My laptop died today... They did a free diagnostic test... It was too expensive to fix but they were really helpful ... They took the hard drive out for me so I could get my data.... & Did not charge me...Thanks so much guys.... You earned all my future business

Only booting and upgrade my iPad,$75 that is too expensive than what I thought If I knew it would cost that much and I would not have then to do that job for me.

I had a part for my laptop charger that the wires broke. I went in and brought in that part. The guy at the counter looked at it, gave me the replacement. He also asked if I wanted him to dispose of my broken one. This was my first time in this shop. Great service, and I’m very happy.

I feel I have to share my experience. I brought my laptop in earlier this year because it wasnt charging. The computer techs were super friendly and helpful and when I went back in to pick my laptop up it wasnt very expensive. When I got home however I found that the battery to my laptop wasnt connected properly and was flashing. This is something that would have easily been noticed if my computer had been started up and checked by the technician. I brought it back and they reconnected it quickly and easily free of charge. A few months later my computer stopped charging again and I had to bring it in again for repairs for the same issue. They added some more solder on (which they didnt charge me for). I picked up my computer and brought it home. Plugged it in and waited until it was fully charged and tried turning it on, nothing. It wasnt in sleep mode, something was preventing the screen from working. So I brought it back in AGAIN and had to leave it. Picked it up today and was told that someone hadnt reconnected a video something or other when it was repaired. Once again this is something that would have easily been rectified if they had started my computer while it was there to make sure everything was good. So I brought it home and just now turned it on..... well who would of thought... there is a large x in my battery display icon and it wont turn on unless plugged in. Also its not charging! Once again someone did not connect the battery properly nor did they turn my computer on to check that it was working! I am not going back, nor would I recommend that you take your computer there. The prices are reasonable and the guys are friendly.... but there is some great attention to detail lacking here. I am really a very patient person and I understand when mistakes are made... but this is ridiculous.

I received a call from them telling me that my antivirus software needed to be renewed. I brought in my computer so they could help me with some other issues and installed the antivirus on my new computer. They told me why me computer was acting like it was in terms that I understood. Thanks!

Went here to get my computer keyboard fixed and they did it with great care and amazing customer service. The people are so nice here, legend has it they even buy you nicks hamburgers sometimes!
