Terminal decided not to do repairs due to the COVID-19. There is absolutely no reason why repairs cannot be done in a safe manner.

This place saved my life! My Lenovo Laptop screen was broken and it was fixed within a week. Amy, the systems engineer and the hardware expert, was very kind, professional, and very responsive. She was able to order the parts and get it fixed within a week with pristine condition. She also kept me updated transparently. I am very happy to get Amys and Terminals help and will definitely come here if I have problems again. This is definitely the place to go to get your Lenovo Laptop fixed.

I would give 0 stars if I could based on the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the front desk person Amy. Although I think that Michael the tech guy is friendly, his lack of communication has brought me to this point.Beginning in December 2020, my laptop camera which was under warranty by Lenovo stopped working. The exact error was that was not found leading me to believe it was a hardware problem. I saw the great reviews for Terminal Exchange Systems and decided to contact them to fix it.I dropped off my laptop to Michael and it was fixed the next week. Michael diagnosed it as a software issue. Then, a few days later, it stopped working AGAIN. This time, after he remotely accessed my computer, Michael decided that it WAS a hardware issue and said he would order the part for me and I could come in when it arrived since fixing it would only take about an hour so so.Dec. 4th - Michael told me in writing that he was going to process the warranty claim and would follow up when the order arrived.Dec. 16th - I email him asking for an update, no response. I dont push further since the holidays are coming up.January 4th - I email him asking for an update, no response.January 13th - I finally call Terminal and get a response from Amy. She says that theyre no longer taking hardware issues and says that I can call Lenovo. I call her back and ask for help because my device is now no longer covered by Lenovo and said that it was terrible customer service that no one bothered to inform me that this change happened and asked for her to help me. She got huffy and said well, why did you wait a month to call us? and I explained that I had been emailing Michael with no response. I mentioned that it was the holidays and I dont like to be pushy because I know things are busy. I was absolutely polite when I was speaking to her.GUYS, SHE HUNG UP ON ME.I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company. The veneer of apology is thin and clearly they just dont care. They will waste your time for 1+ month and then treat you like YOURE the problem and hang up.

Wanted a place in the city that did Lenovo warranty work so that I didnt have to send my computer off to the Lenovo depot (and wait however long it would take them to send it back and forth). They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue in a week, which is pretty fast considering they had to order in parts.
