Horrible experience. They dont listen to you. Its almost like they dont care and treat everyone like only one treatment works. This was my last shot with these people. IF YOUT ARE SUFFERING FROM REAL ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION THIS PLACE WILL DEFINITELY BE A WAIST OF YOUR TIME!!I can help you the same way they will help you for way cheaper....breath in a bag an toughen up is basically theyre answer.I WAITED months for an appointment just to be told to breath in a bag! And if you suffer from these issues...you dont have months. ESPECIALY JUST TO FIND OUT THEY WONT HELP!THESE ARE PEOPLES LIVES!

The person I met with, who has her Master’s in psychology and going for her PhD was nice, was not helpful. The part of therapy is that it’s supposed to be therapeutic and not give you a headache. I got more questions than anything else. She was looking at the list of questions from the clipboard that perhaps her supervisor gave. Therapy should be more open than specific, especially during the first visit.
