They must have been short staffed or on lunch break. Only Kaley was there zipping around getting everyone taken care of. Highly recommend keeping her as an employee and/or raise in order? She had good energy, and got everyone taken care of in a timely manner!

We do all our Christmas shipping through the UPS Store and they never disappoint. Weve never had a damaged package, and our gifts always make it to our loved ones on time. And their staff are incredibly helpful when it comes to choosing the right packaging and shipping options. We couldnt be happier with their service!

Needed a project printed out and they say they can print, however when I needed it the most they said they didn’t have someone who can print. Shouldn’t every staff member know how to print?

The issue is that when they create a label or you drop off a per-labeled package it does not actually get scanned at the store....because they are not truly UPS. They are an agent making a label just like you might at home.It does not get scanned until it gets out to the warehouse on western ave. So if the package is lost or stolen in between, it simply disappears and you have no recourse. The only thing I can think of to avoid this is have them package it and create the label, then drive it to the warehouse yourself.

Been to this location several times, usually on a Saturday. The staff is efficiently and knowledgeable. I dropped off my box, was given a receipt, and walked out the door in under a minute. They offer a lot of services here that I wasnt aware of.

I came in this week to ask questions on shipping an item internationally. Even though the store was pretty busy at the time, the employee was really helpful and assisted me with all the information I needed. The ladies are always helpful whenever I stop in!

Best in Brookings, easily. I am not sure what bath salts these other reviewers are on, but Ive been going here for over 2 years and the staff is always helpful and courteous, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. Ive been in the store countless times and never seen any other customers leave unsatisfied. I am not even remotely a rich person, nor do I think the staff acts like millionaires and billionaires. If I had to guess, it seems to me like people get upset when they realize it isnt $5 to have 1000 full color posters printed or that the 75lbs of books you want to send overnight isnt $10. The girl with the really short blonde hair helped me ship a package today. First off, her greeting was abrasive and not at all welcoming. During the shipping, I asked questions about the next day and second day compared to ground shipping and their prices. I was confused on some of prices and dates of arrival and when I asked her to explain it better, I was met with, I dont know what to tell you in an annoyed manner. Not at all impressed with her service and it makes me not want to go back if they cant answer simple questions.

Just like everything else in Madison, SD the people here are narrow-minded and rude. I know this should not be true in a professional environment but this is Madison, the place where people were supposed to be so friendlyIn spite of that, they lost my package and would not honor the insurance because, of all things, they forgot to scan it when I paid for it.

Worst! attitude by the staff I have had ever seen in a business throughout my entire life was from The UPS store Brookings. People working there act like they are millionaires and Billionaires lmao! looks like the owner takes care of the staff there with big bucks like the way she makes easily by fooling college kids. I would never recommend this place to anyone around this beautiful community of Brookings. Ms.Reva Johnson you must make sure your staff behaves properly firstly and one more free advice is revise your business style this is 21st century.

Similar experience as joe jay! Very bad attitude and unethical business practice. I now go to Sioux Falls.
