I was so impressed and thanks to her, I purchased a new CO2 detector and walked away feeling satisfied. The prices are reasonable and location (parking everywhere...) is convenient. Highly recommended.

This place has a wide variety of items! It is super useful to have nearby. Ive gotten things like wood glue, twine, potting soil and pots, folding chairs, and Mason jars there. The people at the front desk are both super friendly and super helpful!

Its a hardware store so.... it has a lot of hardware stuff.I, however, went to buy a plant for my apartment. They had some plants, not a huge selection but I found a nice potted plant so I cant complain. The plants are a bit pricey but the guy behind the counter was super nice and very helpful.

My wife went in there on Friday. She picked a paint color from their catalog. On Sat we needed an extra quart to finish the job.I went in on Saturday first person I asked was genuinely not interested in helping at all. Just really seemed like I interrupted his day. Found someone kind enough to help. I had the color name and even took a picture of the recipe on the gallon we bought on Friday.I got home with the extra quart. Started painting, and guess what? Not the same color.Now I dont know who messed up. The lady on Friday who sold to my wife. Or the nice dude on Saturday. All I know is if you cant mix paint then dont sell paint.Will not be going back there for a battery let alone anything else.

The young man working here (height about 6’3”) has a real attitude problem with customer service.Really? I know. What a conflict of self preservation!The neighborhood hardware store is the place you go when you need assistance. This unhappy individual Is clearly fried.Example, and I quote: “I’m tired of people that can’t think for themselves”.Summary, as unfortunate as it is, this guy is the perfect example of why the many of the poorly managed hardware independents just close up shop.I feel sorry for him. The anger he possesses is genuinely unhealthy.If you own this store you need to react to his cry for help.

Nice small business. Excellent place to shop for little home necessities whether it is a screw, a kitchen aid, a table or something for the garden. You can even make a copy of your keys.

Friendly staff, good prices. I needed a few tools and hardware to furnish my apt. As soon as I walked in, an employee helped me find what I came for. In and out in less than 5 min. Prices comparable to Target, but name-brand quality was better here.

Its your basic urban hardware store. Expensive and not a wide selection of products. Some of the staff members are helpful and intelligent. Others that work there are still helpful, and mean well, but have no clue.

Literally the worst. Nothing is ever in stock. I’ve also walked in multiple times asking for help on basic home projects and no one is helpful or has a professional answer.

Unlike home Depot and Lowes although much smaller they had everything I needed the sales associates where right there I didnt have to search up and down the isles and in the mens room looking for help I was very satisfied with the quality of the products I bought and the service that was given

I came in because the battery terminal on my scooter snapped in half. Kevin went above and beyond to help me find the right connector, pry the old metal off the wiring on my bike, and install the new connector. As if this wasnt enough, it only costed $1.08!

Employees were nice enough but I went to get my keys copied and not only did the copies not work but they destroyed the only set of original keys I had. Locked out, had to call a very unhappy landlord.
