Very unhelpful and rude. Could you help with my junky whirlpool washer that was purchased less than a year ago.

Called. thought it was local. NOT local; they collect every ounce of personal info from you and then you hold for a long time. The website stated that they would be out as early as the day you call or the next day, but since this is a national hotline, they scheduled us for two weeks out, the earliest we could get our dryer repaired. thats not a good enough response time IMO

The promised service for the Bosch dishwasher was to diagnose ($149) and repair (if possible). The technician came to diagnose it and suggested costly repair of $500-700 for motor replacement. After I called Bosch support it was apparent the unit was misdiagnosed, Sears technician suggested a wrong part and the repair costs. It became apparent, that this service technician was incompetent and the diagnostic work was lousy. When I called Sears asking for a refund (called 3-4 times), the reps on the call gave me contradicting information and a few of them just dropped the line! I would not recommend Sears to anyone.

This place does not exist. In fact both the sears appliance repair places I’ve went to doesn’t exist. Sears has just been the most frustrating company to work with. Awful customer service. I have a brand new microwave where the door does not work. Sears is going to charge me $109 to fix it. That cost more than the microwave. I don’t just don’t understand when I buy a brand new product and it doesn’t work properly that the company wouldn’t fix it.

We hired sears to come out to repair our washer and dryer. They charged us $80 to tell us there was nothing they could do. Then when we had additional questions there was nobody we could get a hold of that had any information. We tried to post a review on there website but there is no where to do so. I would be cautious to believe that those reviews are accurate.

💩 phone service! I called to ask if they could repair my washing machine. I ran into a language barrier with the first person I got so I called back. The second person spoke English a little better but insisted on getting billing information before they would tell me if they had the ability to fix my specific appliance. The man hung up when I asked to speak to a supervisor. 🤬

Quick service but the place is closed down now

I had a wonderful tech who came and worked on the garage door opener and the TV and completed both tasks quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant, courteous and very helpful with any questions I had.

They didnt fix the problem.
