace aor years without a problem. Now I went in with a new tcf card and they said they cannot do a loan and they are having troubles with the new cards and that I should try online. So I did everything seemed to work fine but the store said I was unable to pick up money. I called and they said it was still processing and that I had to wait 30 min to 24 hours throughout the day a received emails telling me to call them only to find out that they were a waste of time and that it is still processing. Called 2 days later still processing..they said they would expedite twice and that they would call me back .. no call back and its still processing. What a joke. No help from customer service.

I went in for a money wire, the guy asked me what the money was for. Its none of his business to know what my money is for. Then he even asked me to see if i even know this person. So unprofessional, plus then he asked one of the other gals how to cancel my wire. Then lied to my face that money gram denied my wire. No way in hell, its my money. I was nice enough to walk away because people like this does not deserve my business. So unprofessional and its none of their damn business as to why i am getting my money.

I walked in with a mask it was below my nose i was yelled at by the manager to pull it up she yelled while helping another customer i made my way to the window she then proceeds to lecture me talking loud and not letting me talk i asked are you gona let me talk do you want to hear what i have to say she said nope not really i asked what her issue is she then tells me if i dont like her attitude i can go to a place that loans to mexicans if i think they would treat me better i exchange words with her and she called me a SPIC and told me to leave

My experienced with ACE Cash Express was fantastic and quick. The workers were friendly and willing to help. There were no bureaucratic bottle neck but straight forward process. The ACE CASH EXPRESS only ask few questions that are easy to answer. After these questions are answered satisfactory, you cash is handed over to you and away you are gone. I have already started recommending people from my church.

I used to work at a similar facility in Las Vegas so I know how busy and difficult it can be sometimes. The representative handled my issues and everyone elses with ease. I was very impressed with her service and speed and will be recommending this location to everyone!

They are requiring customers to wear a mask which i dont mind but why are the employees not wearing mask? They also had me call the bank to verify my check to make sure that it wasnt fraudulent. I dont see why the customer should have to do that. I called the same number they claimed they couldnt get through to. Unprofessional.

Yes, every time you send me a survey, I make the same recommendation. Please set up booths in your extra space in your stores so that those who are doing loan transactions and payments can sit down with somebody and not hold up the line. The tellers should be for quick transactions, and the booths with sit down chairs should be used for longer transactions. Appreciate you receiving my input.

Its an easy access for me. I have been dealing with Ace for a while now and no problems.

Angel, and Amber are the best! They are very Professional. In fact, all the agents there are very good.

The store was full yet the agent was welcoming and asked us to wait. When we waited for quite a while, she thanked us for waiting and was cordial and friendly. I could not have kept such a cool head with such a long line while people muttered and complained but she did. I cannot remember her name but it began with a Q.

This place is like any other typical check cashing location. Wait times can be long at times. Interaction is done behind a glass barrier and the place is kept old facility clean. However they will cash checks that are personal but they will charge a decent amount to do it.

So far everything is ok with the staff at this location, there are friendly and always willing to help.

Always courteous people and Amber is my favorite! Been coming there for years! When its crowded right before or after holidays, they still try to be courteous. Wish people would think before making unkind remarks. This is a high pressure job with many rude, impatient and mean customers. Wish you has a ten star option!

I originally was just going to give it 5 stars and not leave any comments but I am shocked by the negative comments about the manager. I have been going to this place for the last 5 years along with my family & some friends. I pay all my bills there and use the debit card that they offer. Its unfortunate that those folks have had a bad experience but for me personally I happen to think Amber is an awesome employee and is very helpful whenever I go there. She is always smiling and very helpful to me and other customers that are there at the same time as me. Also she is the only person most of us recognize when we visit as there is always new faces there half the time and some are not so desirable to deal with. She is always a constant and I look forward to going to her when I visit

The only thing that could make my experience better here is if it were instant. But cant rush other customers. I liked being there. Idk what the unsatisfied people are talking about. Everyone there was cool and knowledgeable. Im hoping to deal with them soon.
